We are in receipt of *** ***'s complaintIn response thereto we have enclosed the Merchant Application & Agreement ("the Agreement"), the Merchant Processing Terms & Conditions ("the Terms & Conditions"), and the Ascentium Lease ("Lease") for your reviewThe merchant signed the
three Agreements and the Lease on June 13, By signing, she acknowledged to have received, read, and be bound by the Agreements and the Terms & ConditionsIt is clearly stated in the Agreements that the merchant remains bound by the Agreement for years, and is subject to an early termination fee of no less than per account (See, page 6, Agreement)Our records indicate that when the processing fees were attempted to be drafted on September 7, 2017, that they were rejected by the merchant's bank for all three accountsThis led to automatic closure of the accounts and they were placed for collectionEach account was assessed the early termination fee, but as a gesture of good faith, these fees were waivedThe Lease was also terminated in an effort to resolve this matter amicablyThe merchant processed on all three accounts in the month of AugustTherefore, the fees that were attempted but rejected by the merchant's bank are still dueWe ask that the merchant please contact *** at *** to make payment arrangements for the amounts still dueAlso, the merchant needs to return the equipment for the Lease and the two loaner terminals that were provided free of chargeWe have sent call tags to the merchant for the return of the equipmentWe ask that the merchant please return the equipment in the next days or the merchant will be charged a non-returned equipment fee We appreciate your attention to this matterShould you have any questions or need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned directlySincerely, Merchant Relations

My sister was a salesperson for Cypress in and asked me to help her by agreeing to use this equipment
I was told there would be no monthly fees, etc unless I used the equipmentI have never used the equipment and I have been charged a total of $
I have been trying to get them to close this account since December 18, and have sent emails, faxes, and spoke several times to customer service
I want this account closed and want to have my fees refunded and no further charges to be taken out of my personal bank account

On Dec14, *** ***, a sales rep for this company stopped at my small business to tell about his credit card processing company After he explained things I asked him how the company made their money and he couldn't tell me I also asked if there were any hidden fees not explained on the contract After I got my first bank statement I found out how the company made their money! There were fees from all the credit card companies taken out my account, even though I had not accepted any cards from any of these companies expect VISAI then realized I was taken advantage of and wanted to cancel the contract I feel I should not have to pay the termination fee I then contacted *** on Jan5th and he never returned my callsI then contacted the company itself and they never called back either I then contacted my bank and stopped them from taking anything more out of my account I called on Jan8th and finally got to talk with customer service rep*** He said I ne

A Cypress Bay Solutions salesperson said my CC processing rate would be 1.59% but after around $in processing I'm looking at a $bill??
An trusted associate of my business walked in one day and told me about a company he was working for that offered CC Processing services that would save me money over Square that I was using That company was Cypress Bay Solutions He said he could get me the friends and family discount so the rate would be 1.59% and I would get to use a simple POS system for free The first problem I had was apparently my account was setup incorrectly and I was not able to process any larger payments Well not exactlytheir system let me process these payments and my customer had the money withdrawn but they held the money and wouldn't release it to me without a lot of leg work on my behalf They wanted my invoices and they wanted to talk to my customers Some customers just don't want to deal with some CC processing company for every transaction

Came to store sold me on a card readerI told him less than in card sales he put to I told him no he said it was just a rangeCame to hook up unit it ran off AT&T towers I told him we have Verizon only down here he continued I said it wouldn't workIt didn'tI call him he said it was the card readerI said no it's because we don't have AT&T They sent me a new card readerIn the mean time hitting my account for charges and charges because I didn't process enoughOver drew my account so much had to close itI called told them that their equipment was not area compatible They offered a card reader that goes through my phoneI already had one of them but some people don't want to use them so that is why I wanted a regular card readerNow I'm locked into a year lease , I don't have their readers and they are still trying to hit my account that is closed

A Cypress Bay salesman, *** *** , came in to my store and promised me the world, lower my fees, pay off my previous contract & Lease and come see me every day to get me to sign upAfter a few months, I found out that they never did pay off my old contract or lease And the salesman that promised to help me has quit or got fired they say tooI feel that because of all the lies and broken promises I'm just to point not ever take merchant credit cards ...also I keep calling them ,,Never can get a return call from a supervisor ,,all I get is employees saying they cant help me ..they keep charging me for non compliance which im trying to resolve but I get no help from any employee

