Once again I am sorry they are not satisfied with the response but it is in for deletion and if I comes up in the future they will at some point have to deal with it just not though us.

I am rejecting this response because:Credit Vision claims they have no record of me in their system. This is confusing to me. While Equifax and Experian have nothing listed from them I have a CreditWise and Transunion report that lists Credit Vision as saying I owe over $2,000 from a loan taken out Oct. 10, 2013 (I have attached a copy of this report). If, as Credit Vision says, they have no record of me in their system why does this debt show up on Transunion and CreditWise? I never took out any loans in 2013. I am not sure why Credit Vision finds my complaint confusing. I have given the reasons clearly. As the attachment shows, Credit Vision has reported to Transunion that I owe money for a loan I have never taken out. This is damaging to my credit. Credit Vision says the complaints against them must come from a "credit repair chat board" and then say condescendingly "No doubt a great place to get information." The more than 50 complaints I read against Credit Vision came straight from the Revdex.com web site.Now I have given more than enough proof that Credit Vision has made a report against me and that report is, shall we say, inaccurate.All I am asking is that this erroneous report be erased. Gone. Not just made a "charge-off" as this still adversely affects ones credit.

We closed out this client and deleted any and all information regarding this account from our system and the credit bureaus.     No way to access the account but it has been delted.

For the customer to get information on this debt it would help them to call either us or the Police and file an id theft report.  If they choose to call us we will furnish them with any information we have to help them clear their credit of this matter.  We are open M-F 9am-5pm Central...

The account was purchased by [redacted] in June of last year, this customer was sent a welcome package and also received calls for a period of 6 months leading up to the account being placed at credit vision.  He was a customer with [redacted] Leasing before as he has stated.  When he...

got the phone calls informing him of the purchase of the accounts he could have simply called [redacted] and they would have told him that the account was transferred to [redacted]. A period of six months of phone calls went out to him and also he could have noticed that he money was not coming out of his account all that time also. The customer did call [redacted] and return the rental equipment early in April of this year and we deleted the account from  his credit report on 04/18 because he followed up and returned the rental equipment. I am not going to go back and forth with Credit Vision because we are both adults and by acting like children nothing will get resolved on this matter. I will pay the $350 as requested to have this removed from my credit report. As Revdex.com as my witness they will remove this once it has been paid in full.

We do not call accounts so his claims we are calling his is false, he called here on 08/16 telling us to delete the account from his credit report because he called cash net and they refused to send him another copy of his loan agreement.  The loan is not 20 years old it was opened...

05/13/2011  while he was working for [redacted].  We sent the account back to the Client on 08/17 after his call and claim it was not his.  We of course, as always, tell people to make an id theft complaint to the police.  I also notice he says he called the Sheriffs Department and was told they would not do anything.  If he could provide the Department name and the Officer he spoke with I would be happy to call them for him to get the claim started for him.     The account is closed here since 08/17 as stated above.

Very sorry that the customer does not approve of having to deal with the account and once again they are free to call and discuss it anytime they wish.  We are here M-F 9am to 5pm if they get a recording it is because we are helping other customers they are free to leave a message.

The gentleman refused to speak to me because I wanted to validate the dates on the account he said Id have to call back and talk to the manager. However ever time I call now I get a message that they do mot open until 10am, even in the middle of the day. This was happening as recently as july 25th when I called 5 times throughout that day. I have also spoken with them march 21 at 11:26am for 6 min, feb 12 at 1:06pm for 1 minute, and Jan 28th at 4:01 pm for 2 min. Be mindful they have no phone tree someone just picks up the phone when you call. They never say this is an attempt to collect a debt either. And lastly I never kept a washer and dryer. I rented one back in maybe 2008 ish but when I moved I called appliance warehouse to come pick it up. At this point I am questioning the age of the debt. It looks like it has been reaged to keep it on my report. I jave attached phone records to peove out communication.

Because this is total crap and doesn't even respond to what I previously stated. I DO NOT have any account with this company. They need to be shut down. I will be moving forward with trying to get help from the FTC so I can sue this company.

