At this time, I have received a refund of the overcharge but did not ever receive contact from Days
Inn regarding complaint ID *** I do not know if they refunded of their own volition or if they were forced due to the unauthorized charge claim I placed with my bank so that I would be within my banks timeframe to file

Paul at Benjamin Franklin was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to make us happyAll the personnel were friendly and efficient

We are very sorry for the fire damage which occurred to the customer's items. The customer chose coverage at cents per pound times the weight of each item, or in this case, the weight of the shipment. Since the maximum settlement that we could pay under this coverage was $that
amount was paid to the customer to enable them to start replacing items as quickly as possible. The duffle bag which was put into a dumpster was placed there by the fire crew. That being the case it would not be removed by either the carrier crew or the salvage yard personnel because of concern for any chemicals that might have been used to fight the fire. It was originally reported that the customer's items were located in the middle of the truck where the worst damage was concentrated but it was later found that his shipment was in the front of the truck where the damage was less severe. we apologize for the conflicting information. Because the customer did not purchase full coverage, he would be responsible for the further transport of his items, but the original transportation charges which he paid have been refunded in full to him. There was never any intention to sell the items off of the truck and this fact has been told to the customer

The waffles that they had out to eat had green mile or something like this on pieces out which I showed person on duty and he threw them away and also the jaguzza in our room had people's hair in it for this we complained and the person on duty gave us some towels and something for us to clean it up

This is the second experience I have had with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Always professional, friendly and very efficientTrevor and Joe arrived on time, explained work to be and price before starting work

I check her account she checked in under rate of + tax rate there was no $ rate..and she was a trouble for the customer and employee at the desk.she was using our business center more than or hrs at the same time when other customer need it toowe request yesterday and request her today
but she try to threat and never leave the desk and she created a drama.so we call the cops and get her out from the property.and she never complain about rates or anything to us she and her mother who paid money for her they were happily ready to pay on that rate

I had pre paid reservations made at Days Inn through a 3rd partyI was very dissatisfied and uncomfortable by the hotel's shabby management, the disrepair of the premises the cleanliness of my room but especially my safety
I did not stay for the length of my reservation because I felt unsafe in the hotel and the area
The lobby was locked at 9pm and you had to speak to the clerk through the drive through window
At the time of my brief stay from 7pm-1am September 2- September there were Altamonte Springs patrol cars with lights flashing arresting "roomers" from the hotel
I have been trying to get a refund for the prepaid reservation because I could not stay at Days Inn! It was run down, filthy, and over and above unsafe
I have asked them to return my money for days at leastThey said since I prepaid the won't refund my moneyI even went so far as contacting Altamonte Springs PD to get the record of the incident report from the hotel at the time I briefly stayed thereJust to prove the place wasn't safe
I contacted ***the travel agent, the 3rd party*** the hotel chain and VISA
I believed I would be at a hotel in a safe areaI assumed I would be reserving a hotel that wasn't a slum or in disrepair
They didn't try to correct the mistake and just because I paid up front and booked the hotel through 3rd party I should be able to decide where I stay

Benjamin Franklin sent a plumber out on the next day, even though I didn't have an emergencyJairo was very informative, skillful, pleasant and helpfulI required a new hot water heater and he installed it right thenGreat service!

I needed the water heater replaced at my house and learned of this business through a discount program at work The phone staff were very professional and prompt with scheduling an appointment The technician was very friendly and explained all the work to be completed The work was completed quickly and was top notch in appearance and quality Very happy

I am rejecting this response because: upon check in we did call down to the desk where I spoke to *** and told him the room was damp and musry feeling and was pretty much told for what I paid is what I get and if he found another room he would transfer us but never happenedOne night in the evening hours my fiance went down to use the fitness room and complained to an overnight lady working about our room as well as the next day to a maintenance / housekeeper but still no resolution and our two month old child coming down sick from a respiratory infection from damp conditions as the weather was dry and in the high 90's during the weekThe room ceiling started to leak in the middle of the night prior to checkout where the plaster in the ceiling was falling onto the floor and a quite noticible puddle on the floor at which time I took photos on my phone and went down to the desk and spoke to a female before checking out who told me I should see a ***She said he would be down at any minuteI waited but no showI came back down minutes later at which he still wasnt there and she used her cell phone to call him at which time he spoke to me over her cell phone and told.me to come up to the roomI met him at the room and showed him the issue personally and the pictures I tookI was met with a response of well its too late to do anything now and as I wad leaving the room to checkout I was told that he could reimburse me one night or I can go through wyndham rewards to see what they can doI told him I needed to speak with my fiance to see what she would like to do and got a response of why do you need to speak with her the room was reted under youI told him yes the room was rented under me but we have a joint bank account and I rent it as I.have wyndham rewards points as a frequent traveler with my company and for leisure and that she was the one that was even more upset due to our month old child getting sick and me having to take a week off work and a loss of wages for a week to take care of him as he couldnt go to daycareI also feel that this is not important to the chain or property *** as I filed the initial complaint with the Revdex.com on 9/13/and got no response from the property *** until 9/29/and even recontacted the Revdex.com last week for a status as it was almost two weeks since the initial complaint and didnt hear nothing and then I contacted Days Inn corporate office on 9/25/who advised they would look into itI feel that we were not appreciated as guests at this location and I travel frequently and use days inn most of the time as well as others from my company and if this is how it is I will stay at other hotel brandsI have not left any bad reviews with wyndham rewards or any other travel sites as I believe in customer service as thats a big piece of what I do for a multi billion dollar a year company

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing worked at my home recently and they did a fine jobThe service tech was excellentHowever, I wished they itemized the bill

Always on time and very professional I have had several items repaired and each time has been a great experience

timely, friendly and thorough check of all plumbing systems in my home

I called this morning about buying an installed replacement water heaterI had full information on the scope of work, with photographs, that I could have sent to them via emailThey refused this offer and said that they would send a plumber to the job site with a water heater on the truck, and he would quote a price at that timeI asked for a ball park price and this request was refusedThe person that I talked to said that if I purchased the water heater from them they would waive the $service feeWhen I asked if their final price was out of line and I rejected their offer, would I be billed the $service fee, and the answer was yes!!!
In my opinion, paying $for a salesman to come to my house to quote a price is way out of line and deserving of a one star ratingI have since purchased a water heater from a company that believes in honesty and good customer relations!!
