"No minimum score required", etc When I called, I spoke with Steven C***, and I explained to him the issues I have had with trying to refinance my mortgage I made very clear that if they could not do the refinance that I did not want them to do a hard hit on my credit because I am trying very hard to get my credit score up He assured me that they could do the mortgage and asked me to get a letter from my credit union concerning our car loan and asked me to call *** Bank and request a letter from them stating that my payments had been current since October of He told me that the letter from *** would increase my score into the high 600's and if *** sent a letter it would increase my score to the 700's (*** has had some reporting problems with the credit bureaus and my payments were always on time.) I told him I doubted that *** would do that since it wasn't true and he st

I try to get approved through this company for a home loan the lady name that screw me over here was Wendi C*** she works in Gahanna branch she call me and ran my info and said I was approve for a home loan and then play games with me she would never text me back or call me I had to call a ton of times and write and then it came down to I had to email her just to get a replie back then she push my application through to under writing and turn me down and would not even give me time to get paper work in the mail that took me weeks to get I will never apply here again they play games and are very rude they don't respond when they are suppose toI got turn down on my loan because they would not let me proof to them I make no payments on my student loans

Andrew went above and beyond for me and made the process of buying my first home a breeze I cannot thank him and his team enough for their patience and professionalism
I feel it is worth mentioning that Cross Country was NOT my first lender choice, but am so grateful I went with them in the end I did the usual shop around and settled with Quicken based purely on a rate, even though I really liked Andrew and his approach
This was a mistake The next month was a nightmarish time of redundancy and mishaps with Quicken and their absurd, overly beaurocratic approach to setting up a loanI would get calls a day asking for the same information, be given totally different figures and rates, and after many chances, they just flat out dropped the ball by lying to me about my rate and not disclosing the points

I was warned and chased the rate I can admit I was wrong
He honored everything he ever told me from day 1, closed it up in record time, and I'm now a happy homeowner
