Windows look great, Team that put them in were very good and knowledgeable I was told by the salesman that came to the house that he was going to through in gutters if I signed When they came out to measure for the windows, the man had no idea about what I was talking about, but he measured anyway The day the windows were installed there were three screens that were damaged The team putting them in told me to sign that they were damaged and that they would bring new screens out when they put the gutter on When I called about the gutter (it was a different group) to be installed, the sales manager did not know anything about it, I explained what was said and he called me back and said they would do it One month later the gutter guy shows up to install the gutter He put the gutter on the top and not the bottom, where it was suppose to be replaced and he did not bring the new screens, he was sent to re-screen them When I got home and inspected the screens and gutter, I found that the screens were not done properly, they were all wavy and not pulled tight I called about them the following week I was told that the service Manager would call me back Well things got busy and here we are a month later and a bill for the job that I feel is not complete I have just called the service Manager again this morning, let's see if he calls back this time Right now not happy and would not recommend them to anyone

Cant say enough about our salesmen Ben ***Very respectful of our home very Knowledgeable of his product and best of all met us at our needs no pushing to make the sale Ive had companies come out to give me estimates some guys through there sample windows down on my counter as if they were so heavy they couldn't cary them, some people were dirty like they came off a job site and thought they were going to be invited in to sit in my dining room Some people didn't speak clearlywhen I am about to spend to 20,dollars I need things to be said clearly so I could understand I am a chef not a window guyBen *** thank you for being you and not someone your not to make the sale Thank you for being very respectful around my family my next project will definitely be coming your way

Prices for windows and doors are fair and reasonable Installation team was awesome Arrived when promised, completed job as stated and cleaned up like they were never there I am happy to have my new windows and doors

My install started on 8/On the third day of the install they were supposed to put in my bay windowThey couldn’t do it because it took people and they only had twoI left several messages that went unansweredFinally we were able to get a hold of someone and schedule Saturday September 15thNo one showed up or calledWe rescheduled for Saturday September 22ndAgain no call no showI took yesterday and today as vacation so they could come during the weekYesterday was rainy so we scheduled today at am (September 28th)Again a no show! My bay window has been sitting out in the weather waiting on themI cannot believe the way these people do business!

We had new gutters and downspouts put on our houseThe young men were very polite and got the work done quickly and made sure we were pleased with the work

They have called me several times a day for the past week, from a number of different phone numbersI have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me, that I don't want to do business with themThey persist

Didnt bring all windows with first install came back installed forgotten window still was waiting for replacement parts on other windows it's been over months, and they had the gall to ask to be paid the works not even done wish we went with another company would never recommend to anyone

Install America started my project back in JuneTomorrow they are hoping to finish the projectThey have been out to my house well over times, with an incorrect size sliding glass door, damage windows and window screen that was crookedI was promised to not have to pay until the project was complete but have made three payments on the windows so far and still the project is not finishedEvery time they come out to my house I am sure of one thingThey will be back at my house again because the only consistency this company is offering me is installing damaged or incorrect materialNot only am I disappointed with how they install there product and the quality of workmanship but the customer service is absolutely terribleDo not use this company

I have ordered windows through this company as well as had them attempt to installThe first time they came they said they did not have the correct windows for the whole jobThey said the job would take hours and I was told if I did not want the Saturday they offered it would not be done til AugustMy mother had just passed a week prior so I moved my family gathering to a later time due to thisThey said they would do half the job when they arrived because they did not have all the correct windows.My husband went to the garage where he found one of the workers in there snooping around and reeking of alcoholThey then called there boss and decided to leave and do nothing at all on this day.I expressed my concern to the gentleman named Rick that was in charge of the job how disappointing this was after I had cancelled a family event taken down all blinds and shades and nothing was getting doneI called the company that Monday to let them know what had taken place and tell them we

Very nice Company to do business with...The people from the sales person, and the installers were all intelligent, cordial, and very polite...They all knew exactly what to do in the shortest amount of time, and their work is exceptionally good...My wife and I are very pleased with the job...I would recommend this company any time...The product is very good and the cost is far better than four other quotes I received from competitors

The installer was very nice and was extremely considerate of us and our home He layed floor coverings to protect our carpets and cleaned up after himself each dayThe vanity was not what we had ordered and the installer called his supervisor immediatelyThe supervisor came to check on it and told me it would be to weeks to get a replacement, which was OKThe only other issue is the tile floor It is beautiful, but the tiles are not even Some are higher than othersOn the whole, we are pleased with our new bathroom

Great job by the install team It's exactly what I ordered

Had windows installed months ago and still the job is not completed and I am paying for my windows! The job began in March of The install initially started off fineHowever, the contractors needed a larger ladder to cap off the top of my windowsThe contractors promised that they would be back out the following week to completed the jobI allowed the financing to go through BIG MISTAKE! I still have yet to get the contractors to come back out and completed the job I have made numerous calls to Install America and mostly I cannot get anyone to call me backEvery once and awhile I get a call from someone looking for the completion form that I refused to sign until the job is completed I explain my issue and someone attempts to call the general manager and claim they will have someone out to completed the project I AM STILL WAITINGI have reached out to the Revdex.com and am looking to seek a more serious action should I not hear back from someone in the company with a completion date and the work finally completed

They arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves and they were all very friendly The new windows keep out a lot of the noise and it is staying warmer We would recommend them,

On 4/16/a representative for Install America came to a property I own to discuss a new roof for the propertyOn 4/16/I signed a contract for the installation of a new roof at the property in Downingtown and provided the representative with a check for the deposit of $On 4/18/16, after reconsidering the contract, I decided to cancel the contract, and as per the contract, I signed and sent by priority mail, a cancellation of the contractInstall America received the Notice of Cancellation at their Mohnton office on 4/19/16, which was within the timeframe for cancellation, which was no later than midnight on 4/20/Install America cashed my check #*** in the amount of $on 4/26/
According to the signed contract, all deposit funds will be returned within ten business days following the receipt of the cancellation noticeAs of this date (5/13/16) I have not received a refund of my depositI have called the office and left messages, asking for a return call regardi
