there is absolutely nothing wrong with this car at all but buyer had buyers remorse and we already agreed to take the car back for a full refund

We would be glad to cancel the extended warranty that you purchased and refund it to your lending institution and also when you come in to cancel your warranty we would be glad to address your concerns with the tires on the vehicle that did pass NYS inspection.

Business has contacted warranty company and advised that they did reject the warranty as such a refund is being issued to ESL.

Spoke with business who advised that the consumer is not forced to bring the vehicle to him; if she does bring it to him she avoids the $100 deductible.  The consumer brought the vehicle in for a drivability issue as such the business has to drive the vehicle...

(typically between 15-20 miles to try to duplicate the consumers concerns.  In this case the consumer vehicle was drove 7 miles up the road as the employee was trying to duplicate the consumers concern.  The employee told the consumer when she approached him at the reservation that he was trying to duplicate the issue she was having.  Company puts gas back into vehicles when they are driven but if the issue is a drivability issue then it has to be driven to diagnose.

My experience at Crazy Cheap was a real treat that I hope never to repeat. Before we (my wife and I) left the house, I called to make sure they would be open. A salesman named John asked what vehicle we wanted to see and since we were an hour away to call when we got close so he could have the car out and ready to show us. I called 5 miles out as instructed and upon arrival, not only was the vehicle still buried in the lot but w/o even a hello we heard “You can’t park here…Go across the street and park in the municipal parking lot”. After parking, we walked across the street and were told by a salesman that we couldn’t wander the lot and look and that we were to follow this person inside to fill out paper work. After letting them know that we would fill out nothing without looking at the vehicles first and only if we wished to test drive one this person (I think it was John) backed down and we looked around on our own for about 5 minutes when found the vehicle we had come to see. While looking at the interior we were approached by another salesman (Steve) who also told us we could not be out there looking at the vehicles alone because “only about half the cars are here” and the rest are at an overflow lot a mile or so away. We were also told that we had to have a sales associate with us to answer any questions. A that point my wife asked about a truck that we saw on their website and was told by Steve that there is no truck like that here and that he was familiar with all of the inventory. After some debate, he decided we were not going to give in and left us to look on our own. 10 cars down the same row we found the non-existent truck that my wife wanted to see. When we found one to test drive, we were given to yet another salesman (Dylan) who could not answer any of our questions and had to get yet another person. When Dylan made smart-mouthed comment about my wife wanting to drive my wife said just give me the key only to have this little twerp tell me “My she’s a feisty one huh” The staff at this place needs to learn manners, etiquette and salesmanship. The only person we found there that treated customers with respect was Nick. The vehicle was a good price and even given that, I don’t think that I would ever. To add more to the ordeal, while I was checking out the car at home I found that half of the tools for the jack were missing.

[redacted]   You did not purchase the vehicle. You left a $500.00 Deposit to purchase the vehicle which you are more than welcome to be refunded ASAP! We will not deliver you this vehicle until it is ready to be delivered. We do everything to ensure that that vehicle is 100% ready for you so...

that there are no issues that can come up by letting you take it until it is ready. Again we offered you your deposit back several times.

Your deposit is refunded....we run no such thing! the only thing we try to do is sell you something else if the car you were looking at was sold ....deposits as you were told only hold the vehicle for 48hrs.

We would be glad to help you out with this vehicle....we would like to take it in on trade and get you something else that you would be happier with.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that meeting with Ryan M. to try to resolve this issue in person on Friday, November 27 is the next step towards resolving this issue. I have already done this with Brian T. with no satisfactory outcome being reached. But yet I am still willing to try one more time before I will feel that I will have to pursue other means of Justice in this situation. Ryan said that the vehicle was always listed two wheel drive but if that was the case my wife and I would of never took the hour drive to go there and our meeting that day with Brian was only about 4x4 vehicles. Ryan also said that they Checked the box on the one piece of paperwork 4x4/AWD because then the warranty covers more. I am not completely sold on our conversation but if we come to some kind of agreement on a different vehicle which has 4x4/AWD and I do not end up paying almost $7000 for a vehicle I had for only a year which was supposed to be AWD  then I will be satisfied. If No vehicle meets my approval or criteria I hope they are bold enough to admit their mistake and buy back the vehicle and refund maybe not all my money but a very good portion of it so I can go elsewhere and purchase the vehicle I desire in the first instance. I very much hope our meeting next Friday goes well so I no longer have to waste anymore of my time or any one else's time with this matter. I will be calling him tomorrow or Monday to try to figure out what he is willing to give me for the vehicle I have now and what he is willing to do if there is a vehicle of my particular liking before wasting another 2 hours driving there and back. I am hopeful for the best in which both parties involved can live with.Regards, [redacted]

(1)   $100 for gas/travel
(2)   $399 for Theft Avert coverage
(3)   $2057 for AutoGuard Extended Warranty
(4)   Repair of 4WD at local dealer (Completed)
CrazyCheapCars previously indicated a check for Items 1 & 2 will be mailed directly to us and check for Item #3 will go directly to [redacted] to be applied to the principal of our loan.
We ask to be notified when the checks will be mailed out.  You may call at (814)335-0413 or (814)486-1444  Kindly leave message, if I am unable to answer. 
Upon receipt of payments, we will consider this matter resolved.

The customer has all the paperwork .....She knows and the bank knows that there is only one loan on this vehicle you cant have 2 loans on the same vehicle with the same bank.

My complaint is that the car salesman had my insurance put a car I did not purchase onto my insurance. He insists that my husband agreed to buy the car. My husband did not sign anything, and did not agree to buy anything. My insurance should never have been contacted since the car was not purchased. The salesman's attitude was very condesending and rude, I never even received an appology for what happened. If my insurance had not called me I would be paying for insurance on a car that is not mine. I do not want this to happen to another customer.
