Well I blame myself now that I have read the complaints and see that what is happening to me has happened to a lot of other people I should have checked here first I received a refinance with us letter in the mail I made a phone call and spoke to Arthur C*** who thought he could help us He quoted a loan product which in the end we were able to get We asked for a mortgage refinance with both my husband and I on the loan He ran my husbands credit score which came up at He told me he couldn't pull up my credit report (scary!) with my birthdate and ssn Since there was a problem with mine he recommended that we just have my husband on the loan and me on the deed to the house So we proceeded to the appraisal which was to be $(however, we paid $500) After the appraisal was done and the "file" opened in my husband's name I finally found out there was no problem with my credit or birthdate and ssn it was In fact a problem at CrossCountry We were told what docume

To Whom It May Concern:
I, *** *** & *** *** both borrowers on the loan through Cross Country Mortgage, have been working with loss mitigation since last year after Hurricane IrmaI’ve spoke with loss mitigations on multiple occasions discussions about what I needed to turn in and what was needed in order to get my loan back in orderI was on forbearance and I was told to make my monthly payments until I was given the options offered by loss mitigationsI sent in the paper work to loss mitigations and was told that both borrowers needed their own job verification paper, I filled out one single paper with both individual’s information, so I was contacted and told I need to fill out one for each borrower, a quote for the repairs that were done to the house and each borrower last pay stubs which I sent in as wellI was then contacted by loss mitigations again saying that they receive all my paperwork that they were missing one other form that needed to be filled

From the first day to the last, the service we received from Lori and her team was exceptional They always answered any questions we had and we never felt like any question was stupid Lori spent a good deal of time on the phone with me explaining mortgages and how rates were determined It was great information Her team was super friendly and always seemed on top of what ever needed done The website was super easy to view and sign docs I would definitely use them again and refer to a friend

Eric L*** is just amazing! He helped us refinanced a few years ago, and he was so good, we called him again when seeking a home equity loan He answered our many questions, was always available with his expert advise, and just guided us through every step of the process We could not have done this without his help!

I worked closely with Simon T*** this year to close a refinance mortgage The help and direction I received was excellent I have been through this process on two other occasions and have never had as positive an experience I must say that Simon T*** and CrossCountry Mortgage are first rate! I highly recommend Simon T*** and CrossCountry Mortgage to anyone seeking a mortgage or refinance mortgage*** ** ***

I have been receiving calls from a number but no message leftI answered the next day and they immediately hung up on meI called back and left a message asking them to please remove me from their call listThe next day they called again and once again hung up as soon as I answeredThe phone number is *** *** and the csr's name that comes up on answering machine is James but couldn't catch the last name

Cross Country Mortgage fit me into a house in June-at closing with a mortgage of $What they did not disclose to me is that they did use the accurate data for the appraisalI have a escrow shortage that surfaced in July-of $6,My mortgage increased $and they have not attempted to provide me with answers

I called Cross Country Mortgage to explain that someone used my identity to apply for a mortgage through Cross CountryI called several times to get help, no response until January 4, I finally got a hold of MsR***She advised me that she sent me an e-mail stating that I had authorized the credit report to be ran??? I didn't authorize anyone and why would I apply for a mortgage loan when I just started working in April
MsR*** also stated that all my personal information was on there!!! Anyone can steal your identity!! I asked her for a copy of my signatures and she never gave that information to meI have the right to know what is going on with my personal information!!! I have always lived in B*** **
My identity has been stolen!!! I need some assistance to dispute this matter and file a complaint against Cross Country!! This is ridiculous how I can't get help for something I didn't do!!!!

I worked with Andrew M*** with Crosscountry MortgageFrom the first conversation we had he was very informative and made me feel at ease, this being my first home it wasn't an easy taskHe was available day and night with any questions I had and closed my loan TWO weeks earlyI highly recommend him and look forward do doing business with him in and the company in the future

I recently worked with Andrew M*** with Cross Country MortgageMy experience was above excellent! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and very personableHe patiently guided me through each step of the process and went beyond by referring me to several other of his contacts to make my journey easierBuying a house can be very stressful but Andrew made it easy and enjoyable

