Good morning, I bought a [redacted] from Crazy cheap cars back in June...the car was for sale for 7000...they first stated that I was forced to get the insurance for 1000$, I put down as a downpayement, and made me pay a monthwhen I repeatedly asked for the bottom line amount the sales person continued to tell me that the payments are good and where I want them...I just called because I wanted to put a nice principal payment on and I find out I owe stil! The lady on the phone told me the loan is for 11000...she stated I did not put any money down! So they stole my and added some how under my noseThey lied to me and they stole a lot of money from meThis is not a place I will ever go to again

[redacted] You did not purchase the vehicle. You left a $500.00 Deposit to purchase the vehicle which you are more than welcome to be refunded ASAP!... We will not deliver you this vehicle until it is ready to be delivered. We do everything to ensure that that vehicle is 100% ready for you so that there are no issues that can come up by letting you take it until it is ready. Again we offered you your deposit back several times.

You had over $of negative equity which was because you owed more on your cobalt trade in that what it was worth....so that gets added back into your loan which was explained to you.You did receive all your copies of paperwork when you bought the carIf you would like more let us know and also
we can go over all you figures to explain it to you again

for customer satisfaction we have refunded this customer over $over weeks ago .....there was no high pressure and she said and signed a document after we gave her that money that she was satisfied...if she doesnt like the vehicle we told her that we would trade her out of it for something
else but she wanted to keep it...that offer still stands

We have looked into this and have checked all our listings and the Mazda CX-that was purchased was listed as a 2wd vehicleAlso the customer was given a carfax which also showed that the vehicle was not 4wd.However to insure customer satisfaction we have contacted the customer and
have offered to trade them into a different vehicle which they are agreeable toThey will be coming in ASAP

Rejection is in regard to AutoGuard only:
I have been in contact with AutoGuard and have been informed that my policy was rejected, therefore there is no reason to fill out cancellation paperwork with CrazyCheapCars. You/they may verify this by calling the Processing Department and ask for Tamara at *** prompt #3. She told me this morning that I should be receiving a letter stating the same-I believe they will be mailed out the 15th. She also told me that I am to receive reimbursement from CrazyCheapCars and not them
I thank CrazyCheapCars for setting us up with a local dealer to fix our 4WD issue. The amount of $($for gas & $for Theft Avert) is accepted
