I am rejecting this response because: upon check in we did call down to the desk where I spoke to *** and told him the room was damp and musry feeling and was pretty much told for what I paid is what I get and if he found another room he would transfer us but never happenedOne night in the evening hours my fiance went down to use the fitness room and complained to an overnight lady working about our room as well as the next day to a maintenance / housekeeper but still no resolution and our two month old child coming down sick from a respiratory infection from damp conditions as the weather was dry and in the high 90's during the weekThe room ceiling started to leak in the middle of the night prior to checkout where the plaster in the ceiling was falling onto the floor and a quite noticible puddle on the floor at which time I took photos on my phone and went down to the desk and spoke to a female before checking out who told me I should see a ***She said he would be down at any minuteI waited but no showI came back down minutes later at which he still wasnt there and she used her cell phone to call him at which time he spoke to me over her cell phone and told.me to come up to the roomI met him at the room and showed him the issue personally and the pictures I tookI was met with a response of well its too late to do anything now and as I wad leaving the room to checkout I was told that he could reimburse me one night or I can go through wyndham rewards to see what they can doI told him I needed to speak with my fiance to see what she would like to do and got a response of why do you need to speak with her the room was reted under youI told him yes the room was rented under me but we have a joint bank account and I rent it as I.have wyndham rewards points as a frequent traveler with my company and for leisure and that she was the one that was even more upset due to our month old child getting sick and me having to take a week off work and a loss of wages for a week to take care of him as he couldnt go to daycareI also feel that this is not important to the chain or property *** as I filed the initial complaint with the Revdex.com on 9/13/and got no response from the property *** until 9/29/and even recontacted the Revdex.com last week for a status as it was almost two weeks since the initial complaint and didnt hear nothing and then I contacted Days Inn corporate office on 9/25/who advised they would look into itI feel that we were not appreciated as guests at this location and I travel frequently and use days inn most of the time as well as others from my company and if this is how it is I will stay at other hotel brandsI have not left any bad reviews with wyndham rewards or any other travel sites as I believe in customer service as thats a big piece of what I do for a multi billion dollar a year company

Recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing perform a repair on our water heater and both the Customer Service personnel and the Repairman were very friendly and did their jobs very well

deal with a problem and then correct it Will take care of other little nagging plumbing problems besides the one they were called for They also pay attention to detail - keeping everything clean as they go and repositioning appliances (if needed) exactly as you want them Front office staff is very personable and professional also Wouldn't dream of using any other plumber

I was emailing concerning the case filed by *** ***.I explained to her that we can not refund her a full refund due to the fact that she checked into the room at 4:pm and did not have any problems until amI told her that I would refund her plus taxes and gave her a
discount card on her next stay for a jacuzzi room at which was a discount of another I also spoke with all of the desk clerks involved and retrained them on hotel policyWe were sold out the night she stayed so we could not have booked the room to another guest waitingShe was in a smoking room which she new was a smoking room when she bookedIt smell of cigarettes but not of marijuanaShe never complained of a urine smell to myself or any staff member while she was hereAs far as the mice we have found no evidence of any mice but we have put out traps as a precautionShe said she was using the room for a bachlorette party and when we went in the next morning and when the clerk went to fix a toilet issue that evening the alcohol smell was very strongWhen she left after speaking with me she was happy with what I had offered and was assured I would be speaking with my staff If you have any questions please feel free to call and speak with ***. My experience with Andrew from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Chandler, AZ was fantastic! If you need assistance with plumbing issues, Andrew is the guy to call! He was very professional in his approach, but used terminology even I could understand! Great Job Andrew!

As always, great service performed by professional, knowledgeable staff Over the past years, we have had all of our plumbing updated and a water filter system added Every experience with this company has been up to our high standards of customer service and staff dedicated to doing things properly Nobody likes paying for plumbing, but the kindness and courtesy of the staff take the bite out of the bill

The rooms are not clean When I complained, I was told that the maids were not done cleaning for the day I informed her that the garbage was taken out and clean towels were left, but the beds were not made, bathroom not cleaned, and no toilet paper (none) was in the room

recheck the leak with a black light after a week of driving the vehicleThe

We were satisfied with the promptness and the service we received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Both my wife and I discovered a leak on our 1st & 2nd floor around 8:40AM We called Benjamin Plumbing, and they said they would have a plumber out to our house between 11AM and 2PM They called me back around 10AM and informed me that Austin was being dispatched to service my call Austin arrived and discover leak was coming from shower on/off-mixing valve and possibly bath tub spout copper pipeAustin replaced mixing valve and bath tub spout He also replaced a gate valve on water line that did not work with a new ball valve This valve was in my garage and allows me ability to turn off water to house from garage Austin was prompt, professional, courteous, and completed work in a timely manner I was impressed with the company, the response to my emergency, and the professional work performed I would recommend this company based on my 1st experience with them I will personally use them if I have any future plumbing problems

handle this*** was able to catch up on the payments, but insult she will be unable to renew her registration and pay to meet her maintenance requirementsAlthough the bank who funded the loan made a mistake in communicating to *** about payments due, our dealership still assumes responsibility and wanted to help her outSo I decided to help her pay for the registration renewal of $and gave her a year oil change and tire rotation plan to try and relieve some of stresses and cost of owning a vehicleAlthough our dealership did all the paperwork accurately and correctly, but the bank some how did not reach out to her properly, we did utilize this bank to get her the vehicle so wanted to make sure she will still be happyWe do not go through all of steps needed and have something like this happen to a customer.
