You did not purchase the vehicle. You left a $500.00 Deposit to purchase the vehicle which you are more than welcome to be refunded ASAP!...

We will not deliver you this vehicle until it is ready to be delivered. We do everything to ensure that that vehicle is 100% ready for you so that there are no issues that can come up by letting you take it until it is ready. Again we offered you your deposit back several times.

to get a refund on your warranty and cancel it we will have to mail you the paperwork and you will have to fill in the current miles on an odometer statement then we mail that to them and they process it and refund the warranty money to the loan that you have with ESL ...we will send you the 399 and 100 together to take care of the rest. we spoke to the ford dealer today and took care of your 4wd as requested.

We have gave you a very fair good faith offer to try to make you happy even though you have been out of warranty for over a year and then some. We have stood behind our car sale to you and have done  warranty work for you recently to take care of normal things that can wear on vehicles while putting on the miles that you have driven all to try to make you happy. Your extended warranty has covered and taken care of problems that you have had with your car long after the dealer warranty period was up that is why we encourage customers to purchase them so that if the have any problems down the road of ownership they will not have worry about getting them taken care of and costing them money out of there pocket in addition to making monthly payments on the car loan. Refunding money for a trade that you traded in and the money you put down on the deal has nothing to do with any of this because you purchased the car in which your trade and cash down reduced the amount that you owed on your loan . If you would like we will still give you our current good faith offer and you may come back to us and we would try to see if we could trade you into another vehicle that would work out in you budget.  We cant guarantee that we will be able to make a trade deal work for you but we would try to make you happy.

There is false information in their response. I was offered $3900.00 for my trade by Allan (Sales Manager) who had spoken with their wholesaler. I had wanted $4000.00 for my trade but agreed to the $3900.00 because of mileage. Crazy Cheap Cars is trying to make it sound like I was trading in a clunker which my car is not.  I only had negative equity of $1200.00 at the time of the agreement for trade in and have since made another payment which has reduced the amount owing.   In their response they stated they raised the price of the auto to $2000.00 because in NYS buyers orders or contracts cannot show negative equity. This is totally false as I work with Purchase and Buyers all day long as I am a Loan Underwriter/Officer.  Any negative equity is either absorbed by the new auto being purchased (in which this case the Nada was sufficient to offset negative equity) paid out of pocket if collateral isn't sufficient or Gap Insurance is put on loan.  A person named Mike (at ext. 104) did leave me 1 message on Friday October 27th and I did return his call 2 times ( Saturday Oct 28th and again on Oct 25th) to which he did not respond back. I received a call from Crazy Cheap Cars on Thursday Oct.26th and spoke with some one who said he was Mike's (the owners assistant) and told him the whole story and he agreed the deal was handled wrong and was going to speak with owner Mike O. and he promised to call me back that same day and of course no call was returned.  He asked if I was still interested in the auto and I told him I still was. Then he tried to get me to drive back to Oakfield and I told him I would come back up to purchase auto at the agreed upon original deal with Allan.  I feel they should honor any deals made by their Sales Managers and stop trying to hit potential customers with hidden fees etc.  The owner should realize all  of this dishonesty will affect his business.

We have already received reimbursement for the Advantage Plus for $249. ..It is the AutoGuard extended warranty we want reimbursement on.  That amount was for $2057 – as well as the Theft Avert for $399.
We accept the $100 for gas and have been contacted regarding getting our truck serviced at a local dealer.
