In the first complaint he said that the credit bureau had not record of the account. Now he says trans union and some other company, that we have never heard of most likely a credit repair company says they doWe do not have this person in our system, they should call back the credit repair company and deal with them. No one has ever called here by that name, no one has sent us a letter and trans union has not sent us any type of dispute which is what we get when they try to fix their creditTo write the Revdex.com before calling us is a clear percent sign that they are trying to fix their credit. We do not have him in our system and we do not play games with credit repairNothing else here I can offer them

Once again I am sorry they are not satisfied with the response but it is in for deletion and if I comes up in the future they will at some point have to deal with it just not though us

I am rejecting this response because it is completely inaccurate and also means that the person did not read my complaint at all? Never once in my complaint did I say that I called Credit Vision? They called me and yes, a male from that location contacted me twicein ? I also have contacted Appliance warehouse, as stated in the complaint, and they have confirmed that they did pick up the appliance from the apartment complexAlso, it is evident that Credit Vision is not reading the complaints and is just responding without reading it.Clearly, in my complaint, I stated that the apartment confirmed that Appliance Warehouse did pick up the appliance, so why would I need to file a complaint with the police department? ? I never mentioned anything about my ID being stolen? I specially mention that a representativefrom Credit Vision (male) called and said I had possession of this equipment? Here is my quote from the complaint, "The last time I spoke with someone at this company, they claimed that I was in possession of a washer/dryer in which was left at the Savoy apartmentsThe management their verified that they were in possession of itI was informed to leave it there by appliance warehouse and they would come and retrieve itI did as they requested and have emails to prove what they asked me to doThe gentleman on the phone said that I owe them close to a $for the appliance because they were not thereI was informed by management, that Appliance warehouse did pick them upI gave him the management number to the apt complex and I never heard from him againWhen I spoke to Appliance Warehouse they confirmed they were picked up." ? So again, why would I need to file a police report for something that was picked up and confirmed to be picked up from the management at The Savoy Apartments? Also she stated that letters were never sent to Credit Vision? Please see tracking number *** via USPS? All that I ask is that you read my complaint before responding? I am still clueless as to where I would need to contact someone about my ID being stolen?

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
I advised customer to report this as id theft because of this statement.? “Recently I started looking at my credit report and upon pulling it, I found that this company was reporting that I had a collection account with themAs I have no record of such transaction, I sent this company a letter asking for validation of this debt per the FDCPA and recently I received this letter back as undeliveredI then dispute this account on my credit report as not belong to me and it came back as verified, I am unsure as to how they verified this account and I do not have any knowledge of owing this company a dime.” ? The customer was in fact in collections, as he was aware, when we attempted to repo the units on two separate dates.? The units were recovered if he needs a copy of his payment history he can call in? ? I can not give BB the payment history as it contains digits from his credit card number.? Once again, as in the first response he can call here or direct to Appliance Warehouse to resolve this matter.? ? ? ? Thank you

Aspire credit card, lower balance than shows on the credit report due to contractual interest we must report but we never charge it.? Customer sent several letters over the years and has never once contacted us to inquire about the accountNot sure why she would file a Revdex.com complaint as we have
never spoken to her.? She is welcome to call us and discuss.? 800-783-9160? And I am not sure as to her reference to “these companies” unless she has other things on her report that she questions

Customer called in on 08/she verified all information, Her work at the time, BCD Travel, her Bank at the time and the account number.? No one told her we sent letters from here but when looking at the notes on the original account she had been sent letters since she took out the loan
? Account was closed and returned to the client as once we prove up a debt to a customer but they refuse to pay we do not pursue them.? Account has been closed and deleted since 08/? The August 12th contact was the one and only contact anyone has had with her since she borrowed the money

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Would be more than happy to supply this customer with a copy of the phone bill on the day described with his number on it.? When you call an number the charges are reversed to us and the number is listed.? It will take a few days to get it processed and I will forward it to you once it is located and printed.? Once again the account is closed out but now with the claims he makes saying he never called forces me to show you exactly what he is after.? His account has been closed and deleted and once he is shown his call we will not reinstate it just want to make sure he understands we have no reason to lie about him calling here.? I also note he made several comments about us calling him if he can supply me with the dates and apx times I will be happy to also show that that never happened

Customer called in 08/asked for verification and got it mailed to [redacted]Also was offered a settlement.? Customer admitted taking out the loan and now files this with you.? Account is being closed and returned to the Client? Thank you

The account was purchased by [redacted] in June of last year, this customer was sent a welcome package and also received calls for a period of months leading up to the account being placed at credit vision.? He was a customer with [redacted] Leasing before as he has stated.? When he
got the phone calls informing him of the purchase of the accounts he could have simply called [redacted] and they would have told him that the account was transferred to [redacted]A period of six months of phone calls went out to him and also he could have noticed that he money was not coming out of his account all that time alsoThe customer did call [redacted] and return the rental equipment early in April of this year and we deleted the account from? his credit report on 04/because he followed up and returned the rental equipmentThank you ?

