Good morning,
I bought a [redacted] from Crazy cheap cars back in June...the car was for sale for 7000...they first stated that I was forced to get the insurance for 1000$, I put 1400 down as a downpayement, and made me pay 262 a month.. when I repeatedly asked for the bottom line amount the sales person continued to tell me that the payments are good and where I want them...I just called because I wanted to put a nice principal payment on and I find out I owe 9000 stil! The lady on the phone told me the loan is for 11000...she stated I did not put any money down! So they stole my 1400 and added some how 4000 under my nose. They lied to me and they stole a lot of money from me. This is not a place I will ever go to again

I didn't accept it due to the dealer ship hasn't fixed the issue with the bank yet, there waiting on the dealer to send them the new agreement and the diff of the loan, until they do so im not accepting nothing cause it is NOT fully fixed yet.

The advertised car, as per the vin number, WAS on the lot. It had NOT been sold. The published description of the car was incorrect and deceptive and is still being advertised as such. Consumer advised Revdex.com that she spoke with Steve on May 22nd and again today on May 27th and is waiting to have a head manager call to get matter resolved regarding exchanging the vehicle.

We have looked into this and have checked all our listings and the Mazda CX-7 that was purchased was listed as a 2wd vehicle. Also the customer was given a carfax which also showed that the vehicle was not 4wd.

customer and have offered to trade them into a different vehicle which they are agreeable to. They will be coming in ASAP.

The damages to the cobalt were explained to my sales manager at time of trade he never explained that negative equity would be put onto my loan if he had done so I would have fixed my cobalt not purchased a new vehicle with a higher payment and I would not have accepted a 60 month loan. When I arrived back at the dealership with the title to the cobalt Brian said is your cobalt the gold one in the lot across the street I said yes. Brian said looks like you got one over on the car dealer this time.  He had an associate next to him at his desk. I then went outside to my new hhr looked for my contract and it was not in the vehicle. I went inside and was informed that the contract couldn't be retrieved because his boss had already left and that it would be sent to me in the mail. If I had received the contract I would not have made multiple phone calls requesting the contact and I would have done the customer survey like Brian asked so he could receive his bonus. I still do not have a copy of my paperwork because crazy cheap cars had never sent it to me and it was not in my hhr the day I purchased it.  If the contract was in my car the day I purchased it I would have it now but I do not and never have received a copy.

First of all we would never have a car pass inspection that had any frame problems and because of our winters with all the salt things can rust severely in 1 year and a half. We would be glad to refund your $35. We do not keep deposits when someone does not purchase period. You were offered extra products which you do not have to take and Alan told you that. Also the only fees are tax and license fees.

lending institution required us to purchase the extended warranty as a condition of the loan. We called the lending institution and they did not require that. I had to take time off of work to have the brakes repaired that needed to be done to pass inspection and was not done. I have requested tires on my numerous messages to them. I do not get paid if I do not work it is 2 hours each way this should have been done before hand

Yes the warranty has been cancelled but the refund has not come back from the warranty company yet to apply to your loan at [redacted]. We have contacted [redacted] to let them know about this and that they will be receiving this as soon as the warranty company refunds this. We also contacted the...

When you buy a car you have to have insurance on it for us to transfer ownership to you. He agreed to buy the car so we had you put insurance on it to complete everything to process all your paperwork that is how it is done.

No problem if you decided that you did not want those items we will refund you the $594. Stop in as soon as you can to get the check.

We will be glad to give you copies of your paperwork from when you purchased in 2013. You need to stop in and get them and we also will go over it again with you.
