Morris - Jenkins Service Technician [redacted] told me that he fixed the Heat Pump, also did the cleaning and service on the AC part He said that he even waxed the Heat Pump When I went outside the heat pump looked like new and shined better then my car It was running and it sounded great He suggested power surge protectors for the unit so it would not get knocked out again and I agreed He quickly put those in and I got a discount because I was a Morris -Jenkins member I have been for over a decade and it is a great feeling to know that when something happens they will try to come out ASAP and fix the problem That day I called them at 11:am and they came out and all done by 4:pm I know they get lots of calls and can not offer service the same day, all the time however they do offer the best service in this area Thank you and keep up the great work!!
