There was a miscommunication in regarding to the Home owner's guide, and kindly enough, Ryan home team contacted me for full explanations, and also provided enough materials & actions on issues I raised from the previous complaintsAlso regarding to the Radon test, I was able to get the copy which I have not received back then, and I am able to monitor the levels from now on.They constructed quality home, and also provided excellent and prompt customer services, also, learned the process of their customer services this time.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is VERY satisfactory to me.?

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE BEEN CALLING RYAN HOMES NUMBER NO ONE HAS BEEN COMING OR CALLING ME , UNTIL I REACH OUT TO THE MANAGER DOUG I FIND IT FUNNY BECAUSE IF I DIDN'T CALL , THE MOLDINGS WOULD OF NEVER BEEN DELIVERED FUNNY HOW THEY WERE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAYAND THE SIDING ISSUE? IT WAS NEVER A MIX UP? ON AN ADDRESS THE GUY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND HAMMERED A COUPLE TIMES AND SAID THIS IS ALL I CAN DO SO AFTER I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH Revdex.com ,,, THE GUY COMES BACK TO REPLACE THE SIDING,, RYAN HOMES IS VERY RUDE, AND LEAVES YOU GUESSING WEATHER OR NOT RYAN HOMES WANTS TO FIX IT, THE SIDE OF MY HOME WITH THE SIDING IS ALSO BUCKLEING AS WELLRYAN HOMES IS SO QUICK TO BUILD HOMES BUT NEVER WANTS TO COME BACK AND FIX THE ISSUEI HAVE REACHED OUT SO MANY TIMES BUT LIKE I SAID BEFORE RYAN HOMES DOES NOT DOCUMENT THINGS,,? RYAN HOMES HAS LIED TO ME FROM DAY ONEALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS JUST FIX IT THE FIRST TIME AND NONE OF THIS WOULD OF HAPPENED , RYAN HOMES TO QUICK TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY! I am rejecting this response because: Although I realize there is no legal claim, I expect a company with a high Revdex.com rating to take it's customer service more seriously? There is not even an apology on the sales person's behalf? Having a sales person tell me they would take care of me, then hiding behind a legal document once they messed up, really violates the spirit of a company that should be treating it's customers with more care? If NVR/Heartland is unwilling to make this right, and wishes to no longer respond, then I ask the Revdex.com to document this as an unresolved complaint and it should affect the company's rating accordingly? The consumer is expressing displeasure from her sales and building process before her home went to settlement? *** *** addressed those concerns during that process.? *** *** contacted the consumer on April 10th? and there are no current issues with the home at this time? If any warrantable items should arise in the future, they will be addressed during the warrantable time frame if they contact Customer Care at ***? Please note that the contact number on the Revdex.com complaint is not a good contact number for the consumer and that did cause a delay in reaching the consumer.? *** *** appreciates the efforts of the Revdex.com in bringing closure to this concern.? Thank you for your time on this matterI have spoken with Mr*** and a gentleman by the name of Ben and there was no offer to have the items repaired and I have a recording from the project manager that he was going to contact the service center on my issues and nothing was ever put in and no service ticket was issuedI had a meeting with the county inspector today at my home and there are several code violations that were noted regarding these problemsThere are lawyers involved at this time and Ryan homes is just wasting your time on getting these items resolvedNo effort has been taken to correct the issues.? ? After being told several times that a representative would reach out to me, we finally received an in person response on June 2, Ryan Homes refuses to take responsibility for telling us not to water the sod and is playing the blame game as to why we did not receive a response before June 1stThey are only responding to the Revdex.com complaint after they came out to the home almost a month laterBrandon came out to our home, was completely combative and only offered to lay sand in our yardHe interrupted me several times while I was speaking to him and even raised his voice to me in front of my husbandHe even decided that it would be a good idea to let me know that his customer service rep stated that I called on several occasions and that I would call 'every hour on the hour' until someone called me backRyan Homes closed out my initial service request on 5/although no one can tell me who it was closed out byWe did not hear from Brandon until 6/The lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional and unacceptableWord of mouth will definitely travel fast in regard to the level of service Ryan Homes provides to their customers after you close on your mortgage.?

Dear *** ***? -Thank you for the opportunity to look into the Revdex.com ID ***.? Our Ryan Homes warranty team has worked with the consumer and vendor to address the concerns mentioned in the complaint.? While the consumer had reached out to the vendor directly on separate
occasions, this is the first time we are becoming aware of the issue the consumer was experiencing.? Our warranty representative met the vendor and the consumer at the home of the consumer on Friday, November 17th.? A new HDMI was installed, however the consumer continued to experience the same issue.? It was determinted that a component hooked to the system the consumer had purchased was scrambling the signal and causing the issue explained in the complaint.? Our warranty manager left a message with the consumer on November 20th to follow up.Ryan Homes appreciates the efforts of the Revdex.com in bringing closure to this concern.? I am rejecting this response because: it is untrueThey stated that they responded "immediately." My original complaint was due to a lack of response from Ryan HomesI will be more than happy to provide the email chain which clearly shows them not responding, and me continually asking for a response.? Another lie: the mirror did not have a chip in itIt was defective from the inside- not on the surfaceThe service manager even put his finger on the defect and agreed that it was not a scratch/due to anything we didFinally, they never mentioned that the floor squeaks were not coveredHiram stepped on the squeaks and said "No problem, we can fix that for you." He never said it wasn't covered? ? Lastly, we received a rude voicemail message from the service manager, Hiram, also which I will be happy to forward onto the Revdex.com as proof of our mistreatmentWe shared the voicemail with the VP of Ryan Homes after he kindly reached out to usHe was very nice and apologetic.? I do not appreciate the half-truths in their response to the Revdex.comI will appreciate an honest response with how they actually treated us ?
