Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] If the account as they claim has been closed and deleted why did they make entry in credit bureau? They have no original signed documents and even if they did the stature of limitations have long passedAll I ask is the entries be removed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is completely inaccurate and also means that the person did not read my complaint at all Never once in my complaint did I say that I called Credit Vision They called me and yes, a male from that location contacted me twicein I also have contacted Appliance warehouse, as stated in the complaint, and they have confirmed that they did pick up the appliance from the apartment complexAlso, it is evident that Credit Vision is not reading the complaints and is just responding without reading it.Clearly, in my complaint, I stated that the apartment confirmed that Appliance Warehouse did pick up the appliance, so why would I need to file a complaint with the police department? I never mentioned anything about my ID being stolen I specially mention that a representativefrom Credit Vision (male) called and said I had possession of this equipment Here is my quote from the complaint, "The last time I spoke with someone at this company, they claimed that I was in possession of a washer/dryer in which was left at the Savoy apartmentsThe management their verified that they were in possession of itI was informed to leave it there by appliance warehouse and they would come and retrieve itI did as they requested and have emails to prove what they asked me to doThe gentleman on the phone said that I owe them close to a $for the appliance because they were not thereI was informed by management, that Appliance warehouse did pick them upI gave him the management number to the apt complex and I never heard from him againWhen I spoke to Appliance Warehouse they confirmed they were picked up." Customer called in we ordered his back up docs We asked him why he did not call us and instead file a Revdex.com complaint his answer was that he did not have our phone number When I brought up the fact he had disputed this already with Transunion and was given our number by themHe at first stuttered and then said it was his right toNo doubt trying to clear his credit of past mistakes and since it is not going his way I am sure he is upset I will not respond to anymore of this customers claims Thank you

Never spoken with us so we might start by the customer calling us at [redacted] to discuss his or her account Without the customer bringing up the specific creditor we are not allowed to bring it up to the Revdex.com or anyone for that matter The creditor is listed on their credit report unless they are using a free service like [redacted] ***The simple way to help this customer is to simply ask them to call us

I remember this customer, she did call and attempt to settle the debt that she admitted to having Said she had to get her cc or had someone there and asked me to call back I did so and she commented that the number looked weird to her I told her to hand up and call the number and call back which she did not I will await her filing of all of her complaints and when she is ready to pay her past due amount and have the account removed from her credit report she can either call the number I called her from or the number which ever works for her Thank you

We had received her complaint in the past, the company bond is in place and the company is in good standing with the state As to her account it was closed, deleted from her credit report and returned to the rental company over a month agoThank you

I challenge the customer to call in and request the documents.? We have sent a total of letters over the last years and no response.? When you want to validate a debt you simply call in.? [redacted]

In the first complaint he said that the credit bureau had not record of the account Now he says trans union and some other company, that we have never heard of most likely a credit repair company says they doWe do not have this person in our system, they should call back the credit repair company and deal with them No one has ever called here by that name, no one has sent us a letter and trans union has not sent us any type of dispute which is what we get when they try to fix their creditTo write the Revdex.com before calling us is a clear percent sign that they are trying to fix their credit We do not have him in our system and we do not play games with credit repairNothing else here I can offer them

Very sorry that the customer does not approve of having to deal with the account and once again they are free to call and discuss it anytime they wish We are here M-F 9am to 5pm if they get a recording it is because we are helping other customers they are free to leave a message

No I am not, he has never called here, he may call US Bank his original checking account number is [redacted] If they cant help him please have him call here [redacted] *** It was a checking account US Bank is still open and if he did not open the checking account he should call the police department in his area and file a stolen ID report Nothing else in the notes as he has never called here and we have never spoken to him There is no information to speak or comment on in his notes as, once again he has never called here, he has never responded to any mail and we did get return mail from his address over a year agoIf it is on his credit report we can take care of it but of course I would encourage him to call there first if he does not remember the account they can provide him with copies of his returned checks that added up to the balance on his report Nothing more on this account to offer

[redacted] never called in, he disputed the account with [redacted] on several dif occasions, never once did he call or speak to anyone.? Never once did was he told anything at all.? On his last dispute to [redacted] he had them call us we deleted it the next day which is close to days ago.? He used words and terms like re againg etc in all of his disputes, he threatened to sue, used ever credit repair tool there is in the books and got his credit clean? But once again he never once called and never once spoke to anyone.? So much time was wasted on his complaints we delted it.? He even admits it is him and he did not repay the money he owed in the complaint but once again he complains.? Even after the account is closed and deleted from his credit report he complains.? Nothing more we can do for him we have deleted the account.? Also had he been trying to get a mtg the company would have called us as they do in percent of mtg applications and again no one called on his behalf either? One simple call to us in the beginning would have helped him clear it up, if his claims are true to his call and his claims that someone told him the account was re aged why would we not have deleted it that day?? ? Credit repair at its finest?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] I contacted Credit Vision 8/31/and spoke with a maleI am assuming this was [redacted] who responsed back to my Revdex.com complaintIt took him several tries to even find my name in his systemOnce he pulled up my information I asked him why was I never contacted to resolve this issue before it was put on my credit reportHe explained they tried sending a letter to an address I have not had over years and an email that was for an old employerI asked whether they had a phone number on file and he explained noI informed him I was willing to settle and how much that would beHe stated $I replied with no because that was not the amount of this loanHe then called me a liar by saying that I told him this was not my account which I never repliedI am willing to pay the account which I told him but not more than the loan was forHe stated that they will go through the process with the Revdex.com because I had already made a complaintHe would get all the information I requestedI gave him my email address to send all information to meI asked again for a settlement amount and he then started to get real nasty over the phone and proceeded to yell at me then stated he was no longer going to talk to meI then got upset and asked whether he wanted me to pay this bill or let it sit on my credit reportHe agreed he wanted it paid I asked for a settlement amount again and he then got even more upset and said this could sit on my credit report forever he didn't careHe then said a few more choice words and hung up on meI tried to call him back and got no answerThen I tried calling My Web Funds which is the original creditor at [redacted] ( this was disconnected ) and [redacted] ( was another company )I would rather deal with My Web Funds rather than Credit Vision because they are trying to make more money than what was borrowed also there were payments made to My Web Funds that are not being reflected thru Credit VisionIf Credit Vision will take what is actually owed I am willing to pay that so this nonsense can be removed from my credit report immeddiately

Customer called in on 08/she verified all information, Her work at the time, BCD Travel, her Bank at the time and the account number.? No one told her we sent letters from here but when looking at the notes on the original account she had been sent letters since she took out the loan ? Account was closed and returned to the client as once we prove up a debt to a customer but they refuse to pay we do not pursue them.? Account has been closed and deleted since 08/? The August 12th contact was the one and only contact anyone has had with her since she borrowed the money

We do not call accounts so his claims we are calling his is false, he called here on 08/telling us to delete the account from his credit report because he called cash net and they refused to send him another copy of his loan agreement The loan is not years old it was opened 05/13/ while he was working for [redacted] We sent the account back to the Client on 08/after his call and claim it was not his We of course, as always, tell people to make an id theft complaint to the police I also notice he says he called the Sheriffs Department and was told they would not do anything If he could provide the Department name and the Officer he spoke with I would be happy to call them for him to get the claim started for him The account is closed here since 08/as stated above
