Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did speak with [redacted] on 4/26/when he did advise me that the debt was paidHe sent me an email response on 4/26/so the date of 5/9/that it was the first time I called was not trueAlso I am NOT using any 3rd party apps to obtain my credit report I RECIEVED my credit report on 5/19/and it does still show that they are reporting Regards, [redacted] ***

Yes she did call in yesterday and talk to me, she kept not allowing me to speak and demanding documents over an over and she also kept saying do you want your money I could not get a word inI did offer her dollar settlement but she continued to talk over me and say it was more than she had borrowed over and over I would let her settle for had she given me the chance to speak but that was not what was going to happen If she chooses to pay the she can mail it in and I will delete the account from her credit report and email her a copy of the deletion notice once the check or money order has cleared [redacted] is her account number and she should include that on the payment to be applied correctly On August 5th of this year I now see in the notes where she wrote trans union and flat out said it was not her, did not belong to her and is to be removed right away Yesterday she admitted to the debt but would not allow any type of conversation to take place to resolve it We do not, and will not, allow screaming and yelling in this office for any reason Her call was terminated and her number was put to “don’t answer cue” simply because we will not get trapped into a screaming argument with anyone for any reason If she chooses to mail in the payment the address is PO Box [redacted] If she chooses not to pay the payment we would ask that she not try to attempt to call us, as once again, we are not going to take part in any type of screaming here Best of luck to her

I never confirmed that I had a bank account with the bank they stated I had received money in and I never confirmed that I took money from Advance American? I had disputed both? Advance American confirmed I never had an account and that they do not use Credit Vision for collectionsHe was the one that told me about the letters sent and asked why I did not respond? So although this is resolved being that it was taken off my credit reportI would like my reply noted to what information he gave you was not accurate? Thank you for you assistance and I do consider resolved.?

Aspire credit card, lower balance than shows on the credit report due to contractual interest we must report but we never charge it.? Customer sent several letters over the years and has never once contacted us to inquire about the accountNot sure why she would file a Revdex.com complaint as we have never spoken to her.? She is welcome to call us and discuss.? 800-783-9160? And I am not sure as to her reference to “these companies” unless she has other things on her report that she questions

We closed out this client and deleted any and all information regarding this account from our system and the credit bureaus No way to access the account but it has been delted

The account was purchased by [redacted] in June of last year, this customer was sent a welcome package and also received calls for a period of months leading up to the account being placed at credit vision He was a customer with [redacted] Leasing before as he has stated When he got the phone calls informing him of the purchase of the accounts he could have simply called [redacted] and they would have told him that the account was transferred to [redacted] A period of six months of phone calls went out to him and also he could have noticed that he money was not coming out of his account all that time alsoThe customer did call [redacted] and return the rental equipment early in April of this year and we deleted the account from his credit report on 04/because he followed up and returned the rental equipmentThank you

For the customer to get information on this debt it would help them to call either us or the Police and file an id theft report If they choose to call us we will furnish them with any information we have to help them clear their credit of this matter We are open M-F 9am-5pm Central Time We are here to help and the phone number is [redacted] , toll free will not cost the customer to call

We have responded to the complaint in November of Consumer continues to complain over and over to every agency he can find to accept his letter.We would love him to return the Rental Equipment, he refuses to do so and he can call us any day he wishes to do so.Never once does he claim that he does not have the equipment and he has also failed to do this any time he has disputed it in the past Great attempts to clean his credit report without returning the equipment.All letters he claim were not sent were sent in May, July, August and again in November of to the address he has the equipment delivered to in October of He was a great customer with zero complaints and we have no idea why he stopped paying and refuses to return the equipment.He is free to call here any time he wishes we would love to help him through thisthank you

We did respond to this once before however will do again, the account was sent back to the client when she filed the first complaint We provided you with all the information pertaining to open date and the Picatany Federal Credit Union where the funds were wired I would say the best route for her to take is to file a stolen ID report with her local police department let them contact us and we will provide them with the original checking account number and they will track down whoever stole the money in her name Advance America is not a fraud they are a payday loan company open and doing quite well Here is their link https://www.advanceamerica.net/ To be clear, we have closed the account out and returned it to the client We have deleted it from the customers credit report but it will pop up again until such time as she follows up with a police report Not from us but it will show up again When your ident is stolen that is the only way to get things cleared up, file a police report

Okay, ignore the last message, I found my response There is only people with this name that had accounts renting washers and dryers If she does not want to call here to determine which one it is than my suggestion would be for her to call the police and file a id theft report The will contact us her behalf When someone steals your id you need to call the police not the Revdex.com The police will get the delivery information from us they will investigate it but in the mean time it will be deleted from her credit report while they do their investigation on who used her name to get the equipment With the information she has provided there is no way to determine which [redacted] it is in the system so I could not delete it simply because I can not access the correct account There is nothing more I can do for this person until she can either call the police and file the report or call here

I remember this customer, she did call and attempt to settle the debt that she admitted to having. Said she had to get her cc or had someone there and asked me to call back. I did so and she commented that the number looked weird to her. I told her to hand up and call the number and call back which she did not. I will await her filing of all of her complaints and when she is ready to pay her past due amount and have the account removed from her credit report she can either call the number I called her from or the number which ever works for her Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] If Credit Vision reads my complaint, I listed the steps I did to validate a debt that I knew nothing about The guy who called from credit vision said I was in possession of these items He never and I mean NEVER informed me that I had an outstanding debt Please have Credit Vision provide you with the recording of that conversation and you will confirm what I am saying He stated that I owed nearly $for taking their equipment I also stated that I had no knowledge of owing them a dime and that is absolutely correct I have asked several times that if I owe $to Credit Vision or Appliance warehouse to please provide me with a list of those charges and I would be more than happy to pay them However, I will not let Credit Vision tell me that I have Appliance Warehouse equipment and owe them nearly $and then turn around and put on my credit report that I now owe them $ Which one is it? Also I think Credit Vision goal is to set out to prove that consumers are lying when in fact they are not even reading the consumers complaints Again, I was not aware of any debt to Appliance warehouse until recently Also they stated "The customer was in fact in collections, as he was aware, when we attempted to repo the units on two separate dates The units were recovered if he needs a copy of his payment history he can call in." This is clearly as far from the truth as anything I have heard Actually, Appliance Warehouse was supposed to come and pick up their appliance on the day before I move They called and said they had to reschedule the pickup because their appliance truck broke down I informed them that I could not stay in the apt any long because I had to move out They then asked me to call the apartment manager and asked could they store them somewhere until they could pick them up The apartment manager by the name of [redacted] , said that they could leave them there while they prepare the apartment for the next tenant I informed appliance warehouse Please see attachment of Appliance warehouse rescheduling the pickup While Credit Vision is spending all of this time trying to debate consumers and prove them wrong, they should spend that same amount of time trying to listen to the consumers and understand the facts Again, if I owe Credit Vision or Appliance Warehouse anything, please send me something validating the charges and I will be more than happy to pay However, I will not allow them to call and say I owe nearly $for equipment that they assumed I took and then come back and say I owe them $ If I owed $when Credit Visions representative called me in 2013, then he should have validated the charges and they would have been paid Don't just call consumers trying to hassle them out of money when you know they don't owe that Please see attached the confirmations of the order pickups and changes that Appliance Warehouse requested So yes, I was available for them to pick them up initially but APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE made the change, not me I employ Credit Vision to try and listen to consumers instead of trying to prove them wrong
