Morris Jenkins diagnosed a third party error that would literally have cost us thousands to repair our heat pump Being somewhat technical, I believe fewer than percent of companies could have diagnosed and then explained the impact of the error the way their service technician Pat and service manager Randy did And I'm certain fewer than ten percent of those would have been willing to stand by me the way they did until the third party took responsibility Had it not been for that and their system expertise that would not have happened We are enormously grateful Some reviews suggest Morris Jenkins is expensive Maybe so but you truly get what you pay for - in our case superlative knowledge, integrity and support that was worth every penny [redacted] *

For over years, M-J has handled our HVAC needs for both service and installation xxxxx, Service Technician, was prompt, professional, and thorough in all aspects of this semi-annual service visit for two residential HVAC systems He took his time and explained everything Next year, we will be installing a new system, and will be definitely use this company At least one of our adult children uses M-J This company is operated the way one should be The customer comes first

Chris came to our house and fixed our thermostat so the air conditioner is working properlyHe was a nice, respectful young man and listened to what we had to sayWe had problems keeping it cool in here and unit was not drawing out the humidity .since we purchased this brand new unit a few months ago.NOW, it is working properly and we want to say a BIG THANK YOU CHRIS
Daniel B [redacted] , Adrian F [redacted] , Tony S***, Samuel P***, Sam B [redacted] , and Cheyenne (last name unknown) were the Morris-Jenkins team members that replaced our old galvanized pipes with PEX tubing inside our house, installed a pressure reducing valve, and replaced the galvanized pipe leading from the city meter box to our house with PEX tubing. The team installed an air emittance valve, 3 inch drain, and water supply lines so that we can relocate our washer/dryer. The jungle gym under our house has been replaced with PEX tightly secured to the floor joists. We now have a water cut-off inside our house. Previously, we had to go to the street to cut off the water. Our hose bibs outside have been replaced with frost proof faucets. We are extremely pleased with the all-encompassing system that the team created. All of the team members worked hard and efficiently, were professional, friendly, well-mannered, highly skilled in their performance, and attentive to the cleanup afterward. Each of the team members is a testament to the management of Morris-Jenkins and their efforts to provide exceptional service to their customers.
On September Morris-Jenkins service technician Jarrett had responded to repair my malfunctioning heat pumpIn the process he discovered a fault that in his opinion would not be long-term effective given the cost of the repair and the age of the unit After discussing the situation with me, he put in a call for a residential specialist to respondShortly John R arrivedHe studied the existing heat pump installation interior and exterior, advised me as to the various systems available to replace it, and together we decided on what my best option wasHe then made the appropriate arrangements for the installation of a new systemThroughout the process he was professional and personable, and patient in answering the questions I had
