Once again, Dean’s may have prevented what could have been a serious situation. Aaron was professional, showed me where there were issues, labeled parts on the boiler where I should monitor water pressure, etc.

Once again, thanks Deans!

Plumber was superb in knowledge and service. He was also personable. I appreciated the pictures taken that show current conditions of pipes, etc..

Erik did an excellent job installing a new water heater! After he left we had hot water in one hour! Great friendly service!

Dean's Professional Plumbing, Inc. installed a tankless water-heater and a full-house water filter for us. There were four separate staff members during the install and equipment reviews. Everyone of the people from Dean's was very nice - they answered all of our questions - and explained all of the steps. Everything was professionally installed and they ensured that any protentional issues were resolved. Bottom line … we would recommend Dean's Professional Plumbing, Inc. to anyone - and, in fact, already have done so.

He did a great job! He was very clean, and was good about not letting the animals out or to bother him.

Our old 100+ year old home had a gas leak in the furnace today. Aaron, from Dean's Plumbing came to our home the same day I called, successfully diagnosed the problem, and completely solved the entire issue in one visit. He averted what could have been a disaster.
I was especially impressed with Aaron's attention to details and his conscientious workmanship. Dealing with a gas leak is a serious problem and my wife and I are completely at ease with the way Dean's solved the multiple issues. Aaron's up-front estimate before he started the repair was also appreciated.

He cleaned out of sink drain as we live in a condo. Message is don’t put anything down the drain including egg shells

Outstanding service and was so neat and tidy that the only trace of someone being there was a brand new water softener.

The service technician was courteous and professional. Eric took the time to pick up parts, come back and install them. He also explained everything and showed pictures of the tuneup.

I purchased a furnace and an air-condition unit from them with an agreement that I will be paying $123.22 for 5 years.

Before that, I got an offer from another company to pay $6243 payable in 5 years for 124.87per month. The sales agent of Dean’s professional offered 7908 which is very high compared to the first. The following morning, I received a call from Deans professional and recalculated their offer after I told them that their quote is too high and that I have an offer of $6243 and a payment of $124.87 mothly for 5 years. Finally they offered me to pay $123.22 monthly for a period of 5years. That is where we agreed to get their product and services because they lowered their price. So I asked them to schedule the installation.

Our units were installed on August 23, 2019 without any documentation or receipt that needs to be signed pertaining to the cost and payment plan. I just sign a paper that they installed the units and their warranty. I later found out that our plan is 7 years instead of 5 years.

They tricked me to get the project. Its been a month that we keep on calling them to fix it but they just ignoring us.

I am aware of this complaint and I am not sure what more we can do. I happened to be involved in this sale with our inside sales representative when he spoke with Miguel and was a part of the conversation when it was clearly stated that it was 7.99% interest for 84 months and him choosing this plan was the reason I was able to offer such a large discount. However, our salesman failed to indicate this on the invoice as he should have. Miguel has since complained to Greensky, our financing company with this same complaint. I have authorized Greensky to change the plan to the 60 month plan, which costs our company 12% more, because of this failure to document the plan properly on our end. We have not ignored Miguel, in fact I show we have called them several times last week trying to schedule the finalization of their electrical on their furnace. Please let me know what more I can do in this situation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID,

I am aware of the 7.99% but it was clear in our verbal agreement that our monthly payment is $123.22 for 60 months. And I didnt agree to their price of $7908. That is because we have another offer of $6243 from another company and our monthly payment supposed to be for 60 months is $124.87. We gave the project to them because we thought they have a better costumer review. But we are wrong. I even offered a resolution myself just to fix the problem to agree to $7908 and pay $130 a month for 60 months and the agent told me to call me back but until now they do not call me at all. I told them to wait for the resolution of the dispute before scheduling the remaining work to be done which is the electrical part of it.

Their financial institution is still charging us the same $7908 plus other charges of activation which came up to $7970 now payable in 84 months. This shows that they didnt fixed the problem yet.

please fix the problem as to the agreement between myself and the sales agent.

We had our annual HVAC inspection today, another great experience with Dean's. They've been servicing our house for years and Ray did not disappoint today he was very professional and helpful.
I routinely recommend their services to friends and family.

This company will overcharge you. Unfortunately they charged me $450 for a $180 job. I should have shopped them. I called Tonka Plumbing at *** and they would charge $180. I had a shower stall that was leaking. The job took 20 minutes. I called Deans to get an adjustment on the bill and was met with arrogance and they would not adjust the bill. I hope you never do business with them......

My wife called Dean's Plumbing to come out and fix a laundry room faucet that was dripping and a frost free faucet, also leaking. Both faucets are repairable as they are name brand faucet's and parts are available. The quote they gave my wife was $900.00 to repair the TWO faucets.
She did not know if this was a fare price or not so she authorized them to do the work since she had taken the day off already. When I got out of the meeting I was in and saw the quote (insanely high price) I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told "No manager was here and I would have someone call you back". I did NOT receive a call back from anyone.
They charged us $900.00 for 90 minutes of labor and $40.00 worth of parts. Let our mistake be a good lesson for others.
Call someone other than Dean's Plumbing.

My service tech was Ray, I met him at my home at 11am today. My A/C stopped working last night suddenly. Ray found a blown fuse in the blower area but that wasn't the only problem. Upon removing the panel on the unit outside, he found a large nest of mice. They had been knawing away at some of the wires which in turn affected the units ability to run.
Ray removed the nest of mice, cleaned out the mess, repaired wires as needed, and checked out the rest of the A/C unit to be sure there were no other problem areas. Ray was there for almost 2 hours, no stop working.
I was very impressed with Ray, he came off as very professional, and personable. He is the guy I want back if I need further assistance.

Tyler was prompt, friendly, and professional. Work was completely explained and then completed efficiently. The work area was left clean.
