Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the aforementioned complaintInstall America's response is as follows: There have been difficulties in receiving the correct order for [redacted] ***The first order was placed on 09/11/The order was for the Left flanker of the lite slider [redacted] wished to add the Picture Window component of the Lite Slider on 09/19/Despite all packing and manufacturing information listing the correct glass, I chose to do this as a customer satisfaction gesture since [redacted] believes the glass is incorrectShe also states there is a scratch in the picture windowThe order was delivered and the service scheduledUnfortunately, I forgot to add the second part of the order to the service write upIt appears the Picture Window glass never cameThis happens at times when additional items are added to orders.I apologized to [redacted] and reassured her I would place the order againThe order arrivedI attempted to schedule the service on a Saturday, which is very rare, in an effort to accommodate [redacted] ***When the large Picture Window glass was unwrapped on the date of this service, it appeared to have scratches in itDan still attempted to service the left flanker windowAt the time he discovered the Picture Window glass was indeed the correct glass [redacted] had ordered originally while holding a heat gun to all sectionsHe believes the tinting looked "off" to [redacted] because the flankers have screens which darken the appearance of the glassAdditionally, the temperature of the large picture window would be warmer or colder to the touch than the flanker units due to the larger surface areaHe did not see any scratches in the glassDan, the service technician believed [redacted] understood his explanation Upon receipt of the Revdex.com letter, I asked for Dan to contact [redacted] to see what remaining issues she hasShe stated to Dan she wants another picture windowI have again ordered the picture window for [redacted] despite believing the glass was correct the entire timeAgain this is in an effort to satisfy the homeowner which is install America's number one goalI will be contacting [redacted] as soon as the Picture Window glass arrivesPlease feel free to contact me with any additional questions or commentsThank youRespectfully, Susan MW***, Service Manager, Install America

The meeting with Mike was very professional. Yes there was damage, it became worse because they did not honor their original contract. Mike said they would honor the original cont6ract at this meeting on Feb 15, 2018. What took Install 13 months to honor it? I trust Mike to follow thru with our agreement, and I am going to keep all lines of communication open until the job is done 100%. Mike was a true professional on how he handled this situation. I have two contracts with Install America, to do work on my windows and work on my roof May 8,2017, aug and oct 23, they were to do the work, and all three times they did not showI now have about 20,dollars worth of damage to my 3rd and 2nd floorsNick, Jay, and Jim the management team have been uselesswe were approved by *** ***  back in feb of for the loan I have also set the information to the Pa and Delaware State AG

We were contacted in January of 2016, from a scout of this company, to have Install America come out and give us an estimate on roof, fascia, soffit, down spouts, and gutters The general manager of this branch, came out on February 3, As the flier states, all homeowners must be present at the time of the estimate, if the project is started with in the next days, 20% will be taken off the bill and and additional $more on them When the GM came out, we told him we were only looking for a written estimate so we can compare with other companies His response was they do not do written estimates We told him then there was no reason for him to come out when the flier states "for an estimate" To make a long story short, he did us a "favor" and wrote the estimate up for us The estimate was written, as stated to us from the GM, for the worst case scenario, in other words, "tear off the whole roof and replace it from the attic floor up The project was estimated at $

*** *** did hail damage repair on our house (2013- ), roof & siding This hail damage was wide spreadIt took *** *** approximately months to complete Our neighbors had same work done - completion time from weeks to approxmonth
Even while *** *** was working on our house they had to repair some of the work they had completed Exsiding came loose , chimney flashing poorly installed , ridge vent came loose & had to be refastened
After we paid for job we still had problems with siding coming looseWe called them & they never would return our callsThis covered a span of years
We called our insurance company & they contacted *** *** , they made half-hearted attempts to contact us
My wife contacted them & they finally said they would fix their lousy job for $dollarsIn addition *** *** told us that they fired the guys that worked on our house because of all the complaints they re

We just had windows replaced the are awesome I love my new windowsThe guys that did the work was amazing

Below I have listed the major points for this complaintWe have tried several times to have these issues resolved which included a visit from Install America to my home to review these issues and a courtesy callWe were told that billing would not be submitted until we are completely satisfied and after weeks of no resolution or contact I received the first billThe lack of professionalism shown by the install crew was evident and was only marginally improved when dealing with the Constructions managers
• Salesman busted the ceiling of my master bedroom and crew came to repair the drywall but they never paintedWe were told that our ceiling would be repaired as if nothing happened
• Razor blade found stuck and sticking up in the back porch stairsAfter the 3rd and final day of work I walked the perimeter to find anything sharp that could hurt the kids or the dog
• Water leaked into my house’s main Electrical Panel and all of the breakers were soaked with water in-betwe

from sales pitch through installation all people involved were first rate to deal with

