James came to my home today on a service call. I noticed he had all of his safety gear on gloves and mask. He was very courteous and is very much so a people person very good service. Keep up the good work thank you for your service.

Have used Crazy Frog for couple of years or so. Very consistent service. Always on time, the techs are polite and courteous. With every visit they ask about any special areas of concern. When there was they addressed the area with additional and specific remedies. Pest control has been great.

We signed up to receive Crazy Frog Pest Control services this summer with Travis - the rep that came to our house. He told us their services and made note of how they clean any webs from the home. He lowered the price when we declined and we signed up and they scheduled a visit. At NO TIME was there any discussion about having to pay any fee for cancellation of services.
We have been dissatisfied with the service from the first application. Webs were still all over our front entrance and around light fixtures. We took pictures and sent them to Travis who apologized and said he'd send someone over to fix it at no extra charge. The man came out and took care of the webs. However, a few days later, we began to have ants in our house - something we had not had before. Travis said they'd also address this and a worker came over and sprayed the inside of the house as well as my feet and some toys, giving no care to apply carefully. My husband also spoke to Travis about this.
We had more bug issues than before their services and webs continuously after we were assured they would be gone. I called to cancel and was told my husband had to. My husband called the office and Travis and cancelled our services. Travis said he'd take care of it. Despite this, we were still charged the monthly fee. My husband called the office (which did not call back) and Travis again, who said he'd take care of it. Yet, we are charged AGAIN. At this point, my husband and I both call and send emails reminding that we had cancelled and requested the two charges refunded back. They said they had no cancellation on record. I told them of our issues and efforts only to have them refuse to work with me and say that we were scheduled that Friday. I told them I didn't want them to come - we had CANCELLED. They said we'd have to pay $250 for cancelling. This was new to us - we called Travis again. FINALLY, They agreed to cancel, but still refuse to return the money they'd charged after we'd cancelled.

Looking through the customers account, they signed up with us on 06/16/18. At the time of sale the customer signed the agreement for 12 months/5 services and it was then emailed to the customer for their review. We then serviced them 2 days later on 06/18/18. At the time of service, they also signed a service guidelines authorizing a year worth of services. They then reported some spider webs and we sent someone out the next day to make sure those webs were taken care. Our services, get into the crack and crevices of the home and flush out the pest at the first service. Since the interior was not serviced until July when they reported that they were seeing ants on the interior. We never heard of any further complaints after the ants. We do offer free Re-services if the customer happens to still see any pest in between their quarterlies services. Most of the communication was between Mr. and us. Out of good faith, we let the ***s out of their agreement. There was a balance of $7 and then also not charging any fee to cancel early. Mrs. then emailed our office asking about a refund. We then contacted Mr. asking what refund they were requesting and Mr. and told the salesman that there was some misunderstanding between him and his wife and they were all good to go.

I purchased a contract from Crazy frog for quarterly pest control. On the second visit the technician came to my door and showed me where on the side of my house wasps were getting into my siding and there were several nests inside, the technician proceeded to take his wand and rip the siding off my house from bottom to top without my permission to try and get to wasp nests. After causing damage to my house he turns to me and says " now get your husband to fix that" I am a single woman that just had shoulder surgery and not able to fix it. I called into Crazy Frog to let them know the issue. Not only did the wasp spray not work but about the damage. They sent a gentleman named Gregg out to fix it, he tried. No success. He said he was caused by my sprinkler system, yeah, the very bottom board but not clear to the top. I now have to have my house fixed and painted on my own dime, and I tried to cancel with Crazy Frog and they want to charge me $305 for early termination of my contract. I can't believe this company. They have a horrible product and damage people's homes and expect to get paid. It's awful business practice.

I was unaware of the numerous complaints against this company concerning their business practices. I signed up for services, and experienced the same issues with misleading and deceitful information, billing problems, and customer service. Only now, do I find this out and it is too late for any recourse(refund). BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This Company is SO bad!!! They are horrible to work with!!!!. Our situation with the insects is worse than before so I called to cancel. The girl that answered the phone has NO customer service skills told me I could not cancel the service! This put me over the edge - ANYWHERE else in this country would at least apologize for the problem!!!. They send me a bill every month via email and not once have we seen any sign that they actually came by. We had a company before that left a statement showing what they did and how long it took them on our front door. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about this company!!!!!

