My experience with Andrew at Crosscountry Mortgage was amazingOur loan took a while to close - things we needed to take care of on our side - Andrew was patient and professional the whole wayHe gave us great advice, allowed us to ask many questions, and never made us feel bad about askingHe gave us a lot of info along the way, and guided us in the right directionI would highly recommend Crosscountry Mortgage! Ask for Andrew!

I closed on a mortgage with CrossCountry Mortgage on 05/25/At that time, I was given payment coupons & was told to use them for the first payments and by the time the 3rd was due, I would know whether CrossCountry would be keeping my loan and servicing it themselves or would be transferring it to another companySince then I have made payments, one for July and one for AugustSince then I have tried to call to ask about the status of my loan and to try and have my mailing address changed because all the correspondence is going to the wrong addressI have been told each time that the loan is in a "temporary holding account" and that the decision whether to keep the loan or transfer it still hasn't been madeI have also been told that there is no way to change my address so until my loan is finalized at CrossCountry, I would have to continue to allow my mail to go to the wrong addressThis is unacceptableThey tell me that my agent should have changed my address pri

Andrew M*** Did a great job with my loan!! as a real estate professional who deals with many different mortgage companies this is one of the best!! Thank you Andrew!

Steven at Cross Country Mortgage went above and beyond during my underwriting processI'd like to add that this was also my first time buying a home (also out of state), which was a bit nerve racking, especially since I had some unconventional obstacles to overcome during my underwritingSteven was constantly on the ball and helped me address all issues leading up to a close without any extensions to escrow! I would HIGHLY recommend Steven to anyone who's looking for an honest lender and full of integrityHe does what he says he'll do - ALWAYS

Andrew is the person you will want for any mortgage loan transaction that you may be consideringHe excels, in his performance, far beyond the expectations of a capable loan officerHe is transparent to a faultHe responds to inquiries with computer like speed and efficiencyHis responses may not always be pleasing but they will be truthful and realisticI, as any prudent client should, tracked his performance and that of his company throughout the loan origination processI give him outstanding grades for every step of the processDiane, my wife, and I cannot be more pleased with our outcomeThank you, Andrew, for your professionalism and your kindnessIt transcends all that you do

Recently I worked with Andrew M*** with Cross Country on a new home loanI will stereo type the typical mortgage banker in my mind is dealing with somebody that is stuffy and condescending when you ask questions to understand or confused with the details, thinking of their bottom line… Working with Andrew was FAR FROM THAT!!!! Not only did he make me feel like a person, he was patient with all three properties that passed his desk for consideration to purchase He explained everything, answered all my questions so I can understand and we also enjoyed conversation about other things besides home mortgages To add a little more customer service, he looked for the best deals, deals that were focused on me and not the mortgager and the record time he turned it around, simply incredible Too bad that on average we only purchase a home every years or so, we should do it more often because working with Andrew was a great experience worth repeating!!!!

We recently worked with Andrew and Michelle at Cross Country Mortgage for our home refiThey are absolutely amazingThis process can be quite frightening and intimidatingbut Andrew truly has gone above and beyond my expectationsFrom start to finish only took a few short weeks and most of that is processing timeWe sent the documents that were needed in the beginning and he/they did the restAny time I had questions, they had the answers immediatelyand were always only a phone call or e-mail away! I highly recommend these guysyou will not be disappointed!

