Professional quality work. Staff Tim and Noah worked through out the day replacing old cooper water line with the new stuff. They are courteous and did a good job to avoid damaging the finished ceiling in the basement. Also they cleaned up the mess very well. I highly recommend!!

Professional quality work by staff Tim and Noah. They also did a Greta job minimizing the amount of the basement ceiling that needed to be cut out to replace the copper pipes and install new stuff (all new water lines). They completed the water softener job also placing it in an area that provided more room in the laundry. I highly recommend!

It went great. They sent Cory out and he could not have been nicer, polite and pleasant! He explained everything as he was working. The company sent a picture, so I knew who to expect at my door and I appreciated that very much.

Trevor and his co-worker did a wonderful job. They put in a new furnace,and air conditioner unit , tested them both and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We are very happy with the price and the work. We would recommend Dean's to anyone needing repair or replacement.

David from HVAC was on time, courteous and did a great job. He brought a potential issue to our attention right away (which ended up being nothing), explained what work was completed and did a great job cleaning up after himself.

Dean's Plumbing called to schedule an appointment within minutes. They called prior to coming. Noah provided an honest assessment and two estimates. He followed all the social distancing standards (for COVID) set by the state and company. I really appreciate his work and the company's responsiveness.

Lots of problems with Deans .They promised me that they would install the garage heater with exhaust exiting south but then was told that the exhaust had to exit west . Looked hideous ! Had to re route it at my expense .

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND USE SCARE TACTICSTO MAKE A SALE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM

initially had Deans give a quote fix water damage in a ceiling. . the quote was 50% higher than standard rate but with a promise to start repairs within 2 weeks. we agreed to the contract due to the other contractors being booked out months in advance. 2 weeks later they did not show up. All calls to their office went unanswered. when they finally answered the phone, they were rude and would not tell us when they would start work. They refused to give the down payment back as well. Only after threatening to show up at their office did they agree to a refund.

6 months later they called to do a free inspection of our water heater and water softener. girlfriend agreed to have them come out. Shockingly, they found that the water softener wasn't working at all and the water heater was about to fail catastrophically. they would gladly replace both for $6400.00.
