Our client began her membership with TrueBuild on 12/9/at which time she did not have any credit established for her companyAs of today thanks to our program, she now has several
trades reporting with an Paydex on her company’s *** * *** report and a score on her Experian Business report. Our guarantee (which is attached and was signed by the client at the onset of the program) clearly defines the terms surrounding our refund policy as well as the client’s responsibility to buy products and services from our recommended lists of creditors as well as following the instruction and advice of our representativesIt states that only after a month period of enrollment is an account eligible to be considered for a refund if our commitments are not kept. We began having difficulty with the client complying with the program terms about half way through this period when she began refusing the advice and instructions of our representatives, thus, making any efforts for the success of her program unachievable and disqualifying her account for a refund.While many of the points made in this statement are incorrect, we here at TrueBuild do take responsibility for a lapse in communication that occurred when one of our staff members relocatedHowever, that was quickly remedied and the client was reassigned back to her original representative who had previously kept all scheduled appointments and had a good working relationship with the client. Our management has reached out several times to address these concerns, but are continually met with unwillingness from the client to move forward so she can join the many others who have had success with our program. We have had so many no pg approvals just this week for companies just like hers. We would like the opportunity to come to a mutually beneficial resolution for both parties and to prove that her company can achieve success with our program

On December 9, 2015, our company paid $to retain the services of Corporate Credit Network(CCN) (AKA True Build Credit Program, AKA Corporate Network) The services retained were for the purposes of building corporate credit and CCN "guarantees to produce a MINIMUM of $150,in combined vendor credit accounts, revolving credit lines, leases and/or loans" for our company "or will refund 100% of the money paid to CCN" The quotes are taken from the "100% Money Back Guarantee" explanation sheet they sent us This sheet goes on stating that one of the requirements is to actively remain in the program for a minimum of six months
First and foremost, they failed to mention that in order to be able to obtain credit, we have to open accounts with vendors that CCN chooses AND make purchases at least twice from each vendors They also failed to mention that these vendors are useless and that we will be spending money buying useless items before we can even build decent corporate cred