*** came into R.TDonovan in AprilHe purchased the 3/4" Natural River Rock, was loaded and left to his home in ***
Days later he arrived back at R.TDonovan complaining the rock did not match what he already hadWe walked out to inspect material, please note, we did change suppliers but that was close to a year prior to his purchase and have never had any complaints except for ***I asked *** to bring the material back and that's when he informed me he had already dumped it on a road and wanted know what we were gonna do for him since it did not match what he already hadI called *** and told him about the situationHe said we could give *** a yard of material to blend it inHe, *** was not happy with that solution but without the original material purchased this was all we could do*** observed material loaded onto his trailer and signed invoice accepting materialSee attached: ***
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There are SEVERAL incorrect statements in their response
!my home is in *** - my property where I wanted the river rock is North of *** - a 3+ hour driver one way to return the gravel so I was not able to get to RT Donovan while they were still open and HAD to unload the gravel as I had to return the borrowed trailer that same night
"Days Later" I returned the very NEXT day
They state that they changed suppliers a "year prior" yet that next day when we went out to inspect the bin - the river rock that I had previously purchased was very visible in both back corners of the bin
"give *** a yard of material to blend it in"
there were problems with this - first he only offered me 1/yard - second they had no material acceptable - and third I had to dump the load on my driveway where I had already put Crushed gravel and was not anywhere near the intend use area
"*** observed material loaded and signed"
I signed before they loaded AND never viewed the material as I simply sat in my truck and the only thing I observed was the guy in the loader giving me the thumbs up to go
As I had been treated fairly in all of my prior purchases I made the mistake of assuming that there would be no real problem and that it would be a simple matter to correctThe price difference between the gravel and the river rock for my 1/yard purchase is not significant and not worth the time and trouble that I have already spentThe main reason for my complaint is the fact that Sara was not able to do anything and I was referred to the owner TOM ---- and he NEVER even called me back -- though Sara said he had -- I have not received a phone call NOR a message nor do I care to at this point
I just wanted to let people know what kind of customer service they might expect if they have a problem

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/07/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I previously stated - I only want the DIFFERENCE between river & crushed not a full refund AND at this point, after having to make a formal complaint --- I do not wish to ever return to their businees AND sign any of their "Terms and Conditions"
Sara saw the difference between the rock that was in the bin when I returned and that is when something should have been done NOT months later after Revdex.com complaint!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Thanx BUT NO THANX

Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/07/17) */
*** requested and ultimately purchased Natural River Rock 3/***'s trailer was loaded with this material from the appropriate bin in his presence, and he accepted the material and signed the Terms and Conditions on the back of his invoiceItem of said Terms and Conditions states clearly, in part: "It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect material before ordering." He then hauled this material hours away where he apparently determined that it was esthetically "different" than material he had obtained at some point in the past
Natural River Rock 3/is a non-specification decorative materialIt is a natural product that varies in appearance depending upon where it was obtained, and may vary in appearance from load to load even when coming from the same sourceThis is the reason that Item was incorporated into our Terms and ConditionsThe only person who can judge whether a particular decorative material is acceptable for a particular application is the person purchasing itThis, of course, necessitates that the customer actually look at what he is buyingWe encourage this, but if he chooses not to get out of his truck we can hardly demand that he do so
That being said, we regret that *** is not satisfied with the material he purchased, and we would be happy to offer him a full refund upon its return

This company continues to call after being told were not interested in thee services , so then they put us on robo call and when you pick up the phone it hangs up on you and if you call it back its says , thanks for calling us here at cross country mortgage please hold and your call will be answered in just a moment ) and then it hangs up yet again on youthey were told months ago to stop the phone calls so my next step may be a attorney and the FCC

May we bought our home and was approved with Cross County MortgageThis month I lost my jobUnemployment didn't give me a check for monthsJuly I started a new job to lose that job Oct Oct was the first month I could no longer afford the mortgage so I called to ask for assistance and they offered Loss LitigationNOT ONCE did anyone mention the terms I wouldn't qualify due to loan being less than a yearUpon waiting months and continuing to fax appropriate documents, they responded with the decision that I haven't been in my loan long enoughI was referred to HUD and HOPEHOPE said they don't have an agreement with Cross County Mortgage and HUD said same thing Loss Litigation saidI also applied for a government pell grant whom declined me because we were in a negative deficit At this time, credit is how I was surviving!
Meantime, I started work in Jan and called for assistance then to be told I don't qualify for anythingAll the while, the late fees

I had a great experience working with CrossCountry Mortgage for my home loanAs anyone knows, buying a house can be stressfulCrossCountry Mortgage and especially Andrew M*** made this experience less stressfulAfter everything was said and done, what they said they could got done

A representative from this company said I could get a mortgage I have all emails between myself and Mr R*** and the underwriter telling me to go look for a house I found a house and couldn't get in contact with Mr R*** only to find out he no longer worked for the companySo I went to the location of the office that was in his email to speak to someone the building was emptyI goggled the company and got the Macomb location and got in contact with Craig the owner of that branch I explained what was going on that I found a home and was trying to close he pulled my funding said Mr R*** was no good at his jobI had bid on several houses and spent months looking only to find out I have no fundingI signed a contract for a loan and I want them to honor it whether or not Mr R*** works for the company or not it's just a different branch of the same company my self and my children are going to be homeless due to their unscrupulous business practices he then said he'd fund me

