This is not true or Revdex.com is way behind she has talked to me several times and has an appointment this thursday for her key!

Of course the employees ( Allan who made the deal) are going to be less than truthfulI'm sure they need their jobs. When the owner wants to cut a clean honest deal on the car he can contact me as I see the car is still on the lot and I believe the price has been reduced It's too bad the Sales Managers come across as being so nice and helpful till the deal needs to be sealed. That car could have been sold weeks ago! but I'm sure they have quota's to make and like the kick back from Indirect Lending

the srv. mngr responded that there was no wrongdoing on their part and the collision shop in...

pa was more than likely not reputable.also any vehichle can break down at any time,I responded with how so much in so little miles as is this case could be possible.his response,it happens.he stated that there was nothing at this point he could do but offer me better service in the future. I responded with at this time our conversation is  over and I would be taking this to the next level and he responded with do you realize the could have one of my mechanics losing his job,at this point I walked out and left

Whatever we could do for you at this point we would be glad to for 100% customer satisfaction

We talked to the customer and have addressed all there concerns. We went over all of the numbers and they understand everything and are now completely satisfied with the dealership.

We would be glad to go over the work that was done back then and address all the concerns by you coming to the dealership and discussing it.....At the time of repair this is what was wrong with the vehicle.

Only showed 1 other car, which I was told could not buy because of odor in vehicle. They threatened me, I could not leave the office without signing. They need to pay off the bank, take back this vehicle and fix my credit.

please let us know how many miles are on the car now and how many there was when you purchased it and the date you purchased it

They had my car over 2.5 weeks then I had them take it to a different shop because they couldn't figure out the issue. I received car back and it's still not fixed, so I brought it back Feb 6th 2014 and they told me they'd call me to bring car back in to Crazy Cheap Cars.  They said they needed to order parts and I've never heard back and I'm now over my warranty coverage which is why they are now trying to play games. I read up on the Lemon Law and it states if issue is not fixed in 3 attempts or they have vehicle over 15 or more days I'm entitled to a refund of purchase price, sales tax and fees. I'm hoping since they have had many opportunities to fix problems and since I've had issues with my vehicle and the company since the day I purchased it, I feel that I am entitled to that. If not, this car needs to be fixed it is a hazard and will not pass inspection. I wrote a complete detailed description for you in the attachment after your complaint form. Let me know if you need anything else, I appreciate your time.

You haven't taken delivery of the car yet so if you would like to cancel the deal and be refunded your deposit you may do so asap.

They have taken enough of my money and will just want more for another truck. I feel like they will just sell me another bad vehicle and another warranty that is not any good but at there dealership. 
Regards,[redacted] Consumer called:She brought the vehicle to try to trade in, found out that the vehicle had previously been in an accident. The business never disclosed that and she had clearly asked prior to purchase. The vehicle kept stalling in traffic this weekend also.

I have not received any phone calls, voice mails or emails from the company and I have called them this week on 6/15 and also today 6/16 and left my phone number and detailed message to Mike's voice mail and have not received anything in return. to I feel that they do not want to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.

we give a carfax with every vehicle purchase....she just had this vehicle in for service and we took care of all of her concerns the vehicle is very nice and in excellent condition....we would be glad to take it in on trade and make her happy with something else if she desires

[redacted] called stating a refund of $648 was received on Saturday.