We live in Meridian Idaho. We have been with Crazy Frog for many years and have never been disappointed in their service! Their techs are always on time and do a great job while they are at our home. Crazy Frog has always done a great job inside and out. Thanks G for a job well done as always.

James performed my regular scheduled inspection and treatment on 9/11/18. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my spider problem, and respectful of my pets and their safety.

Clay came by for the second application, right on time. He was great during the initial visit, explained what he did, and what to expect.
This time, arrived exactly on time. He addressed the problem areas that needed attention, no fuss, no muss.
I had to reschedule this appt on short notice, and they were very nice about moving the appointment.

Greg was awesome!!

I was a little leery when they came to the door but my husband said give them a try. After the first service, we did see an improvement in the bug issue but it still wasn't what I wanted. They said to wait for the 30 days so we did. I called them and they did indeed come right out and do the second treatment, the technician (Greg) was very attentive to my areas of concern and I could tell by where I could see the wet chemical that he covered the entire area again. My only complaint so far is that they failed to tell me when we started that because of laws, they cannot spray any areas with flowers due to killing the bees - we have a lot of flower beds that do have bug. And I should not have had to call for the second treatment, they should have just scheduled it in the time-period they thought I need one for eggs etc. We will see how it goes as we continue work with them.

My tech was Clayton. He was so polite. He acted like he wanted to be here while he melted in the heat. I had a problem with wasps. He found some in places I didn't know about plus the ones I told him about. Took care of it with a smile.

Bad experience from the start. I was told I can stop the services anytime. I was not happy with the service and called to cancel. No one answers the phone, but I did receive an email telling me in order to cancel I have to do it by phone and it will cost me $250 to cancel this horrible service. The contract I signed was on the sales person I-pad. When I tried to download to print it, it was blank!!! SCAM!! Run from this place!!!

Jeff H. came today to do our pest treatment. I spoke with him about the wasp problems we were having and he was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Before he left he let me know where he had found them and what he did to help get rid of them, for the time being at least. I appreciated his professionalism.

This company is absolutely aweful. I asked them three times to respray and continued to get spiders in my home. All crazy frog would do is say we will come out and assess the situation. I wasn’t going to let them come out 100 times and still tell me well we will come out and as the situation. Then the manager had the ardassity to tell me I would be charged 220 cancel fee if I cancelled services and if I didn’t pay it would go to collections.

Needed emergency help with ants in our new home. Even though a Friday, technician arrived at designated time that evening, in the 100 degree heat, took care of the issues with one treatment. We have signed up for quarterly treatments. Very reasonably priced and the service so far was great. Technician was very careful with my flooring and the outside of my house. Not one window was spotted.

Was not told of the contract requirements in regards to being locked into service. Was told I would have at least 48 hours notice before service was to be performed which rarely happened if at all. Would be notified that service was performed along with a bill, had no way to verify service. Would inquire as to how the service was performed when my back yard gate was locked and they could get in to do the service and would not receive any response. This went on continuously. When I finally called to cancel was informed I would need to pay the entire contract amount of 329.00 even though I have an email stating: if you do wish to cancel we do ask that you pay back the original discount we gave you on those initial services. We would love to come to a common resolution with you and make sure you are happy. We are now getting demand letters for the entire 329.00 to be paid in full immediately. I do not believe they held to their promises/guarantees regarding service, service notification, or proof/validation that service was even performed

The customer signed up for our services for 24 months and 9 services. We do these services quarterly and it is all outlined in the agreement that they signed and was emailed to them. We also had the technician go over the service guidelines that were signed and given a paper copy to at the first service. We did their first service on 06/24/17 and then serviced in September.We sent appointment reminders on 09/19/17 for the service on 09/21/18. Unfortunately because the September wasn't paid for until February we weren't able to stay on a quarterly schedule. We then returned 04/11/17 and sent reminders for this service on 04/09/18. When we talked to Mr. in May he told us the reminders were going to his wife email and phone. In April, we were only able to service the front of his home and made a multiply attempts to come back out and do the backyard at no extra cost. The balance on his account is reflecting his April service and the original discount given to Mr. when he signed up when he agreed to the 24 month/ 9 service agreement.

