After experience problems with the equipment provided by CBS, I reached out to the company but was unable to reach anyone. After several days, I finally searched online for an alternative number and the results showed that CBS was permanently closed. In a panic, I quickly begin to search for another card processing company. After a few weeks passed and after I had already signed with another processing company, I reached out to CBS to find out that a third party customer service department was handling their inbound phone calls. They put me in contact with Victoria from CBS by email who then attempted to address my concerns but I had already signed with another company. She then sent me the information to close my account with CBS with a huge buyout fee that I thought was unreasonable considering that the only reason I was with another company is because I could not get in contact with anyone at CBS. I was then told that I could continue to pay 20-30 per month as a min charge until the contract expired. Well I eventually found out that the charges were over 100 a month even though I was not processing any payments with CBS. Again, I made several attempts to contact someone from the management team at CBS and no one would email me or return my phone calls. After two months of paying the fees I put a stop payment on my account and then someone from CBS called me from the collections department. Extremely difficult company to deal with and I strongly recommend anyone to not do business with this company.

A Sales person came into my business told me about this company.I was told that it would never be over $a month and then I was hit with way more I was promised by phone and in person that my bill would never be over $a month plus percent next thing I know the first month they took out $so I called times could never get a straight answer finally I got a guy in sales named michael and he promised to get my bill to which was way more but better than before.Next month they take out $so of course I have been trying to get ahold of this michael and all numbers are bad no mail box set up ECT.Now the latest is $so I have been trying to reach anyone who can help they all say you need to contact sales office but none of the numbers will go throughI am trying to run a business and after months of trying im done I can't afford this kind of money the lying and making up stories just to get you roped into there business has got to stop I am a smal

On Dec14, [redacted] , a sales rep for this company stopped at my small business to tell about his credit card processing company After he explained things I asked him how the company made their money and he couldn't tell me I also asked if there were any hidden fees not explained on the contract After I got my first bank statement I found out how the company made their money! I received a call from Cypress Bay Solutions offering me to switch my credit card processing with themI get dozens of calls like this from different merchants everyday at my storeBut this fellow from Cypress Bay Solution was really pushy and he would just talk and not listenI asked him to remove my number from their calling list and I wasn't interested in their serviceHe called back in a couple of mins and start harassing and bullying meHe sounded mad and like he had verbal diarrhea, he would continue talking non stopI hanged up the phone againand About mins later that guy went on google under the user name "Trevor ***" left a review about my shopThis is what this fellow wrote from TX about a business in Las Vegas that he has never been to, "AJ is a [redacted]  and loserNO one go hereOver Priced"So they call people and harass and intimidate them and bully them and when people decline their service they will try to hurt peopleThis is an evil act and the company is responsible for the misbehavior of their employees

My sister was a salesperson for Cypress in and asked me to help her by agreeing to use this equipment I was told there would be no monthly fees, etc unless I used the equipmentI have never used the equipment and I have been charged a total of $ I have been trying to get them to close this account since December 18, and have sent emails, faxes, and spoke several times to customer service I want this account closed and want to have my fees refunded and no further charges to be taken out of my personal bank account The reference number for my complaint

We received the visit of a sales representative at the end of April of this year Since the beginning everything was wrong, we intended to open one account with two devicesInstead we got two accounts and one device The sales representative came and promissed the world with lower fees and two machines with a cheaper price She told me that there was not a contract and everything was going to be fine Days after the machine came and the sales representative came with the paperwork for my dad to sign and tp set up the two machinesWe told her we just got one machineShe said the company was going to send the second machine and she was going to get the nissing signature then Days passed and we never got the second machine and we did get two accountsI called Cyppress costumer service and they told me the accounts were set up for just one deviceI immediatly contacted the sales representative and she said she ordered the two machines, she NEVER mentioned I had to pay