We closed out this client and deleted any and all information regarding this account from our system and the credit bureaus? ? No way to access the account but it has been delted

Okay, ignore the last message, I found my response.? There is only people with this name that had accounts renting washers and dryers.? If she does not want to call here to determine which one it is than my suggestion would be for her to call the police and file a id theft report.? The will contact us her behalf.? ? When someone steals your id you need to call the police not the Revdex.com.? The police will get the delivery information from us they will investigate it but in the mean time it will be deleted from her credit report while they do their investigation on who used her name to get the equipment.? ? With the information she has provided there is no way to determine which [redacted] it is in the system so I could? not delete it simply because I can not access the correct account.? There is nothing more I can do for this person until she can either call the police and file the report or call here

We have responded to the complaint in November of Consumer continues to complain over and over to every agency he can find to accept his letter.We would love him to return the Rental Equipment, he refuses to do so and he can call us any day he wishes to do so.Never once does he claim that he
does not have the equipment and he has also failed to do this any time he has disputed it in the past.? Great attempts to clean his credit report without returning the equipment.All letters he claim were not sent were sent in May, July, August and again in November of to the address he has the equipment delivered to in October of 2015.? He was a great customer with zero complaints and we have no idea why he stopped paying and refuses to return the equipment.He is free to call here any time he wishes we would love to help him through this.? thank you

*** *** never called in, he disputed the account with *** *** on several dif occasions, never once did he call or speak to anyone.? Never once did was he told anything at all.? On his last dispute to *** *** he had them call us we deleted it the next day which is close to
days ago.? He used words and terms like re againg etc in all of his disputes, he threatened to sue, used ever credit repair tool there is in the books and got his credit clean? But once again he never once called and never once spoke to anyone.? So much time was wasted on his complaints we delted it.? He even admits it is him and he did not repay the money he owed in the complaint but once again he complains.? Even after the account is closed and deleted from his credit report he complains.? Nothing more we can do for him we have deleted the account.? Also had he been trying to get a mtg the company would have called us as they do in percent of mtg applications and again no one called on his behalf either? One simple call to us in the beginning would have helped him clear it up, if his claims are true to his call and his claims that someone told him the account was re aged why would we not have deleted it that day?? ? Credit repair at its finest?

We did not have the account until early may of this year, we have one number and there are no outgoing calls here at all.? This center handles inbound calls only.? Once again I encourage you to call your local Sheriff back, as you claim to have called them already, and have them call me direct at the number you found on your credit report in June? I invite, encourage and am looking forward to the Sheriff calling so he can convince you we never called you ever? ? If another company called you over the years because of this account I can not speak for them nor do I have the slightest idea of who it may have been but one thing I can promise you is we did not call you.? You called us, did not hear what you wanted to hear and wrote this complaint?

Yes she did call in yesterday and talk to me, she kept not allowing me to speak and demanding documents over an over and she also kept saying do you want your money.? I could not get a word inI did offer her dollar settlement but she continued to talk over me and say it was more than she had borrowed over and over.? I would let her settle for had she given me the chance to speak but that was not what was going to happen.? If she chooses to pay the she can mail it in and I will delete the account from her credit report and email her a copy of the deletion notice once the check or money order has cleared.? [redacted] is her account number and she should include that on the payment to be applied correctly.? On August 5th of this year I now see in the notes where she wrote trans union and flat out said it was not her, did not belong to her and is to be removed right away.? Yesterday she admitted to the debt but would not allow any type of conversation to take place to resolve it.? We do not, and will not, allow screaming and yelling in this office for any reason.? Her call was terminated and her number was put to “don’t answer cue” simply because we will not get trapped into a screaming argument with anyone for any reason.? ? If she chooses to mail in the payment the address is PO Box [redacted]? If she chooses not to pay the payment we would ask that she not try to attempt to call us, as once again, we are not going to take part in any type of screaming here? Best of luck to her?

I remember this customer, she did call and attempt to settle the debt that she admitted to having.? Said she had to get her cc or had someone there and asked me to call back.? I did so and she commented that the number looked weird to her.? I told her to hand up and call the
number and call back which she did not.? I will await her filing of all of her complaints and when she is ready to pay her past due amount and have the account removed from her credit report she can either call the number I called her from or the number which ever works for her ? ? Thank you
