I am pleased with the timely and expert plumbing by John who replaced our old (and dysfunctional) garbage disposal unit He was quick and fully explained what went wrong with our old unit and how to maintain our new unit Excellent work and customer service

The customer did not make any notations of cartons being opened at delivery and contents being missingThe attached customer check off sheet completed by the customer on delivery day shows extensive notes were made but none dealt with missing items from delivered cartonsThere is also instruction on the check off sheet and on the attached inventory page advising the customer to immediately contact our toll-free number if any items were missingTheir claim was not received, however, until months after their shipment deliveredRegarding the car, this item was not moved with North American Van Lines but instead was shipped through an unrelated third partythe customer has been advised to contact her moving coordinator for assistance with the car claimSince NAVL did not ship the car, we cannot address the customer's concerns regarding this matter

I was emailing concerning the case filed by *** ***.I explained to her that we can not refund her a full refund due to the fact that she checked into the room at 4:pm and did not have any problems until amI told her that I would refund her plus taxes and gave her a
discount card on her next stay for a jacuzzi room at which was a discount of another I also spoke with all of the desk clerks involved and retrained them on hotel policyWe were sold out the night she stayed so we could not have booked the room to another guest waitingShe was in a smoking room which she new was a smoking room when she bookedIt smell of cigarettes but not of marijuanaShe never complained of a urine smell to myself or any staff member while she was hereAs far as the mice we have found no evidence of any mice but we have put out traps as a precautionShe said she was using the room for a bachlorette party and when we went in the next morning and when the clerk went to fix a toilet issue that evening the alcohol smell was very strongWhen she left after speaking with me she was happy with what I had offered and was assured I would be speaking with my staff If you have any questions please feel free to call and speak with ***. As always, great service performed by professional, knowledgeable staff Over the past years, we have had all of our plumbing updated and a water filter system added Every experience with this company has been up to our high standards of customer service and staff dedicated to doing things properly Nobody likes paying for plumbing, but the kindness and courtesy of the staff take the bite out of the bill

Recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing perform a repair on our water heater and both the Customer Service personnel and the Repairman were very friendly and did their jobs very well

My experience with Andrew from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Chandler, AZ was fantastic! If you need assistance with plumbing issues, Andrew is the guy to call! He was very professional in his approach, but used terminology even I could understand! Great Job Andrew!

The rooms are not clean When I complained, I was told that the maids were not done cleaning for the day I informed her that the garbage was taken out and clean towels were left, but the beds were not made, bathroom not cleaned, and no toilet paper (none) was in the room

deal with a problem and then correct it Will take care of other little nagging plumbing problems besides the one they were called for They also pay attention to detail - keeping everything clean as they go and repositioning appliances (if needed) exactly as you want them Front office staff is very personable and professional also Wouldn't dream of using any other plumber

Aloha *** ***,I reached out to *** on multiple occasions by phone and also once by email in order to ensure her satisfactionWe did get in contact when she contacted me back on monday 12-14-We had a discussion about the issue and worked *** to resolving it and working together ti
handle this*** was able to catch up on the payments, but insult she will be unable to renew her registration and pay to meet her maintenance requirementsAlthough the bank who funded the loan made a mistake in communicating to *** about payments due, our dealership still assumes responsibility and wanted to help her outSo I decided to help her pay for the registration renewal of $and gave her a year oil change and tire rotation plan to try and relieve some of stresses and cost of owning a vehicleAlthough our dealership did all the paperwork accurately and correctly, but the bank some how did not reach out to her properly, we did utilize this bank to get her the vehicle so wanted to make sure she will still be happyWe do not go through all of steps needed and have something like this happen to a customer. We met together today, to give her a check so she is able to pay for the registration and gave her the paperwork regarding the oil change and tire rotation planWe have officially resolved this matter and we were able to make another customer happyThank you Bobby W***General Sales Manager

Both my wife and I discovered a leak on our 1st & 2nd floor around 8:40AM We called Benjamin Plumbing, and they said they would have a plumber out to our house between 11AM and 2PM They called me back around 10AM and informed me that Austin was being dispatched to service my call Austin arrived and discover leak was coming from shower on/off-mixing valve and possibly bath tub spout copper pipeAustin replaced mixing valve and bath tub spout He also replaced a gate valve on water line that did not work with a new ball valve This valve was in my garage and allows me ability to turn off water to house from garage Austin was prompt, professional, courteous, and completed work in a timely manner I was impressed with the company, the response to my emergency, and the professional work performed I would recommend this company based on my 1st experience with them I will personally use them if I have any future plumbing problems

Installed trees as part of backyard projectOne already had to be replacedTwo more are not thrivingI asked him to honor one-year warranty and inspect dying treesHe has refusedIn February he told me trees are doing fine, but they obviously are not

Customer stayed here and he was happyI already gave the customer a 20% discount

Ben Franklin Plumbimg did some work for usThey arrived here when they said that they would and did the work efficiently and solved a our problemI will continue to use them