Terrible customer serviceReceived calls everyday asking if I completed my projectWhether I answered no or yes I received very pushy responses to no moreAsked multiple times to be placed on do not call list due to project being completedWould not do itTwo-three phone calls per dayRidiculous

We signed a contract with Install America in November for windows and agreed to accept their financing - we were quoted 7.9% interest and a payment of $150/month We were also told at the time of signing that we would receive an email with our official financing quote within the five day recision period (we signed on a Thursday) We heard nothing The following Thursday, we received a phone call from a lender telling me that we did not qualify for financing due to my credit score Four days later, we received information from Wells Fargo saying we were approved for the project and our interest rate was 27.99% I called our sales rep who told me that that rate was only applicable if we used the Wells Fargo card in a store, but for the project the rate was 12.5% I asked what that meant the payment would be and I was told he would call me back I did not hear from him I called again and a different man called me back He said that our payment would be $280/month I informed

during/after deck installation the following occurred
1) a portion of the backyard fence was removed & not put back
2) a portion of the backyard fence was bent & now does not reach the end post
3) the lawn was driven on, leaving huge tread marks and no grass (they did throw down grass seed but it was not the same as what we had/not designed to survive in our climate--So, now there are large dead areas.)- we had to rake the ruts out ourselves
4) our neighbors lawn was also driven on (same as above)
5) brick pavers were not put back in a leveled way As a result, I sprained my ankle as I stepped off the deck and have several co-pay bills for doctors and physical therapy
6) dumpster delivery put gouges in our newly resealed driveway
7) the drainage under the deck was haphazardly done where it reached the edge of the deck We had to properly dig angled trenches under the piping in order to obtain a drainage angle appropriate to actually drain water

Signed into a contract with install America on May 1, 18, for installation of windows and repair/replace trim on outside of existing windows an a garage Install America came out to confirm measurements of sale person’ ordered windowsInst America, confirmed an installation date on 7/3/only to cancel a half hr before arrival time I had taken the day off from workRescheduled date of 7/6/18, arrived 2hrs late with only window to install, because the 2nd window, according to Inst America was wrong size,The window installed was cracked, They did not bring enough product to complete the trim/ repairs to other outside windows
No correspondence with install America for weeksOn 8/1/18, manager Chris M*** from Install America called to sat they had my window and replacement for cracked window an wanted to schedule an installation dateI asked for a Saturday date having missed days of work for planned installationsI was told by Chris M*** he would check an call

I found the crew was professional and courteous Their work was done well and quickly finishing the job in half time scheduled I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for them same type of work

We contracted with Install America to do a whole house windows replacement, including the basement windows and the installation of a sliding glass door in the kitchenThey have yet to finish the job to our satisfaction and it has been months
nearly ever window blows cold air (not from the windows but from the frame it is installed), they cut out old windows with a saw leaving frame and borders in tact and foam sprayed the new window in placewe lost 1/of our window sill because of this
not all windows are sealed the same outside and inside
they left shards of metal in our back yard
they threw away our weather station monitor - we have to go buy a new one
they threw away our outside motion sensor light - we have to go buy a new one
they used multi-colored siding and did not tell us
there was a hole in the drywall at the bottom of the sliding door that blew in air from the outside, we had to seal this ourselves to keep the kitchen from freezingstill th

The crew that Install America sent to our house was Competent, Polite, and very professionalThey arrived at approximately 8:am (Arrival was supposed to be between 9-am) Was quite comfortable with thatAll materials were unloaded from their work vanThe foreman/manager Nate, Then rang our bell and proceeded to double check all measurements of the windowsUpon doing this he went outside and the two workers with him Korie and Jared staged the windows in their proper spaceNate said we should be done by 1:I proceeded to ask if they needed anything and was politely told now we are all set and the of them started removing the old windows and installing the new onesThey had all the windows in by am and proceeded to seal, caulk and dress out all the windowsAll demolition debris was loaded into the trailer and they were on their way to the next job at 1:only minutes later than first told to meWe have now had these windows in for weeks and our heat runs much less often much in line with what we were promisedWe highly recommend these Gentlemen and the product they installedIt was done in a very efficient and timely manner and we walked through each room to do a final inspection to insure our satisfactionAttached I have several pictures of the final product

I would recommend Install America to every one.They go above and beyond to do the job right
The initial estimate was done professionally and honestlyThey we straight forward and thorough I was informed about every step of the roof projectThe guys that came out to do the job were friendly and professional.They did a great jobThere was only one problem there were more boards to replace on the roof that caused the project to cost a few thousand dollars more the I expectedWas unable to come up with the extra funds, I was dismayed at the thought of not getting my roof done.But I was pleasantly surprised I got a call from Carl from Install America and said don’t worry Mr Caron we will absorb the extra cost and get your roof done I am so happy with the job they did from start to finish
