We hold a Direct Merchants Mastercard that the customer maintained and defaulted on. She can call us any day M-F 9am-5pmShe has never called us, not sure she means what “tried to contact” means, I am guessing it is a credit repair letter she has written that gets no attention at allShe can
call *** and discuss the accountOnce again the customer has never called or made any attempt to contact us. It is also important to note that it has been on her credit for years, that once again, it has been on her credit report for six yearsThank you

Customer seems to have done research but failed to call us. To move forward that is what they should do We are open 9-M-F and would be happy to help them resolve this matter. As to the date we got the account here in and tried to settle the account through letters and
calls but the customer could not be located. We keep accounts three years before we report it to their credit to help them. The date is the open date on the credit report not the day we got the account. We tried for years to help the customer resolve this account before putting it on their credit report but they would not respond to help and now I see this complaint as nothing more than a way to attempt to get out of the debt and clear their credit ***

The first problem is, I am a female, so that right there shows you their response to my complaint is bull crap. Second problem is, I have never spoken to anyone from this business in any way - verbal or writtenThis just mysteriously showed up on my credit report Third problem is I do not have any outstanding balance with Advance America, I called them to verify. I also filed a complaint with the FTC and they cannot even verify who this company is

Customer called in we ordered his back up docs. We asked him why he did not call us and instead file a Revdex.com complaint his answer was that he did not have our phone number. When I brought up the fact he had disputed this already with Transunion and was given our number by themHe at first stuttered and then said it was his right toNo doubt trying to clear his credit of past mistakes and since it is not going his way I am sure he is upset I will not respond to anymore of this customers claims Thank you

I remember this customer, she did call and attempt to settle the debt that she admitted to having. Said she had to get her cc or had someone there and asked me to call back. I did so and she commented that the number looked weird to her. I told her to hand up and call the
number and call back which she did not. I will await her filing of all of her complaints and when she is ready to pay her past due amount and have the account removed from her credit report she can either call the number I called her from or the number which ever works for her Thank you

We do not call accounts so his claims we are calling his is false, he called here on 08/telling us to delete the account from his credit report because he called cash net and they refused to send him another copy of his loan agreement. The loan is not years old it was opened
05/13/2011 while he was working for *** *** ***. We sent the account back to the Client on 08/after his call and claim it was not his. We of course, as always, tell people to make an id theft complaint to the police. I also notice he says he called the Sheriffs Department and was told they would not do anything. If he could provide the Department name and the Officer he spoke with I would be happy to call them for him to get the claim started for him The account is closed here since 08/as stated above

I do not have a washer and dryer rental through them my name is wrong and I have my appliances financed through a completely different placeI need them to completely remove my name from their system.

Well it was hand delted in May on the 11th and batch deleted on 06/06, if he got his report on the 29th I would guess it would still be there but he needs to call *** *** about that. We did what we promised to do and if it did not happen as quick as he wanted he is going to have to argue with *** *** about thatHe has the audit control number so he should call them give them the date and the number and ask them why it took them a few days to process itIt has been deleted and I cant believe we are communicating with him at all , this is the end of July *** *** is who he should be calling my bet is they don’t even have a record of it anymore but at least he might get the answer he wants to hear

When I asked for the number of the loan company, they gave me one and I called Cashnet and they said this company was a scam and I do not have any loans through themThe last letter I sent to them was returned just yesterday as no such addressI want this off my credit report. These people change their story so muchIt was twenty years ago and now it was several years agoTheir stories doesn't jive and the very next phone call I get from them I am recordingThey hide behind various numbers and I have blocked at least numbers

*** *** never called in, he disputed the account with *** *** on several dif occasions, never once did he call or speak to anyone. Never once did was he told anything at all. On his last dispute to *** *** he had them call us we deleted it the next day which is close to
days ago. He used words and terms like re againg etc in all of his disputes, he threatened to sue, used ever credit repair tool there is in the books and got his credit clean But once again he never once called and never once spoke to anyone. So much time was wasted on his complaints we delted it. He even admits it is him and he did not repay the money he owed in the complaint but once again he complains. Even after the account is closed and deleted from his credit report he complains. Nothing more we can do for him we have deleted the account. Also had he been trying to get a mtg the company would have called us as they do in percent of mtg applications and again no one called on his behalf either One simple call to us in the beginning would have helped him clear it up, if his claims are true to his call and his claims that someone told him the account was re aged why would we not have deleted it that day? Credit repair at its finest

We had received her complaint in the past, the company bond is in place and the company is in good standing with the state. As to her account it was closed, deleted from her credit report and returned to the rental company over a month agoThank you

Confusing complaint, first he says he is told he owes us money, he , in turn, says he talked to the credit bureau and they have no record so I am not sure who is telling him he owes us money. If it is a court that is telling him he would need to contact the court. Also note we have no
*** *** in our system at all. We have over customers with the name *** but *** is not one of themIt never says he called here, never said he wrote us. He goes on to say there are a lot of complaints against us, well that no doubt comes from some credit repair chat board. No doubt a great place to get information fromNot going to advise him what to do about this, he could I am sure get with the chat board and get information on how to dispute a debt with the credit bureaus or as he calls them “a third party” Best of luck to *** *** but sorry, we don’t have him in our system so can not help himCredit repair can be tough he might want to ask a professional on how to go about clearing his past

We are very much aware of ** *** continued pleas to have this removed from her credit report. She is also aware of the countless calls, letters and attempted communication from *** *** for over two years to return the rental equipment and to pay the past due balance that
remainsThe account will come off her credit report when she calls in, schedules a pick up of the rental equipment and or pays the past due balance. She has our number and she has the number of *** *** and also the number of the collection agency in HoustonShe is free to call us at *** to discuss this matter at any time. Please note that over the last two years the total amount of calls (to the number she has given you no less) is over 50. She is well aware of the equipment rental, she is well aware of the every part of the amounts owed and she is also aware of the times people have attempted to contact herAll parties are willing to help her resolve this issue, even with a payment plan, to get the remark off of her credit report but it starts with her callingThank you

I challenge the customer to call in and request the documents. We have sent a total of letters over the last years and no response. When you want to validate a debt you simply call in. ***

We have returned these accounts to the client due to no original documents avail. This account has been deleted and closed out
