We just received our first treatment and our tech, Logan, did a fabulous job and his customer service was outstanding. He explained everything very well and left us with no questions. Thank you!

Tristan and Jay came out to my house for the initial treatment. They were early which was greatly appreciated and they were completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I should note that in my experience and in this day and age, it seems contractors or service providers are rarely on time and rarely ever early. I want to thank them again for their timeliness. They were both able to answer any questions that I had. I also want to mention that they were both very mindful and respectful of my three dogs and working around any dog toys etc.

Greg did a terrific job with the house border, trees and shrubs and inside the garage. Have used CF for years and always been happy with their service.

This was our first visit from Crazy Frog. Logan was on time, very pleasant and open to answering all my questions. Work was completed efficiently. So far so good.

In September of 2018, I was unsure of the exact amount of my bill, so I sent more than was required. I requested the letter they sent to me outlining my spending for the 2018. According to that letter dated September 17th, 2018, I had "$45.59 in credit on [my] account for unused funds from Check #*** on 9/18/18 for $380. According to my bank records, I sent another payment of $35.00 on 10/4/18. As I had a balance, I did not send a payment for November 2108. This is when the accounting department at Crazy Frog started texting messages that my account was past due. Despite repeated attempts to come to an understanding, Crazy Frog is currently saying that I owe $65.17 for the months of November and December, as they bill on a quarterly basis. In summary, Crazy Frog does not acknowledge the $45.59 credit from September. They want an additional $65.17. Combined with the October payment of $35.00, Crazy Frog expects a total of $145.76 in return for no services rendered.

Looking through this customers account I see that she was set up on monthly billing. With monthly billing it splits up her quarterly service cost by 3 monthly payments. *** at this point has made 25 monthly payments but had 9 quarterly services so she should have made a total of 27 payments. She also received a Roach service in August. The check for $380.00 covered this roach service, two monthly payments for the months of September and October and part of November. We never received another check after this check. Since she is on monthly the payments continued. The amount due on the account is the rest of the amount due for the quarterly service that had happened in September.

my understanding of the services were that I could have additional treatments between quarterly services as needed. I still received no services in the last quarter of 2018.

The amount of the account is from the monthly payments from November and December of 2018. To help out the customer, we actually took out a monthly payment and just asked that she pay the $65.17. The balance due as each quarterly service cost $94.47 after tax plus she had added a roach monitoring which is $5.00 extra dollars a month. Making her total quarterly service cost $110.76 for her last service. The check for $380.00 covered her roach service job. The amount left over of the $380.00 went towards her monthly billing.

I am rejecting this response because: I submitted a written statement that my account had a balance left over as of mid September. Either I had a balance or I didn't. I've seen no further evidence that demonstrates anything to the contrary; only the repeated claims of a company contradicting their own documentation without evidence and demands for payment for fourth quarter of 2018 when no services were provided.

Spring of 2018 I agreed to allow Crazy Frog provide services, under the condition that I could cancel anytime without a fee. In the Spring they did cime out on more than 1 occassion to spray the lawn, for wasps and aphids. When fall 2018 came I asked what the service is they claim to provide, and there is none. For the amount of money they charge, I found the service to be more of a lack in service and asked to cancel. Ive asked to cancel literally 9 times, and they continue to charge me. Ive made several calls and sent several emails asking why they are charging me when Ive made it clear I want to cancel. To this date, they are still chargung me and now stating im past due. I reminded them of cancelling 8 times, and now they want a fee to cancel in an amount they wont disclose, and keep attempting to charge my card. This is unethical and not what I agreed to. They offer no resolution other than to continue to bill me for services not received as well as service after my 9 attempts to cancel.

Looking through ***'s account, she signed up for 5 services. On June 27th, *** had left a internal review and at that time she received a call regarding that review. We explained the service to her and resolved all of her concerns at the time (per the recorded call) after this we did not receive any negative feedback from her until September at that time she emailed us asking about what it would cost to cancel. We emailed her back asking what she was unhappy with so we could resolve any concerns she had. We never received a reply to this email. We received a separate email in November asking to cancel and again we asked what she was unhappy with so we come to a resolution and then we did not receive a reply to that email. Then we received an email in January and we again asked what she was unhappy with and asked that she called our office. She emailed back stating that she did not want to be in agreement and did not call. We did do a service on October 02 2018. We sent her reminders for this service on 09/29/18. After each service is preformed a service notification is sent to the customer with notes about what service we did and the pest we targeted.

I have attached the signed agreement and service guidelines that were signed with the salesman and then the technician at the time of the first service. We are happy to offer resolutions and address her concerns but have been able to when we have not received replies to emails offering to help the customers.

Very polite tech came today and did everything he had to do for my house in Caldwell ! Love when they’re polite like clay!

Greg did a great job of removing spider webs. We have had no issues with spiders or ants while with Crazy Frog.

Installed and removed Christmas lights. Courteous service staff. Honored the cost quote that had been given me the previous year. Went above and beyond to knock down a dried wasp nest from eaves for me. Highly recommended!