I hired this company to spray around my yard for bugs plus to bug bomb the inside of my house. There methods were not successful and I was very unsatisfied with this company after they came out three times in the past month and a half. I emailed the company to let them know I would like to cancel all future services and would also like a refund. They refused to issue me any sort of refund and then proceeded to tell me that they were then going to charge me for the "discount" of $230 we received plus all future payments that were arraigned for future scheduled dates. There is no sign that anything they did around my house worked.

signed up with us on 06/15/18 for 12 months and 5 services. In this agreement, it outlines that overtime with regular services the pest will decrease. We did agree to let the customer out of their agreement without paying the original discount and without paying the remainder of the quarterly service totally $302.00

Per my conversation with him "I can close your account without a fee and not charge you the remaining balance of the services preformed"

I did tell him I was unable to refund services that had been completed because we still did use products on his home. It was also said that the customer will not leave a review and we will go our separate ways and if the customer chooses to leave a review we would hold the customer to the agreement and the fee's that go with it.

We have feel as though we have tried our best to accommodate the customer and their requests.

I am rejecting this response because:

The services were not performed that I paid for. There is no sign around my house that anything was done, other than the cheap room foggers that I could have went to Walmart and gotten 3 of them for $11.99. This company has sales people going door to door and do not even show you, let alone tell you they are signing you into a contract. There should be a more clear communication with the company and its potential clients. I was told to sign for them to have permission to come to my house and perform services not that I was getting myself into a contract. When I agreed to have this company come to my house I assumed that I would be getting better products sprayed then something I could do myself, not cheap product that clearly does not work. Nor was I ever told I would be charged this "discount" they gave me if I was unhappy. My account was charged early this morning for $230 which I was threatened would happen if I tried to go any further. This company is a scam and uses cheap product. All I was wanting was some sort of refund for the service I felt I did not receive.

Mr. signed up with us and agreed to 5 regular services. Each one decreasing amount of pest as we gain control. When Mr. came to us with his concerns we offered a free Re-service at which point he declined and requested to just cancel. We then offered to allow him to cancel his account without any further costs. We did not charge him the remaining balance of his last quarterly service that was preformed on 07/18/18 a total of $72.00. At his quarterly service the technician left the following notes "Today we performers our service by treating the property for ants, spiders, wasps, and other pests. we performed a foundation pressure spray to establish a barrier at the base of the house. we also sprayed cracks and crevices for various pests as well. we granulated the yard for an extended barrier as well. we removed any wasp nests or spider webs on the house as well"

We also did not charge him for the original discount we gave him because of the concerns he had. We are unable to refund Mr. any money because services were done. We as a company feel as though we went above and beyond to make things right with Mr. by allowing him to cancel without a fee and without paying any remaining balance for services completed.

I am rejecting this response because I have just got a text from crazy frog saying that I have a balance of 230$ I need to pay. I was charged the "discount' I was told I wasnt going to be charged for. I feel as tho they have not done there best to help me in any way and im paying for a product that I never seen used at my house. im upset I paid that much money for it to be done wrong and for crazy frog to just send the same guy out that clearly had no idea what he was doing. the guy that showed up for the bug bombing said he had talked to the manager about the use of the bombing and didnt understand how it was supposed to work. you would think paying a bug company to come to your house, they would know what they are doing.

What a shady company. They continue service after the contract, and after written notification of cancellation and expect to be paid for unwanted, unsolicited, and unapproved service. If there were a rating for zero stars that's what i'd give - one star is too many.

Very positive and will certainly recommend Crazy Frog to friends and neighbors.
