Not 100% satisfied 😞😞
I spent $13k dollars for air conditioner and furnace. Kids and I are sick in home. Gas control valve bi- passing to heat exchanger. I don't trust it was properly installed. It has not been good experience at all working with them. I wish I knew how to get ahole of owner Stephanie Jeremy or David. I wish I could just be refunded. Since the problems are not fixed. I was told from other HVAC companies air conditioning should not be charged and ready until spring when it's above 60°. I got my units installed in November which it was not above 60°. Please I just want to speak to someone to help resolve this and not be laughed at because I smell gas when called customer service or ignored. I am not satisfied at all.

OVERPRICED!!! We called Dean's because they were able to come for same day service. Our water heater went out and we wanted a quote to repair or replace. It was suggested we replace, each option presented being more expensive than the next. I should have listened to my gut, that it was over priced. The "salesman" who came out and did the diagnostic work and sold us the water heater isn't the same installer. They send out another person for that job. While the technician did fine work, we realized we WAY overpaid for the services. When I asked for a break down of my bill, they refused to do it. I asked more than once and also called them. They will not break down the bill into parts and labor because they are overcharging, and they know it. We compared prices elsewhere, unfortunately after the fact. We overpaid by about $1,000. We will not be repeat customers nor will recommend to friends.

Had these folks out twice and nothing short of perfect. Explained the work, prompt, clean and follow up is fantastic. Really enjoy that they do not set a time like other service providers so you do not have to sit and wait for then at your house all day. I would trust them with all my heating/air and plumbing needs! From the moment I first contacted Dean's, I was impressed with the friendliness and professional attitude of the staff. My appointment, for an estimate, was promptly scheduled and expectations explained. The day of that appointment, I received the 2 expected phone calls before the electrician arrived. Seth W. arrived, masked, and carefully covered his footwear before entering our home. He did a thorough examination of our problem; explained what steps would bring about a good resolution; presenting a written estimate that we felt was reasonable.
On the day of the job, Seth and Matt arrived; shortly after Emily from the office called to make sure we were home and clear of any symptoms of Covid-19. Despite the late arrival of their materials, from the courier service, the 2 of them completed the job within a reasonable amount of time; working competently and carefully. Even their cleanup was well done.
If this is an example of the way all jobs are handled by Dean's, we would have no hesitation in contacting this company for other services we may need at a later date.

Ben and Tim were great plumbers! Came in figures out the problem next day the installer came out and replaced the valve and we were back in business!

They have not followed with me regarding a rebate for the new furnace and AC they installed. They won't ever return calls

Here is the follow up on the note below on the service from Deans Plumbing service done on 7-31-20. Please see below.
Bad service, Bad install and No customer Service.
Friday 7-31-2020
I had 3 faucets replaced this last Friday 7-31-20 early in the day, the service tech seemed nice and
professional. But Friday after coming home from work I noticed the issue with the new faucets: the one
in the kitchen is loose at the base of the sink and is not stable. Also there seems to be no caulking
around any of the replaced faucets. I called Deans on Friday afternoon after I got home from work and
saw the problems to have them come out and fix them. But they can not come out until Monday and
could not give me a time frame as to when they would arrive. They should have come out on Friday or
at least on Saturday seeing they had just installed the new faucets. I hope they will fix the issue on
Monday. Also they are very expensive. I should have got several other estimates before getting the
work done.
Monday 8-3-2020
The company called me on Monday 8-3-2020 at 11:21 while I was at work to let me know the service
tech was still working on his first appointment but I was next in line. So, I left work and went back to
my home to wait there for the tech’s arrival. By 3pm and no word from Deans, I called and was told
he was still working on the first job on the day. I had told the company prior to making the appointment that I had another app at 5pm, but they never bothered to update me as to when the tech could come. This meant I had no choice but to set an appointment for the following day, Tuesday.
Tuesday 8-4-2020
When the tech came around 12:00 noon, I let him know the kitchen faucet was loose and moved. The
Tech said it was as tight as it could be, but never looked at it. I showed him how it moved. Then, he
said that all faucets moved some then suggested it was because of my sink. I reminded him that several
times I had asked before the faucet was installed, if the sink could accommodate this larger faucet. He
told me that yes it would be fine.
I felt the tech become very condescending toward me after that. When the tech asked me what I wanted
them to do about this issue, I asked to have a new smaller faucet installed which I would pay for.
To which he replied that I would have to pay for both the faucet and the installation fee. This would be on top of the over $2400 I had already paid the company. I had a useless faucet, fully paid for, but the only option they had for me was to purchase a new smaller unit and pay another fee to have that one installed. I said that I would not give him any more money and told him to leave. The tech said he would have his manager call me.
Wednesday 8-5-2020 and no call from his supervisor. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am a senior citizen and a widow and I feel very taken advantage of because the tech did not tell
me the faucet may have been too large for the sink this even after I asked him before he
installed it. I am starting to think this tech is not even a plumber The person that I spoke with
on the phone always referred to their installation staff as techs.

Super service! Dean's is a definite customer pleaser! What they did on product and service delivery was incredible! Dean's is the ideal type for putting the customer first! I will always have them on speed dial for next time.

Always professional, thorough and knowledgeable to work with. I have used Dean’s on several occasions. The techs, products, and customer service are great!

I had clogged drains in my house. The plumber that was sent to fix and clean the clog was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He referred his furnace dept to check out my furnace. This is where the issues began. One tech came over to check out (read: turn off) my furnace. He was followed by a sales guy that attempted to sell me a $20,000+ furnace system because it “looked like my colleague saw your furnace could fail at any moment”. Well guess what, my system didn’t kick on that night. I called to ask them what how to undo whatever they had done to sabotage my furnace and they played dumb. They stated they couldn’t get out to look at my system for 3 days. I explained they had put me and my family at risk (my daughter was an infant, 7mos old and this was November in MN) and they’d better send someone out to fix whatever they had done or I would press some sort of charges. They immediately sent someone over to get my furnace back in working order. I had a local independent (non-DEAN’s was employee) HVAC guy check out our furnace and he said it looked great and estimated it would last 10+ years. Do not allow Dean’s into your home or near your furnace. Anytime I see one of their trucks my blood boils.

They were thorough. They looked at everything....and told us of different ways we could update our home. It was greatly appreciated.

Aaron C. Came out late evening and explained to us of the issues were having with our ac unit and replacement of the thermostat. He is very professional and knowledgeable and did excellent job of rewiring and replaced thermostat. Aaron shared and let us know and showed us how to clean the ac unit and check for any other issues. Thank you for all you did Aaron!!

Fast, professional service. Quick troubleshooting and great feedback. I'll definitely use Dean's Home Service again. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service. We have used the service multiple times. Always timely, very professional and reasonably priced. On this occasion charge for weekend service was much less than I had anticipated. Could not be more pleased.
