We received the visit of a sales representative at the end of Dec of year Since the beginning everything was wrong,The sales representative came and promised the world with lower fees and machines with a cheaper priceHe offered us decent service at a reasonable price so we decided to go with his companyAs soon as he got all our information he made himself less and less available to set up our equipment, as well as misleading us about certain chargesHe never set up our equipmentNever taught us how to use itInstead we are being charged monthly fees for equipment that is sitting idle and can't be usedAfter multiple efforts of contact, he would tell me that he is on his way to fix everything and set us upYet he never shows up and is now completely ignoring any contactI decided to call the company he works for and they told me they cannot reach him either.He told me that there was not a contract and everything was going to be fine..I called Cypress costum

JUST WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS COMPANYFIRST OFF, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOT TELL YOU 100% TRUTHTHEY FAILED TO TELL ME OF ALL THE HIDDEN FEESTRIED THIS TERMINAL FOR MONTHMY BUSINESS IS NEW AND MAINLY CASH BUT I HAD $IS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING, OF WHICH THEY TOOK $WHEN I CALLED THEY EXPLAINED THAT $IS THEIR CUT AND THE REST ARE CREDIT CARD FEES ETCI TRY TO CANCEL AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH A "SALES REPRESENTATIVE"APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT HAVE DIRECT PHONE NUMBERTHE PHONE NUMBER OF *** GAVE ME THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, REROUTING MESAYING I NEED TO CONTACT CYPRESS SOLUTIONS SALES DEPARTMENT BUT ON NONE OF THE OPTIONS WAS THERE A SALES DEPARTMENTLONG STORY SHORT STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLETHEY ARE SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF THE BUSINESS I GAVE MY ALL TOI WENT RIGHT BACK TO THE SQUARE APPI PAY PER TRANSACTION BUT NO BS24/CUSTOMER SERVICE ANS NO HIDDEN FEES

On Dec14, *** ***, a sales rep for this company stopped at my small business to tell about his credit card processing company After he explained things I asked him how the company made their money and he couldn't tell me I also asked if there were any hidden fees not explained on the contract After I got my first bank statement I found out how the company made their money! There were fees from all the credit card companies taken out my account, even though I had not accepted any cards from any of these companies expect VISAI then realized I was taken advantage of and wanted to cancel the contract I feel I should not have to pay the termination fee I then contacted *** on Jan5th and he never returned my callsI then contacted the company itself and they never called back either I then contacted my bank and stopped them from taking anything more out of my account I called on Jan8th and finally got to talk with customer service rep*** He said I ne

Keep getting call from They are a nuisance
Today alone they have called times I have blocked their # I have twice called & followed their procedure to be put on their do not call list I feel they are harassing me I'm a year old woman living on social security & they are a nuisance

So, to begin with The sales rep was kind and very easy to get along with What they did not do was inform us of all the information needed The first thing that happened was they decided, without asking us any questions, that we were a high risk business and that we had to wait three days to get our money in the bank, we are a small veteran owned vehicle repair shop The company we had before was no issues, they just charged to much
We finally got this problem resolved and all has been fine, until.....The rep came to hook the machine up in the beginning Our understanding was that we were "trading" machines as to have no cost involved, the rep said don't worry about it or something to that affect, so we just put the old machine to the side On the 18th, I think, of this month, the company withdrew not once, but twice

The sales representative came and promissed the world with lower fees and two machines with a cheaper price She told me that there was not a contract and everything was going to be fine
Days after the machine came and the sales representative came with the paperwork for my dad to sign and tp set up the two machinesWe told her we just got one machineShe said the company was going to send the second machine and she was going to get the nissing signature then
Days passed and we never got the second machine and we did get two accountsI called Cyppress costumer service and they told me the accounts were set up for just one deviceI immediatly contacted the sales representative and she said she ordered the two machines, she NEVER mentioned I had to pay

This company was a big mistake for us We just recently made our biggest sale to date The amount was considerably higher than our sales For this reason, the transaction was flagged and sent to their loss prevention department and the funds were withheld and not deposited into our account During our conversation with them, they wanted to know exactly what the item was, which was one of the most expensive civilian firearms on the market Once they learned what the item was, we were placed on hold for several minutes They returned to the line and advised us that we had to provide them with months of our bank account records When I reminded them that we we're the one's collecting the money, not paying it out, they advised that in order for us to receive the deposit, we must have maintained an average daily balance for the last three months in the amount of the transaction, which has never happened for our small business This requirement was never told to us when we signed on When I asked for specifics on their policy for this type of action, I got no answers except that it was their "discretion" and that his "discretion" told him that this transaction was "too big of a risk" I always thought the goal of business was to constantly try to grow and achieve for bigger and better sales I guess with these guys, they expect you to only try for the transactions that match up to how much money you have in your business account Total fraud and scam! The money was refunded to our customer and we were still charged the processing fees for the transaction These people think they are the customer, not you! I wouldn't recommend Cypruss Bay Solutions to any business if they were the last card processor on the planet Stay away!!!!

On October 9, the sales rep from Cypress Bay Solutions (CBS) came to our business to set up a credit card machine through them He and his manager that was on speakerphone with the sales rep told us (both owners in the office) that there were no monthly fees, contract, and that we could cancel anytimeAll we needed to do was tell them and return the equipment We agreed and the sales rep filled out our information on the application on the first pageHe then proceeded to go through the second page of the application with his manager on the phone amongst themselves WITHOUT consulting usOnce he was done with that page went to last for us to sign The first month we had used the machine one time for roughly $and a monthly fee of roughly $ So we decided to return the equipment as it was not viable for usThat is when we found out that there was a year contract and a cancellation fee of no less than $At the present date of 12/19/they have ran that fee up to $

Cypress Bay Solutions signed me up to be a credit card merchant for my small business I was lied to and money has been taken out of my bank acct
I called my sales rep many times expressing how unhappy I was with the extreme fees, nonsense charges and unnecessary costs to be a merchant I was a customer for less than months when I told the company I wanted out About 1/of my income was spent on unexpected massive fees that were not explained to me before I signed the contract I spoke with many CSR employees to get a different explanation or story every time I called them, with no resolve I got to speak with Rob, someone supposedly high up at corporate, he understood my position as a small volume company and said I can get out of my contract and they'll see waive the early termination fee It never happened, nothing has been done I think they are stalling so they can scam us longerMoney has been taken out of my checking acct, I've asked for refunds, and never got them
