Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the booking was made under my primary account and on MY CREDIT CARD [redacted] never had permission to move a deposit on my credit card to his own accountIn addition, Costco initially allowed him to remove me completely from my own membership, which I have had since The credit card charge cannot be disputed, as it is closedThis is not being handled through our divorce lawyers as it is not a divorce matter, but an issue of lack of consumer protection on Costcos partMy next step is a corporate fraud attorney and a lawsuit, as I have audio recordings of a manager assuring me on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS that I was going to be issued a refund Sincerely, [redacted]

The original purchaser of the cash card’s check bounced and therefore there was no valid consideration for the original cash card and the cash card was therefore void Unfortunately, the purchaser took a risk by purchasing on Craigslist and his recourse is against the person that sold him the card on Craigslist The cash card was never valid since there was no consideration provided with valid currency Approximately minutes lapsed between the time the original cash card was issued to the original purchaser, and the time Mr [redacted] used the original cash card to purchase another cash card – Costco did not yet have knowledge that the original cash card purchaser’s check would bounce Nonetheless, as a member service gesture, Costco is willing to reimburse Mr [redacted] the $he claims to have spent to purchase the cash card so that he is zero out-of-pocket Costco’s Spokane general manager will contact Mr [redacted] to arrange delivery to him of a new cash card

Costco has forwarded the member's concerns to Citi At this time all fee's are removed and issue is resolved

Revdex.com:Although Costco has send the cash card, I find their response to lack an appreciation of what good customer service looks likeThey sure could take lessons from zapposUnfortunately as a result of how this complaint was handled I will most likely be ending my association with them I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

"Costco Mail Order partners with Envision Rx Options who are Mr [redacted] 's insurance providerThey also received a complaint from the Revdex.comMr [redacted] was asking to be opt out of the mandatory maintenance drug benefit at mail orderThe Envision care agent, supervisor reached out to Mr [redacted] on the evening of Wednesday, April 6thto steer him towards the nearest Costco retail location as the day benefit at a local retail Costco is the same as the mail order Mr [redacted] stated he was okay with filling his medication at the local Costco PharmacyAlthough, the Costco mail order did not directly speak to Mr [redacted] on April 6th, we assume the concern was addressed by the Envision agent providing Mr [redacted] 's an option of obtaining his medication and no further action was required on our part (operationally)."

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject this response because it is a fraudI received a shipping label from Costco on july for returning the computer and printerI returned them the same day to u.p.soffice in Hudson Oaks TexasThe next morning July I received an email from Laura Lister stating that she had received notice of the return and that A REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS..Never had received any refund I emailed her again...each time she would say the refund had been issued and the bank should apply it to my credit card.(never happened) I contacted her again, and this time she said the manufactor Hewlett Packard would issue the refund..Never happened) This kind of Clinto damage control went on and I stil as of this dateAugust have not received any return of funds...then I was advised that a check would be mailed for a portion of the regund and A credit card of was issued to my credit card....has not happened as of this dateWhat was promised as a reund in a couple of days still has not occurred and I do not know or believe that a check is in the mailThese types of businesses cab zap funds from your bank in a matter of minutes when you purchase and do before ever filling an order...how is it that when they deceive return of goods, they cant refund in weeks...We the little guys of the world look to people like Revdex.com to go to bat for us as the business world uses your clout to augment salesThis then is a blantant case of screw the little guy get the money and keep it as long as possible...SHAME ON THEMSincerely [redacted] ***Weatherford, Texas [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I am not accepting g because nothing has been completed at this pointI was able to discuss the issue with Costco and Floform, so I was able to discuss my concernsI am hoping this can be resolved and the work is completedThe main issue was and is the lack of follow up and time used to resolve this issueFor clarification, we did originally OK using the alternative tile but once we were able to see a picture by text we realized it was not a reasonable alternativeIn addition we still have a kitchen with exposed drywall for well over a month, while we work this processBut it looks like I needed to respond to the Revdex.com email so we will see how it plays out in May Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]
