We received the visit of a sales representative at the end of April of this year
Since the beginning everything was wrong, we intended to open one account with two devicesInstead we got two accounts and one device
The sales representative came and promissed the world with lower fees and two machines with a cheaper price She told me that there was not a contract and everything was going to be fine
Days after the machine came and the sales representative came with the paperwork for my dad to sign and tp set up the two machinesWe told her we just got one machineShe said the company was going to send the second machine and she was going to get the nissing signature then
Days passed and we never got the second machine and we did get two accountsI called Cyppress costumer service and they told me the accounts were set up for just one deviceI immediatly contacted the sales representative and she said she ordered the two machines, she NEVER mentioned I had to pay

On October 9, the sales rep from Cypress Bay Solutions (CBS) came to our business to set up a credit card machine through them He and his manager that was on speakerphone with the sales rep told us (both owners in the office) that there were no monthly fees, contract, and that we could cancel anytimeAll we needed to do was tell them and return the equipment We agreed and the sales rep filled out our information on the application on the first pageHe then proceeded to go through the second page of the application with his manager on the phone amongst themselves WITHOUT consulting usOnce he was done with that page went to last for us to sign The first month we had used the machine one time for roughly $and a monthly fee of roughly $ So we decided to return the equipment as it was not viable for usThat is when we found out that there was a year contract and a cancellation fee of no less than $At the present date of 12/19/they have ran that fee up to $

She was very accommodating, came to my customers business to meet with me on thee occasions to get this done
She stated that this was a month to month arrangement, and that I could cancel at any time
She also stated that my monthly fees would be around $
I used this service two times in the initial month
I have not used this service since
They started to bill me $per month for something I do not use
I have blocked them from accessing my bank account, and contacted them to cancel the contract
I have contacted them by phone, and they tried to charge me over $for a cancellation fee
I do not feel that any of this was represented in an honest manner

I’ve made several attempts to resolve issues with the equipment as well as receiving paper statements for my transactionsEvery time I’ve called with my concerns they string me along saying it will be resolvedUnfortunately for me, I still have not had efficient serviceIt’s been weeks since I’ve made persistent calls and now I get forwarded to someone who can’t help and they keep saying they sent emails and voice messages to persons who can helpI never get calls backAt this point it has been a few months and I want to cancel the service and still no one will call me backI’m paying for a service that is insufficient

My sister was a salesperson for Cypress in and asked me to help her by agreeing to use this equipment
I was told there would be no monthly fees, etc unless I used the equipmentI have never used the equipment and I have been charged a total of $
I have been trying to get them to close this account since December 18, and have sent emails, faxes, and spoke several times to customer service
I want this account closed and want to have my fees refunded and no further charges to be taken out of my personal bank account

This business scams people out of money Credit card processing was supposed to be $for the unit a month They kept trying to take $each month Finally after everything promised to me with icons and consigners not being able to print correct, I sent the POS and credit card processors back Now they are sending me a bill for $ They are not doing business the way they promise you when you sign the contract

A Cypress Bay salesman, *** *** , came in to my store and promised me the world, lower my fees, pay off my previous contract & Lease and come see me every day to get me to sign upAfter a few months, I found out that they never did pay off my old contract or lease And the salesman that promised to help me has quit or got fired they say tooI feel that because of all the lies and broken promises I'm just to point not ever take merchant credit cards ...also I keep calling them ,,Never can get a return call from a supervisor ,,all I get is employees saying they cant help me ..they keep charging me for non compliance which im trying to resolve but I get no help from any employee

I am the owner of just opened small beauty salonThis company ( *** *** ***) propose me their credit card processing service as more profitable than my previous credit card processorThey charge me much more than my previous processor and even more than it says our merchant agreementI was talking with their representative and every time he promised to resolve the problem and he never did
I just opened and I don't have enough business, and it so unfair that they charge me so much! They don't want to help me and I can't cancel this agreement because they going to charge me early termination fee