We have responded to the complaint in November of 2017. Consumer continues to complain over and over to every agency he can find to accept his letter.We would love him to return the Rental Equipment, he refuses to do so and he can call us any day he wishes to do so.Never once does he claim that he...

does not have the equipment and he has also failed to do this any time he has disputed it in the past.  Great attempts to clean his credit report without returning the equipment.All letters he claim were not sent were sent in May, July, August and again in November of 2017 to the address he has the equipment delivered to in October of 2015.  He was a great customer with zero complaints and we have no idea why he stopped paying and refuses to return the equipment.He is free to call here any time he wishes we would love to help him through this. thank you

Okay, ignore the last message, I found my response.  There is only people with this name that had accounts renting washers and dryers.  If she does not want to call here to determine which one it is than my suggestion would be for her to call the police and file a id theft report.  The will contact us her behalf.   When someone steals your id you need to call the police not the Revdex.com.  The police will get the delivery information from us they will investigate it but in the mean time it will be deleted from her credit report while they do their investigation on who used her name to get the equipment.   With the information she has provided there is no way to determine which [redacted] it is in the system so I could  not delete it simply because I can not access the correct account.  There is nothing more I can do for this person until she can either call the police and file the report or call here.

Confusing complaint, first he says he is told he owes us money, he , in turn, says he talked to the credit bureau and they have no record so I am not sure who is telling him he owes us money.  If it is a court that is telling him he would need to contact the court.  Also note we have no...

[redacted] in our system at all.  We have over 100 customers with the name [redacted] but [redacted] is not one of them. It never says he called here, never said he wrote us.  He goes on to say there are a lot of complaints against us, well that  no doubt comes from some credit repair chat board.  No doubt a great place to get information from. Not going to advise him what to do about this, he could I am sure get with the chat board and get information on how to dispute a debt with the credit bureaus or as he calls them “a third party” Best of luck to [redacted] but sorry, we don’t have him in our system so can not help him. Credit repair can be tough he might want to ask a professional on how to go about clearing his past.

We have returned these accounts to the client due to no original documents avail.   This account has been deleted and closed out

[redacted] I contacted Credit Vision 8/31/15 and spoke with a male. I am assuming this was [redacted] who responsed back to my Revdex.com complaint. It took him several tries to even find my name in his system. Once he pulled up my information I asked him why was I never contacted to resolve this issue before it was put on my credit report. He explained they tried sending a letter to an address I have not had over 3 years and an email that was for an old employer. I asked whether they had a phone number on file and he explained no. I informed him I was willing to settle and how much that would be. He stated $500. I replied with no because that was not the amount of this loan. He then called me a liar by saying that I told him this was not my account which I never replied. I am willing to pay the account which I told him but not more than the loan was for. He stated that they will go through the process with the Revdex.com because I had already made a complaint. He would get all the information I requested. I gave him my email address to send all information to me. I asked again for a settlement amount and he then started to get real nasty over the phone and proceeded to yell at me then stated he was no longer going to talk to me. I then got upset and asked whether he wanted me to pay this bill or let it sit on my credit report. He agreed he wanted it paid I asked for a settlement amount again and he then got even more upset and said this could sit on my credit report forever he didn't care. He then said a few more choice words and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and got no answer. Then I tried calling My Web Funds which is the original creditor at [redacted] ( this was disconnected ) and [redacted] ( was another company ). I would rather deal with My Web Funds rather than Credit Vision because they are trying to make more money than what was borrowed also there were payments made to My Web Funds that are not being reflected thru Credit Vision. If Credit Vision will take what is actually owed I am willing to pay that so this nonsense can be removed from my credit report immeddiately.

They have removed from my credit report so I am very happy about that but they are lying!   I never confirmed that I had a bank account with the bank they stated I had received money in and I never confirmed that I took money from Advance American.  I had disputed both.   Advance American confirmed I never had an account and that they do not use Credit Vision for collections. He was the one that told me about the 23 letters sent and asked why I did not respond.  So although this is resolved being that it was taken off my credit report. I would like my reply noted to what information he gave you was not accurate.  Thank you for you assistance and I do consider resolved.

We did respond to this once before however will do again, the account was sent back to the client when she filed the first complaint.   We provided you with all the information pertaining to open date and the Picatany Federal Credit Union where the funds were wired.  I would say the...

best route for her to take is to file a stolen ID report with her local police department let them contact us and we will provide them with the original checking account number and they will track down whoever stole the money in her name.   Advance America is not a fraud they are a payday loan company open and doing quite well.  Here is their link  https://www.advanceamerica.net/   To be clear, we have closed the account out and returned it to the client.  We have deleted it from the customers credit report but it will pop up again until such time as she follows up with a police report.  Not from us but it will show up again.  When your ident is stolen that is the only way to get things cleared up, file a police report.