Despite the complaints registered by others in this site, I found Crazy Frog to be very clear about the contractual terms. The technicians are professional, all work is completed as expected, and the level of communication is outstanding.

I am always pleased with the technicians and their courteousness. We have called on numerous occasions when we have noticed a reoccurrence of spiders, ants and even voles. Every time we call, someone is back out within a couple of days to re-treat the problems. And they continue to check back to make sure we’re satisfied.

Ben from Crazy Frog has been very helpful by keeping us up to date on what needs to be done. I love having not to worry about scheduling and what to do about a certain bug!! We also have some special needs with the design of the yard... which Ben had to do research on what to use.
He has also kept us informed on the schedule with the crazy weather changes we have in our area!

Good morning,
Crazy Frog provided a service to which I thought I had cancelled. Miscommunications. I called and emailed them. Spoke with manager and Savanna in order to resolve situation. I check my account and they pulled $69 for service without permission. I have never missed a payment or not made one. The service they provided was on a wet morning and was ineffective. I have left messages on 1/11 and requested a return phone call. I have been willing to work for them, but not going to pay for a service that needs to be redone. I am disappointed in this company and have never had this type of customer service. There was no working with the team. If I provided the customer service that I have received I would not be in business.

Looking through the customers account, she called in after the service had been completed on 01/10/19. She had stated that she sent an email to us earlier but after talking it became clear that our office never received that email. When the office manager had discussed her on 01/10/19, we had made it clear that we did not receive this email and customer admitted it may have not gone through. Our technician was able to complete full service safely and legally. We warranty all services and if customer was concerned something wasn't done we would have came out at no extra cost. *** had decided to close her account and said she didn't want anyone else at her home. We did close her account for her as requested and we made it very clear she was still responsible for her balance for the completed service.

When *** signed up with us she signed up for auto pay. We have always charged her the day after the service was completed. We did charge her on 01/11/19 on auto pay as we had for every service completed.

I am rejecting this response because: Crazy Frog has only been paid through me manually going in and adding the amount due to be pulled from my account. There was never a time where the balance was paid on date of service. Review of the records will indicate this. I am happy to submit all statements showing this. I have always paid my balance in a timely manner. The issue I have is a payment was pulled from my account without my permission. Please advise if 24mths of statements is needed to verify this. I have never experienced the customer service that has happened through crazy frog nor have I ever had to take an issue to this level. This is an issue that can be easily resolved. Pulling money from my account without permission is illegal. I would like acknowledgement of this wrong in order to make this right. I would like to escalate to the owner of the company as the resolution is unsatisfactory. Thank you for your assistance in resolution of this issue.

As shown in our records every service except two were charged the day after services. As stated previously, she did not send us an email to cancel her appointment until 01/21/19 when her appointment was on 01/10/19. When she called on 01/10/19 after she was serviced I had explained to her that we did not receive any emails thus far asking us to not preform the service. We also made it very clear that she was still responsible for the balance on her account and have a recorded call of our office manager explaining this to her and customer understood.

I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge that they did not receive the email. What is wrong is the business withdrew the money (taped conversation) without my permission. I have never missed a payment. There was no permission provided to Crazy Frog to remove the funds from my account. I asked for acknowledgement of this error and have not received this. It is unfortunate that taking ownership of actions has not transpired. Remember 1 dissatisfied customer shares their experience with many. I will share with neighbors who utilize crazy frog pest control of this experience. I have never received this type of customer service nor taken this type of action. At this point, the actions of the office manager and team are not acceptable and if the business supports this type of customer service than that is theirs to own. Again, I will share the experience with neighbors and others.

We had Matt out today to do our quarterly service. He called when he realized he was able to come early. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He also had an assistant with him who was also great and easy to talk to. Thank you for the great service. I look forward to no bugs!!!

Crazy Frog has always done a good job for my house and my parents house. I like that they remind me of the appointments and that they come automatically every quarter, and I don't have to worry about scheduling with them. If there's a problem between the quarterly appointments, they have been good about coming out in a timely manner. James did a nice job at my house today. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciate him communicating details with me and listening to my concerns with our problem area. He wished us a Happy Holiday and drew a christmas tree on our door hanger :) Thank you!

We had our quarterly service today, 12-15-2018, and James the tech did an awesome job. I saw him in the neighborhood and ask him if he could do us earlier than our appointment and he was more than accommodating. Very polite and did a thorough job.

The technicians are okay, I guess, although the spiders were still on the exterior of the house after the last so-called treatment. What's REALLY bad is their system of invoicing. We received a bill on November 29 with a due date of November 30. What kind of bookkeeper do they have? Not a very efficient one, that's for sure. We are honoring the remaining two quarterly appointments and then - NEVER AGAIN!

Marc did a great job for us today. Please compensate him with a good tip on our behalf.

Marc continues to deliver great service! He is so willing to work around our pets, always reminding us to keep them in for 30 min., never complaining about having to move garbage cans to open our gate. Such a nice man!
