Our problem was a sudden failure of our Nest ThermostatIt reported a missing connection [redacted] came promptly as scheduled within an hour or two of our callHe tested the connections, found nothing obviously loose, but after manipulating the connections, the problem went away [redacted] did a very efficient job, but I was disappointed that this service was required

Just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the Morris-Jenkins staff that have worked with me / helped me during my transition of purchasing a new unit in OctoberNick B [redacted] did apparently a great job getting me to sign for a new unitThe crew that followed (sorry, can not remember their names = which should be alright considering that I had just made a HUGE investment ;-) the next day with the installation were amazing! Not only did they come in, get the old unit out & the new one in, they also made me feel very comfortable having them (strangers) in my house - very friendly, very personable, and very customer service! Then to my surprise Nick came back at the end of the day to make sure that it was installed, that I was alright with the product & service, and left his card if I ever had any trouble! and then...YES, there's more!!!!
[redacted] has been to our home twice now...once for a service call, and once for maintenance to our units Both times, he has been a wonderful professional He was on time, and ready to work He was also very helpful in educating us about the units and providing us with tips for better care and maintenance I really appreciate the care and attention he took in providing us with wonderful service Much appreciated! I had my Water Heater burst from my attic down to first level in April of I had a friend who mentioned MJ replaces water heatersSo I called them within hours after this minor emergency ...they offered to come that eveningKeep in mind it was already 4pmWow! That was so nice and I let them know I was happy to wait until following morning however appreciated itThey arrived promptly at 8a [redacted] was the supervisor and his crew was greatThey removed, replaced and cleaned up beautifullyThey answered and showed me everythingThey were super nice, fast and so customer service orientedI was not expecting the service I receivedI do not use them for heating and air but after this experience will definetly consider [redacted] and his crew should be commended for their service! Morris-Jenkins sent service technician Jarrett F [redacted] to assist with my air conditioner service Due to a storm, my air conditioner was not working Jarrett was an exceptional technician He was prompt with his arrival time He assisted with the issues and also was courtesy with explaining exactly what was going on with my systemHe was extremely knowledgeable concerning the A/C unit He was very friendly, polite, and energetic I am very pleased with the wok he performed and if I ever need services again, I hope I can request him to return