So, to begin with The sales rep was kind and very easy to get along with What they did not do was inform us of all the information needed The first thing that happened was they decided, without asking us any questions, that we were a high risk business and that we had to wait three days to get our money in the bank, we are a small veteran owned vehicle repair shop The company we had before was no issues, they just charged to much
We finally got this problem resolved and all has been fine, until.....The rep came to hook the machine up in the beginning Our understanding was that we were "trading" machines as to have no cost involved, the rep said don't worry about it or something to that affect, so we just put the old machine to the side On the 18th, I think, of this month, the company withdrew not once, but twice

This company was a big mistake for us We just recently made our biggest sale to date The amount was considerably higher than our sales For this reason, the transaction was flagged and sent to their loss prevention department and the funds were withheld and not deposited into our account During our conversation with them, they wanted to know exactly what the item was, which was one of the most expensive civilian firearms on the market Once they learned what the item was, we were placed on hold for several minutes They returned to the line and advised us that we had to provide them with months of our bank account records When I reminded them that we we're the one's collecting the money, not paying it out, they advised that in order for us to receive the deposit, we must have maintained an average daily balance for the last three months in the amount of the transaction, which has never happened for our small business This requirement was never told to us when we signed on When I asked for specifics on their policy for this type of action, I got no answers except that it was their "discretion" and that his "discretion" told him that this transaction was "too big of a risk" I always thought the goal of business was to constantly try to grow and achieve for bigger and better sales I guess with these guys, they expect you to only try for the transactions that match up to how much money you have in your business account Total fraud and scam! The money was refunded to our customer and we were still charged the processing fees for the transaction These people think they are the customer, not you! I wouldn't recommend Cypruss Bay Solutions to any business if they were the last card processor on the planet Stay away!!!!

I recently purchased a small business (Pizza Restaurant) and needed a merchant for credit card salesA gentleman had stopped by and left his information stating he was from a company called *** *** ***He offered us decent service at a reasonable price so we decided to go with his companyAs soon as he got all our information he made himself less and less available to set up our equipment, as well as misleading us about certain chargesHe never set up our equipmentNever taught us how to use itInstead we are being charged monthly fees for equipment that is sitting idle and can't be usedAfter multiple efforts of contact, he would tell me that he is on his way to fix eveything and set us upYet he never shows up and is now completely ignoring any contactI decided to call the company he works for and they told me they cannot reach him eitherThey also told me im legally contracted to stay with them for years or else I have to pay a massive cancellation feeAs I

A man came around selling this credit/debit card machineThere are zero fees, no cancellation fees, everything is free beside when you swipe the card (1.55% charge when you swipe the card)So I signed up, he crossed out all the fees on the contract, made me really believe everything was FREEI then start getting charges on my account and so I reach out to him and have to go above him to his boss to find our there are monthly charges and feesmonth later and had only used my machine twice, I told them I wanted to close my accountI called to close my account and they never once mentioned there would be a fee of $They told me I would have to fax a signed piece of paper saying I would like to close my account, so I did thatI now got a call saying I am going to be turned over to collections for breaching my contactI would have never have canceled knowing I would have to pay that amount

I closed my account due to my business closing because of fireI closed account with *** who promised me if I faxed proper paper work to him by October that my account would be closed and I would not receive any more drafts out of my accountI faxed over papers on October at 10:am .November I was charged and December I was charged

I received a call from Cypress Bay Solutions offering me to switch my credit card processing with themI get dozens of calls like this from different merchants everyday at my storeBut this fellow from Cypress Bay Solution was really pushy and he would just talk and not listenI asked him to remove my number from their calling list and I wasn't interested in their serviceHe called back in a couple of mins and start harassing and bullying meHe sounded mad and like he had verbal diarrhea, he would continue talking non stopI hanged up the phone againand About mins later that guy went on google under the user name "Trevor ***" left a review about my shopThis is what this fellow wrote from TX about a business in Las Vegas that he has never been to, "AJ is a *** and loserNO one go hereOver Priced"So they call people and harass and intimidate them and bully them and when people decline their service they will try to hurt peopleThis is an evil act and the company is responsible for the misbehavior of their employees
