I am rejecting this response because:? I can only interpret this one way:? *** is choosing not to answer the complaint that the cement they installed in the *** *** development is faulty and won't stand behind their work.? If *** can find a way to not pay for work they performed that was sub-par, they will.? Regardless of whether they are at fault or not.? It's unfortunately, what the residents of *** *** have come to expect.? *** doesn't operate with integrity, they want your money and once they have it, good luck trying to get them to take ownership of any of their work

completed.? We confirmed with the consumer that there are no issues with his furnace and that the issues he was referring to were for a neighbor’s house.? At this time, we do not intend to schedule a meeting with the HOA, the developer and the homebuilder, but we will address all service tickets in a professional manner within a reasonable timeframe.? ? I am rejecting this response because:Nothing has been resolved I received a phone call from *** *** telling me since I have closed on my home its no longer the problem of the sales rep or project manger*** *** has continually passed the blame on someone elseNow they want the warranty department to have to handle complaints that were made before out home was even finishedWorst company ever to deal withThey continually pass the blameThey take no ownership in the poor quality and workmanship I receivedI will be contacting the attorney general nextNo one should get taken advantage of by a huge company like I have!

The company did reach out to me but currently waiting for the repairs to be fixed and refund for the repairs that were made based on information received from contractors we paid to fix *** *** errors.? Currently the issues and problems are not 100% resolved

soil at the foundation (about 3’ deep) at the front of the consumers unit from the gas meter to the porch and replace with gravel and a drainWe will also be installing a landscape burm on the high side unit next to the consumers to direct run off from the neighboring unit to a drain at the low point of the mulch bed.? warranty tolerance.? In regards to the odor smell within the home, unfortunately while at the residence, our service staff did not smell or observe any moldy/mildew smell or staining.? We have asked the consumer to provide documentation or photos showing the evidence of mold so it can be addressed, if warrantedRyan Homes is willing to work directly with our customer to address any warrantable issues outlined in the complaint.?
