DECEPTIVE PRACTICES- SALES REP LIED ABOUT CONTRACT AND FEE SAVINGS

I was sold a contract on September 13, with Cypress Bay Solutions for credit card processing services by a sales rep named Richard Brent M***When asked about the monthly fees, he showed me the fee descriptions on the first six pages of the contract, and assured me they would only total approximately $per monthHowever, when got my first bank statement in October 2017, I realized there were numerous fees associated with each credit or debit card that he did not disclose to meI was charged $for processing only $in credit card salesI called Cypress Bay and spoke to a woman named Latoya S*** in the Retention Escalation Department to tell her the fees had been misrepresented to me, and that I needed to cancel my servicesShe informed me that I would be charged a fee of $to cancel the contract and an additio

A man came around selling this credit/debit card machineThere are zero fees, no cancellation fees, everything is free beside when you swipe the card (1.55% charge when you swipe the card)So I signed up, he crossed out all the fees on the contract, made me really believe everything was FREEI then start getting charges on my account and so I reach out to him and have to go above him to his boss to find our there are monthly charges and feesmonth later and had only used my machine twice, I told them I wanted to close my accountI called to close my account and they never once mentioned there would be a fee of $They told me I would have to fax a signed piece of paper saying I would like to close my account, so I did thatI now got a call saying I am going to be turned over to collections for breaching my contactI would have never have canceled knowing I would have to pay that amount

A Cypress Bay salesman, *** M, came in to my store and promised me the world, lower my fees, pay off my previous contract & Lease and come see me every month for the first few months to help me understand their statements After a few months, I found out that they never did pay off my old contract or lease They paid it off until Novso I would stop seeing the monthly lease coming out of my checking And the salesman that promised to help me has quit, too I feel that because of all the lies and broken promises, that this contract has no value and I do not owe them one cent ! My wishes is that this company just go away and that I never hear from them again ! Stay away from this company unless you want to get taken like they did my business !

Incessant calling
This company calls several times a day at least times per week They will not stop I've had to resort to picking up the phone and hanging up right away in order to avoid their phone calls However, they still continue to call me several times per day, at least times per week

This business scams people out of money Credit card processing was supposed to be $for the unit a month They kept trying to take $each month Finally after everything promised to me with icons and consigners not being able to print correct, I sent the POS and credit card processors back Now they are sending me a bill for $ They are not doing business the way they promise you when you sign the contract

CYPRESS BAY SOLUTIONS, THEY UNDER SALE THE CURRENT CONTRACT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WHEN YOU CALL TO ADD FEATURE THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE THEY CHARGE YOU MORE TO ADD SO YOUR BILL IS HIGHER THAN BEFORE AND IF YOU DONT LIKE IT THEY CHARGE YOU TO CANCEL SO THEY GET PLUS INSTALL AND THEY MOVE ONSTAY AWAY!!!

Cypress Bay called our office Monday and I happened to answer the phoneThey kept asking me to verify the address of the business and asked my nameThey then sent out a Sale Rep that came in and asked for me buy name when I did not schedule a meeting nor did I say they could meet with anyone at our officeI told the Sales Rep I was not the one to speak to and asked if they handled our current credit card processing and he said no so I said you are soliciting thenImpulse Buy called me this morning to verify the Sales Rep meeting and I said I am not the one to speak to and we are not interested in what they are sellingThe telemarketer was harassing in nature and I just hung up on herBoth companies, Cypress Bay and Impulse Buy are scams and harassing businesses

A Sales person came into my business told me about this company.I was told that it would never be over $a month and then I was hit with way more

I loved my repso I asked him if he his company was working with iPads as a pos system He set me up wit a lease for the system The system had a retail software and printers The software did not work after many attempt with the tech support it was not friendly for restaurants Next the hardware: Printers I asked if the couldd make the font larger so my customers could see the recipes After several attempts I was told the printers could not do that Funny I have square and the font(same printers) is larger
