There is no *** *** in the system there is a Larry Durst we deleted on 10/due to a credit repair company so if it is the same person the account has been deletedMy bet it is the same person there is only people with that last name in the system. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I did speak with *** on 4/26/when he did advise me that the debt was paidHe sent me an email response on 4/26/so the date of 5/9/that it was the first time I called was not trueAlso I am NOT using any 3rd party apps to obtain my credit report I RECIEVED my credit report on 5/19/and it does still show that they are reporting

When I asked for the number of the loan company, they gave me one and I called Cashnet and they said this company was a scam and I do not have any loans through themThe last letter I sent to them was returned just yesterday as no such addressI want this off my credit report. These people change their story so muchIt was twenty years ago and now it was several years agoTheir stories doesn't jive and the very next phone call I get from them I am recordingThey hide behind various numbers and I have blocked at least numbers

if account is being closed that is fine but I have not received any kind of proof that this debt is mine from email or postal mail

I am not going to go back and forth with Credit Vision because we are both adults and by acting like children nothing will get resolved on this matterI will pay the $as requested to have this removed from my credit reportAs Revdex.com as my witness they will remove this once it has been paid in full

Customer called in 08/asked for verification and got it mailed to *** *** *** **Also was offered a settlement. Customer admitted taking out the loan and now files this with you. Account is being closed and returned to the Client Thank you

He can call my direct number *** to resolve this

In the first complaint he said that the credit bureau had not record of the account. Now he says trans union and some other company, that we have never heard of most likely a credit repair company says they doWe do not have this person in our system, they should call back the credit repair company and deal with them. No one has ever called here by that name, no one has sent us a letter and trans union has not sent us any type of dispute which is what we get when they try to fix their creditTo write the Revdex.com before calling us is a clear percent sign that they are trying to fix their credit. We do not have him in our system and we do not play games with credit repairNothing else here I can offer them

Very sorry that the customer does not approve of having to deal with the account and once again they are free to call and discuss it anytime they wish. We are here M-F 9am to 5pm if they get a recording it is because we are helping other customers they are free to leave a message

Never spoken with us so we might start by the customer calling us at *** to discuss his or her account Without the customer bringing up the specific creditor we are not allowed to bring it up to the Revdex.com or anyone for that matter. The creditor is listed on their credit report
unless they are using a free service like *** ***The simple way to help this customer is to simply ask them to call us

Would be more than happy to supply this customer with a copy of the phone bill on the day described with his number on it. When you call an number the charges are reversed to us and the number is listed. It will take a few days to get it processed and I will forward it to you once it is located and printed. Once again the account is closed out but now with the claims he makes saying he never called forces me to show you exactly what he is after. His account has been closed and deleted and once he is shown his call we will not reinstate it just want to make sure he understands we have no reason to lie about him calling here. I also note he made several comments about us calling him if he can supply me with the dates and apx times I will be happy to also show that that never happened

We are very much aware of ** *** continued pleas to have this removed from her credit report. She is also aware of the countless calls, letters and attempted communication from *** *** for over two years to return the rental equipment and to pay the past due balance that
remainsThe account will come off her credit report when she calls in, schedules a pick up of the rental equipment and or pays the past due balance. She has our number and she has the number of *** *** and also the number of the collection agency in HoustonShe is free to call us at *** to discuss this matter at any time. Please note that over the last two years the total amount of calls (to the number she has given you no less) is over 50. She is well aware of the equipment rental, she is well aware of the every part of the amounts owed and she is also aware of the times people have attempted to contact herAll parties are willing to help her resolve this issue, even with a payment plan, to get the remark off of her credit report but it starts with her callingThank you

This customer has a recorded total credit bureau disputes since we got the account here is In May of we sent the customer a copy of the signature card showing it was his after responding to his first written inquiry. The other disputes come from the customer writing and calling in
to Trans Union and disputing the account. Monday we got a call from a mtg company and verified the debt and told the mtg company of the disputes, Tuesday we got a call from a person claiming to be his wifeShe went on to tell us that it was her that had been writing the letters over the years and even though we had sent proof years ago she said she had an intimate knowledge of her husbands credit and that this was not his. So all the years we opened mail and responded to what we thought was our customer turned out to be her writing the letters. Just adding another statement to the list of the claims in the past she was hung up onWed we got another call from another person claiming to be his wife (that makes two this week) and this person asked also for another copy of the signature card. So it appears to us that everyone except our customer has requested the documents, one received them and another now wants them. The account is scheduled to fall of the customers credit report in March of (they are all aware of this) but today after receiving this complaint I have told the staff member that handles the credit reporting to delete it. If I add us all the hours over the years that have been send answering what we thought were customer complaints the time alone cost us too much money to continue to deal with this group of peopleBest of luck to all of them
