red *** *** hatchback- we found it through Crazy Cheap Cars websiteMade several calls on it and put a deposit down so it would be there days later when we made the hour drive to get itCar was not on the lot when we arrivedIt was damaged and was in the repair shop, somewhere elseNo phone call to tell us this info before we drove all that way and went back home empty handed! The car spent weeks getting front fender and paint repairsThe first paint job didn't match red on redThe car is back on the lot now (see picts on website)The carfax still comes up clean...it was damaged and had work done!!! Buyers beware!!!!

I did have it in for service and they did nothing to the truck, they said they could not figure it outI am trading this truck in today at another dealership, I am losing dollars on this truck in order to trade it in, but I feel I have no choiceI can not be in an unreliable or unsafe vehicle with my childrenI can not be without a vehicle either, I have no other transportation or people to loan me a vehicleI have to get to work everydayThis dealer has put me in a bad spot and it is not rightI would be happy if they are willing to give me the thousand dollar difference that I just lost to pay back what I had to borrow from a family member in order to trade this truck inThank you.Regards,*** ***

We contacted *** *** about this issue when we said we were going to when you 1st notified us and they had made the mistake not usThey have the right vehicle and it is taken care of that is what we are told from them

We would like to offer to help this customer out for there time and troubles by giving them back the money that they spent on the rim and tires which was $and $for a total of $plus an additional goodwill from the dealership of $even though the NYS dealer
warranty expired over a year and a half agoWe also paid for a $tow bill at no charge to them out of good faith and other work that was done for $this year just to try to keep customer satisfaction

I saw that they had amazing deals, so I went in, wanting to test drive a couple cars Once I drove them, I wanted to inquire more about the price Before I did that, they made me fill out some information, which included my SS number for a credit check I was assured that it would be a soft inquiry and it wouldn't hit my credit report
We started talking about the car Here's how they do business: they'll ask you what you can afford monthly, how long you want the loan to be, and then run it through their system Once they did, they came back with a number that was supposed to be my estimated monthly payment, however, it was about $higher than anything I've calculatedThey were very combative when I asked them specific questions about how that number was generated "It's just math.", is what I was told Which means that they fudge in dealer fees that you wouldn't notice until you've already signed on the dotted line
After I ran out of the dealership, I went elsewhere and bought a car for the exact same price as the car I was looking at at Crazy Cheap Cars My monthly payment was within $of what I calculated
The prices at Crazy Cheap Cars are cheap because they include dealer fees that aren't justified Plus, I now have a hard inquiry on my credit report that's there for years from a dealership I didn't do business with I would stay away from these guys and go elsewhere

We are sorry for you trouble with your vehicle and will gladly reimburse you the $ASAP by mail

We had the customer come in to go over all concernsWe offered to buy the vehicle back for a full refund and she declinedWe made sure that she was happy and satisfied with everything for customer satisfaction

Of course the employees ( Allan who made the deal) are going to be less than truthfulI'm sure they need their jobs. When the owner wants to cut a clean honest deal on the car he can contact me as I see the car is still on the lot and I believe the price has been reduced. It's too bad the Sales Managers come across as being so nice and helpful till the deal needs to be sealed. That car could have been sold weeks ago! but I'm sure they have quota's to make and like the kick back from Indirect Lending

You had over $of negative equity which was because you owed more on your cobalt trade in that what it was worth....so that gets added back into your loan which was explained to youYou did receive all your copies of paperwork when you bought the carIf you would like more let us know
and also we can go over all you figures to explain it to you again

This is the 1st email we received about this from Revdex.com...This is NOT a true statement...the check engine light is not back on in a few days and you drive a year with it on however we would be glad to fix the problem and or you could trade it in on a similar vehicle and we would try to work out the
best possible price for you

Ryan said that the vehicle was always listed two wheel drive but if that was the case my wife and I would of never took the hour drive to go there and our meeting that day with Brian was only about 4xvehiclesRyan also said that they Checked the box on the one piece of paperwork 4x4/AWD because then the warranty covers moreI am not completely sold on our conversation but if we come to some kind of agreement on a different vehicle which has 4x4/AWD and I do not end up paying almost $for a vehicle I had for only a year which was supposed to be AWD then I will be satisfiedIf No vehicle meets my approval or criteria I hope they are bold enough to admit their mistake and buy back the vehicle and refund maybe not all my money but a very good portion of it so I can go elsewhere and purchase the vehicle I desire in the first instanceI very much hope our meeting next Friday goes well so I no longer have to waste anymore of my time or any one else's time with this matterI will be calling him tomorrow or Monday to try to figure out what he is willing to give me for the vehicle I have now and what he is willing to do if there is a vehicle of my particular liking before wasting another hours driving there and backI am hopeful for the best in which both parties involved can live withRegards, *** ***

We were selling you the car for $You wanted for your tradeWe are sorry but we told you we were only able to give you $for your trade and that was even too much but we were trying to help outThe reason the price of the vehicle is raised is because you have $of negative
equity which means you owe more than what you car is worth and any buyers order or contract cannot have negative equity in NYSWe can only sell you the car for the figures we told you when you were here if it is still in inventory

But I contacted the loan place and the amount hasn't been changed yet, it still is the incorrect amount once the correct amount is documented threw the loan place I will fixed this to accepted

If she would like to trade it in for something she feels more comfortable about, she canShe can buy a vehicle for less money to get her financed amount downWe did show her other vehicles and she really didn't like themNo person at our dealership pushed her to keep the one she bought from usShe did owe a lot more on her vehicle than it was worth which was added to her loan but everything was thoroughly explained to her at the time of delivery.Her best option is to trade it in to us and get something less expensive but she has to be willing to do that

He did agree you may not have known thatif you get a charge from insurance let us know
