In September of 2016, after some research, I contacted Cross Country Mortgage about refinancing my propertyI spoke with a MrMatthew O***, and I went through the whole process as far as giving all my personal informationAfter that, he checked my credit, and ran some numbers by me and after talking to him for an hour or so, we came to an agreement on a new mortgage amountHe then explained the refinancing process as far as the appraisal and underwriter and said if I retuned all paperwork in a timely manner to him and the underwriter my closing date would be in approximately weeksAfter a couple of days went by I spoke with Matthew again, because I had questions, and all my figures on my loan had changed, not once but different timesI didn't understand what was going on, so I talked to him, found out he lied to me but I asked was this my new mortgage finally, no changes, he assured me it was, so I just overlooked the mishap and wanted to move this process alongSo right

Steve K*** and Cross Country Mortgage were top notch in handling and finalizing the mortgage on our new homeSteve and his team did a great job of guiding us through this process and ensuring things went smoothly every step of the way

From beginning of the process to Andrew was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional He answered all questions we had in language we could understandWe highly recommend anyone who is looking to get a good service for their Mortgage needs to call Crosscountry Mortgage and ask to speak to AndrewThank you, *** *** *** ***

Andrew M*** at Cross Country mortgage was great! He helped me fly through the loan process! Closing was very easy and smooth! Very knowledgable and helpful! I Highly recommend Andrew at cross country to anyone looking to finance some real estate!

I worked with Andrew M*** on my recent mortgage and had a very positive experienceAndrew was very willing to talk through all of my questions and explain he various terms and procedures for the loan processAlso offered very competitive ratesIt was a pleasure to work with Andrew and I look forward to doing so again

very professional individual, friendly, knowledgable and promptenjoyed working with andrew

Refinancing a home loan can be a bit tediousThis loan team made the experience just about pain freeThe staff was uniformly patient and helpfulWe would use these folks again for home financing when the occasion arises

My wife and I were buying a home and we were referred to Cross Country Mortgage by our realtor We had a very good experience and our loan officer Andrew Matkovic did a great job every step of the way

The buyer for our home used Franco M*** in Cary, NCWe were supposed to close on May 31st, he let us know HOURS before closing that we would be delayed by ONE day (June 1st)We moved out of our home as scheduled on May 30thWhile one extra day was an inconvenience, it wasn't a huge deal, and Franco agreed to reimburse us for the extra expenses we would incur due to the delayWhat we discovered is that he dropped the ball on some paperwork required by the USDA, LIED about it, then wound up stonewalling everyone trying to communicate with him (even his own client!) about the transaction/issue, and wound up costing us upwards of $while we were virtually homeless for almost a weekWe were supposed to close on May 31st and due to his negligence we did not close until June 5thHe even charged his own client an extension fee for the closing delay even though it was 100% his faultHe refuses to communicate with anyone and has not reimbursed us one centWe tried to communicate with the company and they refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing by their employee and refuse to acknowledge our complaint because we were "just the seller" in the transaction even though a formal complaint was also filed by the buyer through the NC Office of the Commissioner of BanksLong story short, don't waste your time or money with any loan officer or extension of CrossCountry Mortgage

With a lease ending soon, and a pregnant wife I was unsure of buying a home was going to workI called a few lenders and was pre-approved through a computerWhen I submitted to be approved with Cross Country, I received a phone call with in an hourI spoke with Andrew M., and after expressing my concerns and wants, he assured me that he would have no problem working it out in timeHe also stated he would work with me through out the processAndrew advised me not to start looking at home until he did some things to help my credit score and lock in a good rate with my pre approvalAgainst his wishes, and because I'm impatientI began looking at homes with my wifeAfter looking at several homes, my wife and I found a winnerI kid you not right when my wife and I said we would love to put an offer in on the homeAndrew called (while we were still in the house) and said good news, your approvedWe put the offer in, and was accepted that nightFrom there Andrew and his team at Cross Country knocked out the rest of the process with in days! Cross Country stayed in contact with me the entire time, and let me know what was going onI'm very pleasedI will be recommending them to everyone

I had Andrew as my loan officer and I must say he was so fast and easy to work withI highly recommend Cross Country Mortgage and Andrew to anyone looking I give them a A+++++

Customer Service is definitely Job at CrossCountry Mortgage Andrew and Michelle always responded quickly, professionally and with us, the customer, in mind They went above and beyond as we dealt with a complex situation The outcome was awesome!

Andrew and his team were amazing! This was our first time buying a house and the lender stepped in and made sure were we well taken care of due to our horrible experience with the realtors and title companyAndrew worked very hard making sure we got our dream home and we can not thank him enough for all of his hard workAndrew and his team really showed that they cared and valued us during the whole transaction! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a lender!

Simon T*** just helped us buy our First Home!
Simon was very helpful in explaining everything to usSimon took a "can-do" attitude with us and said we can make this happenAlways appeared to be extremely friendly with each phone callVery trusting voice "Positive"He was on point every step of the way through our home buying processIf we ever decided to purchase another property, there is no doubt he will be the first to callWe highly recommend Simon T*** to anyone who wants to purchase or refinanceExcellent work ethicMany "Thanks" to Simon T***! :)

Andrew M*** and Cross Country Mortgage receive my Highest Recommendation! We just closed on our Newly Constructed Condo in less than days over this holiday season! He delivered exactly what he promised – no surprisesThanks to Andrew’s professionalism, knowledge and experience, we were in our new home for ChristmasWhile other lenders I worked with did not fully understand the new condo loan market, Andrew knew exactly what to do Can't thank him enoughHe is very easy to work with and knew the right direction to take usInitial contact was via the phone where he laid out all the expectations He followed up with an email reminding me of everything I neededHe didn't go back and forth like other lenders asking for a page a dayVery organized manner of running his business which made the whole process run very smoothly I would recommend him to my friends and family!

I couldn't be happier with the way that Andrew M*** and the team handled the loan process for my new home They were very well organized, curtius and professional They kept me informed daily on the process If I called or emailed, I received a response within a half hour or quicker If you are considering a home or refinance loan, please give them a call YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! The process of buying a home can be very stressful They did an awesome job in handling that stress for you

I would recommend another lender, their actions were predatory, and I was left feeling uneasy that I gave any of my personal information to CrossCountry Mortgage Inc
My realtor (the wife of my friend) recommended the loan officer, Michael P*** of CrossCountry Mortgage IncThe rates from other lenders offered were similar, plus I liked the indirect personal connection
During initial conversations, he insisted that I could “do anything I wanted” to buy more with my credit score, amount down, and current salary, but I wanted to stay within my meansAs we continued with the process, an appraisal was orderedThe lender asked for the usual information, but also a copy of my social security card (despite the fact that I was applying for a conventional loan, not FHA) which gave me pauseI also was receiving emails from a gmail.com account for some of the transactions, or from different company representatives using Michael’s signatureReminders to sign documents were also sen
