I ordered a sliding glass window and bedroom window with Install America the first week of May We went back and forth on when the windows would be deliveredThey kept stalling and finally at the end of August said the window and slider would be inThey scheduled an installation date of 09/07/This was months after the orderWhen they installed the window and slider there were issuesThe slider closed, but didn't fit properly in the window openingThe panels need to be leveledThey did not use a carpenter's leveler tool to get the frame in correctlyThe bedroom window was supposed to have panes in it to match the other windows in the complexThey delivered the right size windows without the panesIt was on the order what was supposed to come and I had to insist that they correct the problemWhen the installation was complete, I told them the sliders looked offThey said the pane windows would arrive in weeks and they would fix the slider at that timeHere we are

I had my windows replaced about months ago and the job is still not completed The top of my windows need to be capped offOver the past months I have made numerous calls to get the job completedI have been promised on more than one occasion that they would come out and complete the job the following weekStill has not happened and I am now paying for windows that are not completedI also have called the Massachusetts office number numerous times and left numerous voicemails and no one has returned my callIts very frustrating as I am still trying to get the job completed

The company is charging me $20,for the price of a deck they did not build per written agreementThey had called and made a verbal agreement prior to building the deck to charge me around $18,to build the deck since they could not build to the agreement I had previously signed per township guidelinesThey did not send me any formal paperworkHe just kept stating on the phone at the time that he would take care of itThe individuals name was nick no last name was offered

I had new tub surround installed with new faucets on my sink and tubI also had a new drain and water overflow installed and was very pleased with all the work done on my bathroom

My family went to the home show in Bowling Green KY this past weekendWhile we were there we set up an appointment with Randy to have Install America come to our home and give us an estimate for windowsThe appointment was set for today at amI called the company after minutes of no show and they stated that the appointment was put in wrong and was scheduled for next FridayHe advised me that they would not come to my house to do an estimate unless my wife was here as wellI advised him that was not going to happen and that I was the one making the decisionHe said that was their policy and was nothing he could doI then asked to speak with his supervisor and he put me on hold than just hung up on meI think this is a very poor way to do business

I contacted a new roof which included reframing the old roof to a single pitchThis was done leaving exposed wood on both sides of the houseFascia is needed on both sides of the house I have tried taking to Eric for six months to resolve this issuedTheir position is it is not part of the original contractI have offered to pay more money to resolve the exposed wood before it rots

Someone stopped by my house inquiring if I needed a deck added to my houseHe was very niceI have been considering it so I set up an estimate for the following SaturdayI called days later because I realized I wouldn't be available for the scheduled dayI spoke to someone named MattHe said that he would schedule me for the following SaturdayI told him that it wouldn't work and I would call back when I had a day in mind for an estimateHe got an attitude and became very rudeI told him to just remove me from their computer system because of his commentsHe hung up on meToday, the same guy that I told to remove me from their system and to not schedule an appointment, called me to confirm an appointment for tomorrowI will not do business with this company because of this guy named Matt and the way he spoke to meI do not want anyone from this company to come to my house or call me anymore

Denied their services, yet after multiple requests to stop calling, their call centers continue to call We continue to advise them to stop calling, yet the calls continue for another quote we have read that this is a similar problem for others who have attempted to use their services prior

The workmen were very professional, courteous and did a great job! The job was completed as scheduled and I was amazed at how well they cleaned up afterward They even used a leaf blower on the sidewalk A small crack was created in my ceiling because of all the pounding and a piece of lattice on my arbor was broken but I'm confident that Install America will correct this When the job was finished, I felt I got even more than I paid for as they (by mistake) put new shingles on my five year old roofs on the front porch and deckThey had to work in windy, cold weather so I thought hot chocolate twice a day would be appropriate, they thanked me and were very appreciative If I need any further work done that Install America does I would certainly consider them first Though the workmen were late in arriving and the roof materials man had to wait in his truck for an hour, before HAVING to leave, I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family Emilie G Shippensburg, PA

My husband and I got our kitchen redone by them, there were a variety of thing s hat went wrong throughout this experience but my main complaint is that they damaged my dishwasher, I have pictures (dated) of what it looked like before they were there and pictures of the dents, to which I sent to them on June 12th, and again on the 19th and check on the status of what they were going to do about it on the 27thMy kitchen was done in AprilMy dishwasher door is still dentedThis is a brand new dishwasher my husband and I got for home installed a few months ago

We had espectice removed from our home and had vinal siding put on, shutters, capping, etc The shutters were never put on the home Install America destroyed all the gardens around the home The top of the siding all around the home has white nails in it By the front door they used a strait pcs in a degree corner and should have used a corner peice so the flashing does not showThe front siding has damage to it The aluminum used around the windows and doors was not properly installed and some have ding marks in it and then caulk was put on the marks on the alluminium The back window the aluminum was bent upwards towards the window instead of being wraped Many screws are missing from the gutters and are not properly reattached Down spouts have dents and scratces on them and some were reattached and did not line up so they put new holes in them and caulked the old holes in the down spouts The back of the home does not have flashing at the top and the instalation is sh

August 26, 2016Dear *** ***,**and *** *** set up ar appointment with install America to have an estimate on their roofing projectThey were referred through a relative who did outside marketing with Install America, The GM of the company went out to work with them on the project and priceAfter accessing the roof project, several prices were given and **and *** *** agreed on the price and wanted install America to perform the work, A contract was filled out specifying the work to be performed, **, and *** *** authorized the contract, **and *** *** were fully aware of the contract and comfortable with Install America doing the work, **, and *** *** wanted the Project started sooner, rather than later, This being the case, the financing paperwork was completed*** *** stated she would be getting some money from her previous employer and she would then pay cash for the project, if she was unable to get approved for financing, install America could not obtain financing for their project and *** *** informed Install America that she would be paying cash for the roof.Install America requires no deposit when a customer is financing the project, When the project is completed install America receives funding from the financial institution, When a customer is paying cash for a project, 1/of the contract amount is required before the work can commence per state law.Install America must have a written/signed contract to perform any work on a anyone's homeNo contract is submitted to our installation department units contracts are fully executed and route of funding is solidified, **, and *** *** requested install America to perform the work on their home, a contract was filled out specifying the scope of work and **and *** *** signed the contract allowing install America to complete the work,in conclusion, install America was invited to the *** residence, Nick C*** (General Manager) worked with the ***s to give them a substantial discount on the project due to their relationship with one of Instal America's employees, The ***s signed a fully completed contract with a detailed scope of work to be preformedThey had full knowledge that by authorizing said contract, they would be responsible to fulfill their commitment of compensating snstall America accordingly for our services, install America even went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure the ***s satisfaction.Install America refunded the sheets of plywood that were not neededInstall America completed the contract, and the invoices were sent with the first replyThe team here at install America has been completely blindsided by the ***'s Revdex.com reportInstall America has received a completion certificate stating that the ***'s are fully satisfied with the worked preformed, the Accord's authorized this certificate arid have paid Install America in full, Install America considers this mater closed.Regards,Mike B.Installation Manager