Byron T*** with The Texas Team - CrossCountry Mortgage located at *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** ***, has a problem with ethicsHe is not trustworthy and lacks professional integrityByron, on several occasions approached me with requests for referrals and an offer to work with some of my potential clientsHis intentions were not honorable, as I soon discoveredI would not recommend Byron or this lender under any circumstances

I just want to thank Simon D*** for going above and beyond in helping us to refinance our home It was a very long and drawn out process but he was there every step of the way making sure that we didn't lose faith I would definitely and highly recommend him to my relatives and friends Thanks again Simon for everything

Received a letter in June, from CrossCountry Mortage inviting me to apply for a mortgage refinanceI found this email ([email protected]) using their website and requested my name and address be removed from their mailing listno response
7/18/16, I received a second letterI called their number (844-632-7417), spoke to Greg, and requested the sameHe said he would take care of it
8/1/16, received a third letter and 8/15/16, received a fourthObviously, they are ignoring my request

Tried to refinance my primary residence and they asked for all of my personal information, I got an approved for a no-cash out refinanceStated everything looked good, but had to pay $for a home appraisalThe appraisal was ridiculously low compared to other homes selling around, they emailed me stating the appraisal came out to low and they can not give me the loanAfter all the this hassle, why didn't they first do the appraisal to see what the house was worth to let me know the house was going to be to low for them to refinanceThey took my $ and refuse to return my callsOn zillow and realtor.com, my home is estimated at 232, Crosscountry mortgage states my home is worth 220,000, according to their appraisal; which it had to be their appraiserI asked the loan officer before paying the $385, If I am going to lose the $385, the loan officer stated "No, you are not going to lose the $because zillow states your home is worth 232,and all we need is 217,to

Simon T*** is the pro that you want on your team to guide you through the labyrinth that is the home buying and financing process! From the beginning Simon was a wealth of information, helping us to analyze our financing options- telling us for example that if we put down just a little bit more, we could lower our PMI, which credit cards to pay down and to what level for better scoring and termsMoreover, the wealth of knowledge of the industry and the local Real Estate market were extremely helpful to us, as we tried to navigate this process without the help of a traditional realtorMy wife had just received her Real Estate license which was required for her commercial property management job, so we saved half the commission, but we were also a bit lost at times when we ran into peculiar issues or termsSimon was invaluable in helping us navigate the potential issuesFor example, when the Home Inspection came back on the property we were wound up buying, the Seller seemed disinterested in addressing the issues, and pressed us for an offerSimon suggested a Seller's concession, so as to supplement the down payment percentage, researching the allowable parameters for our loan, and then providing us with the critical language that was necessary to ensure we didn't lose out if the closing costs came in under the amount of the concession- a possibility we were unaware ofAs it turned out, the number shocked the buyer into action, so that she repaired the deficiencies, which meant we didn't have to shell out cash for the repairs after closingFinally, Simon had the integrity which I found sorely lacking in the other Mortgage company I was shoppingWhereas the large national loan company promised a slightly better rate, their closing costs and cash to close were somewhat higherIn fact, some of the costs were 'slipped in' to the package, without ever having been mentioned amongst the slew of changes they made along the way, which I found to be downright deceptiveSimon was true to his word all along, and I made my decision when both of their loan packages were comparable based on his integrity and professionalsAs it turned out, Simon's closing costs actually came in a couple of thousand dollars LESS than he had figured, which was the Opposite of the large national company, and a nice surprise! I highly recommend Simon and his company, which by the way is an impressive operation! Living about minutes away, we had occasion to visit Cross Country Mortgage's office, which was about times larger than what I had expectedWe got the nickel tour, and you can tell from the quality of the people, like Simon, that this is a well-run organizationI have every confidence that we will be just as happy with the servicing of this loan! Go with Simon, and you will not be disappointed! Your loan will close, when he says! Michael PS- We were not the only ones impressed by SimonBoth our Insurance agent and the Seller's Real Estate agent had a great deal of respect for Simon and his operation!
