Jason L. and Ryan worked together to install a new heater in my cottage today and it was an excellent experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of the questions I had. Dean's Plumbing provided temporary room heaters for the interim while the gas had to be turned off from a prior visit which was a nice touch. Hope our rental property managers stick with the company for future maintenance/installation.

If good customer care AFTER the sale is important to you, I recommend going elsewhere. I bought a new furnace from Dean’s on 11/6/2012 with a 5 year warranty. On 11/18/2017, the furnace fails just 12 days after the warranty expired. I called Dean’s and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to pay the full charge. Technically, I have no legs to stand on. But when I look at their web site’s “About Us” page that heralds their “family owned” roots and “guaranteed customer satisfaction”, I find their cold response to my 12 days out of warranty situation to be woefully inadequate if they truly believe in their family owned/guaranteed customer satisfaction values. No consideration for my situation, no offer to split the cost, nothing…just a cold “you’re out of luck” that it failed just 12 days after the warranty officially ended. Since this happened on a weekend, I was hopeful that maybe this was just the weekend crew giving the textbook answer. So I called them again on Monday and I was assured by the representative that the customer “form” had been filled out that detailed my situation and I would receive a phone call within “24 to 48 hours” from the manager “Jeremy.” This was my second attempt trying to get a hold of the manager Jeremy. And for the second time in a row, no response. Just crickets chirping. I don’t feel valued as a customer. I feel cheated by the $900 repair bill. Why do I feel cheated? Because 1) it was just 12 days out of warranty and 2) I was charged $747.62 (on top of the $149 emergency travel charge) for the gas valve (VR8215S1214 Honeywell) that I later found on Amazon for about $93. I understand a company has overhead costs to pay for, but $654/hr to install a gas valve (it only took an hour to install)?? An hourly charge like that would even make the Federal Gov’t blush. Prior to this experience, I was considering Dean’s for replacing my almost 20 year old furnace at my other residence – but not anymore. After being treated this way, I was not shocked to see the numerous one and two star Google reviews and 2 out of 5 star rating on Yelp. Another reviewer said they have a “C” rating on Angie’s List. For anyone considering Dean’s, think long and hard about those negative reviews before doing business with them. You might tell yourself – sure, every business has some bad reviews. But look at the quantity of bad reviews and actually read some of the nightmare stories…it’s the smart homework that I should’ve done and I’m writing this review to offer fair warning to you. I bought a furnace that failed after just five years and since I was TWELVE days out of warranty, I was left out in the cold by Dean’s. And Dean’s, unless you have something to say in response to this review other than your canned response (i.e. “Please do not hesitate to reach out to our office, we would like to further discuss your service experience and repair bill.”) that I saw in response to so many of the complaints from others on Google, don’t even bother. My invoice number is ***. You can look up my info and if you truly believe in your “family owned” and “guaranteed customer satisfaction” values, you know what to do. I’ve already tried calling you twice and I got no response. So I’m not going to try again. The ball’s in your court.

Very much appreciated the good work we received from Jason L. and Roy this weekend. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Upon completion of the job they explained everything they had done, answered questions, and cleaned up everything. We will certainly call them again for any future needs. Thanks for the wonderful experience

The service man's name is Tyler S.
The best job. Very effective, professional, reasonable price.

Kerlon was the gentleman that came out to service my drain and didn't leave until the problem was solved. Kerlon made different suggestion on how to unclog my drain and wouldn't give up. He had to stand out in the pouring rain twice but continued to do what he came there for. He cleaned up when he was done and didn't change the quote. Thank you Kerlon.

Always thorough, efficient and pleasant

The company responded to your call in very shirt , the plumber Tim came out as we agreed on time, reviewed everything needed to be done, took 10min and gave us a cost for all the items to be installed and repaired. Tim was a gentleman and a professional about everything he was doing and let us know
about any procedures that we should follow through with after the job was done.
He was careful to put on foot covers so newly cleaned carpets would not be stained. Cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Told us to call if there was any problem within the immediate future of his work. WE did a inspection of all what he had done.
We would highly recommend Deans' plumbing and be sure to ask for Tim. H in the north end of the cities.
Respectfully Mike C

Dean's Profession Plumbing Inc, provided an excellent level of customer service. I was extremely please with every person that contacted me from Dean's, my service rep Cody M, and the price!!!!! I highly recommend Dean's.

Nate took care of some plumbing issues we had after an inspection. We requested Nate since he had done quality work for us before. He is very good at what he does and is very professional. We highly recommend him.

Michael was very professional with superior customer service and work. We ran into tub supplier issues and he provided clear options to solve the problem.

Dean's was able to provide same day service to replace a water heater on Labor Day weekend. Was very pleased with this level of service.

Tim was very helpful & knowledgeable in providing service. Clearly looking out for Customer's welfare.