I started to work with this company and I regret it nowLawrence Y*** was the loan specialistHe told me I needed a minimum credit score of (which I had higher than that)I also went over all my other concerns and he "assured" me that they weren't going to be an issueAt this point I'm feeling optimisticI send him ALL of the documentation he needed in about minutesHe never said he got it or anythingI reached out to him TWICE to ensure he receivedHe finally emailed and said yes, he had gotten it and would look over it that afternoonWell, 4-days pass by and I still haven't heard from himSent him more emails and a phone call and NOTHINGThenI get an email from him that says "I'm sorry I can't approve youYou need to get your score up to a and work on your credit"Mind youHe NEVER said this and he'd been over my credit report with me days before and said it wasn't a problemI'm not sure why he all of a sudden decided he couldn't do anything, but I WILL get to the bottomI don't recommend this company to ANYONE

This company is not providing tge sane setvice they advertise The closing costs were double than what was provided loan estimate The closing costs were over doubled what was quoted and extra fees were added I was given the new closing statement and given only hours to sign When I discovered the changes they could not give me a good explanation or resolve the issue

We purchased a home and closed in May Our lender had an appraisal done on 4/28/Our lender was Crosscountry Mortgage IncWe knew going in that we could only put down 10% but as soon as we sold our other home we would put down another 10% to remove PMIWe were ready to do that within month of our purchase; however, Crosscountry sold our mortgage to Fannie Mae and their "guidelines" state that they "may" request another appraisalSince we just had an appraisal we thought common sense would indicate that our original appraisal would be sufficient and that was our understanding going into the processNow our servicer (Crosscountry) is stating that Fannie Mae wants another appraisal and there is nothing that they can doI call Crosscountry and they blame Fannie MaeI call Fannie Mae and they blame it on CrosscountryWe are stuck in the middleCrosscountry says it's out of their handsFannie Mae says if anything can happen Crosscountry would have to escalate itWe are le

Simon T*** is a very knowledgeable , friendly, professional personHe made the whole loan process an easy painless experienceThis is the second loan he closed for me.The first time, we were having an issue with the Tax assessor office he personally called and got the situation resolved, and was able to get me a refund That's what I call going the extra mileI would highly recommend Simon Todd for anyone who's looking to refinance or looking for a home loan

Andrew M*** was wonderful He explained everything in detail and was patient enough to do it as many times as needed to clarify any questionsPlus, he has a great, easy-going personalityThank you for making this experience as stress free as possible

My husband and I took our a mortgage with CrossCountry Mortgage in JuneWe were told by their lawyers even at closing that our loan was in the process of being sold to another bank (Wells Fargo)About two months later, I received a formal notification from Wells Fargo confirming that they had purchased our loan and asking me to set up payments, which I didI transitioned our payments on the timeline that was laid out in the notice, starting with the next payment and stopped paying CrossCountryMid-way through the month, I received a delinquency notice from CrossCountryWhen I called customer service, I was told that my loan had NOT been sold, they had no documentation of this and that unless I could prove otherwise, I was in fact delinquent on my mortgage - even though I was up to date on payments with the new bankUltimately, this took about a month and a half to fully resolve, and I never received any written information from CrossCountry confirming that this issue has been resolved and that the mortgage was soldI had to bring my lawyer back in as well as the person I'd worked with in originating the loanI see by the fact that my account has been shut down, that I've stopped receiving delinquency notices and from a note on my credit report that showed the transfer that they must have fixed the problemIt remains very concerning that this happened at all, that they did nothing in the process to reassure me of resolution only made me feel like I was rushing them to resolve before they started claiming that I had missed multiple payments, and never provided written confirmation (which my lawyer and I both requested multiple times) that the issue was resolvedI would never recommend this institution and would never work with them again in any capacity

Andrew M*** was amazing! He took good care of us and kept us informed every step of the wayI cannot say enough good things about the service he gave us! Thank you Andrew!~

CrossCountry mortgage has been handling the financing of a mortgage for the buyers of our home in Middleburg, FloridaWe were originally suppose to close on the sale of our home on July 30, The contract was agreed upon and signed by all parties on June 15, At that time the buyers had a pre-qualification letter from CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc., so u assume they were working with crosscountry prior to our contract being final
At the beginning of July the loan officer, Victoria D*** indicated via email that the loan was in underwriting and they didn't forsee any issues and we're on track for closing in JulyFast forward to July 27th when the title company received an email stating that they were shooting to close on July 29thThe same day on July 27th we were told the buyers needed to buy points in order to qualify for the loan and the lender was demanding we change the contract to cover the buyers mortgage points to buy the rate downWe refused to change the contract
