Our heater went out yesterday so I called Morris-Jenkins to check it out I got a same day appointment AND a phone call when the rep was on the way xxxxxcame and ran diagnostics on our heater and replaced a broken part He was very professional and courteous He also let me know how much the repair was going to be prior to making any repairs I would definitely recommend Morris Jenkins and will use them if needed in the future

Service Technician Jarrett F [redacted] arrived in the scheduled time frameHe presented himself in a thoroughly positive, professional, and personable manner He sought information from me about the HVAC failure, did an overview of the installed system, and proceeded to the physical evaluation of the failureHe explained what he was doing (and why) and quickly determined the fault ( a broken refrigerant line)He explained the option to repair and the cost thereof, and, considering the age of the installed unit, explained replacement optionsI opted to go with the replacement of the systemHe at once arranged for a residential specialist to respond to the scene (which occurred shortly thereafter) Jarrett is an outstanding representative of Morris-Jenkins

xxxxx called about minutes before arrival to confirm he was on his way (wish everyone did this!) He was courteous and professional, always using the foot coverings before entering my home (again, wish everyone did this!) He serviced the heat pump, taking his time to do it right (only been serviced twice before by other company and they didn't clean the coils the last time even though it was a preventive maintenance visit) He took the time to explain about the inner coil's buiof dirt/mold, showing me a photo he took with his phone I opted for the extra cleaning and he later showed me the 'after' photo (next time I'll ask to actually see the coils myself but I trusted him as he worked two hours in about degree heat - someone who was being dishonest would have pretended to do the work and done it in a hurry) Overall, I am very happy to now be a Priority Advantage customer with Morris Jenkins
