[redacted] came out to service our unit and get us ready for summer conditions. He called and let me know when he would be here which was helpful. Ask us questions about unit and how it was working since installed. He checked out all duct work to make sure everything still in place. Serviced unit cleaned off phenomenal air stingers as well as changing media filter. checked refrigerant was good cleaned unit and checked fan for tightness. Checked to make sure unit still level just a little settling so he made note to keep watch in case have to make any adjustments later. was very courteous and explained everything he did or any questions we asked.
Knowledgable and friendly. xxxxx was my service technician, not did he identify the problem he quickly provided solutions. I would highly recommend this company and xxxxx to anyone needing HVAC service
My a/c died on the hottest day of the year. [redacted] was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain every issue found and what was needed to fix it. I was very impressed by his knowledge and friendliness. I appreciate the great customer service. He is a great asset to your company.

But this is one of the only companies that I Hv dealt with that is true to their promise. They said bet 1p-3p. Scott M was here before 1p & had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Aggressively inspecting our home, Mike observed and corrected conditions affecting our system's performance. After our first visit from Mike, my daughter and I felt as if we had been Morris Jenkins satisfied customers for years! After our second visit from Mike, our A/C performed better than it performed after our home was first built! We look forward to staying with the company by having regular service visits from Mike.

Due to their unique TV commercials, I remembered Morris-Jenkins. Considering the recent record hot weather, I thought I'd have to wait for a few days to get someone to come out. Surprisingly, when I made the phone call to Morris-Jenkins, they said they could have someone out the next day. The service technician, xxxxx, showed up right on time the next afternoon. xxxxx was a true professional who was not only courteous, but obviously knew his stuff. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. I was so impressed with xxxxx and Morris-Jenkins that I signed up for their Priority Advantage maintenance program on the spot. Chris came to our house and fixed our thermostat so the air conditioner is working properly. He was a nice, respectful young man and listened to what we had to say. We had problems keeping it cool in here and unit was not drawing out the humidity .since we purchased this brand new unit a few months ago.NOW, it is working properly and we want to say a BIG THANK YOU CHRIS.

xxxxx was very professional and knowlegeable. He told me specifically what had been done during his visit and what needed somewhat immediate attention. He gave me his recommendation and we proceeded from there to prevent any possible future problems. An appointment was scheduled to repair the problem and now I am ready for the winter cold.
We were having Problems with our heating system, some parts needed to be replaced. We called Morris-Jenkins, The Technician that they sent out was wonderful. xxxxx, service Tech., was friendly and answered all questions about our situation. He made the experience much less of a nightmare, overall it was a great experience.
