DeKalb County Solutions contacted me in May of to assist with settling an old hospital bill I agreed to pay $every two weeks, or $a month The following September, I miscalculated and somehow one of my $payments did not go through I attempted to resolve the issue, asking if they could double up my next payment so that I could stay caught up; however, they insisted that I give them a credit card by phone, which nowadays, I do not trust doing I politely asked them to call me back so that we could further discuss, being that I was at work, in which they never did So, they skipped my second payment for September and my first payment for October, not sure why...? I assumed that my missing one payment would fault my case On October 30, I received an email around 3:stating that they submitted a transaction from my account for $ I was furious, being that 10/30/was not a date that I initially agreed on for my payments to be submitted, and knew that the funds were not there, so I sent an email and called, and spoke with Chris, who was very rude and attempted to over talk me to get his point across He stated that his employees left notes on my account stating that they left me a voicemail, but that is not possible, because I don't have voicemail set up on my phone At this point, I felt as if I was being called a liarThe transaction was submitted and caused my account to overdraft, so I sent another email stating that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as to stop all future payments so that I could attempt to handle the situation legally Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service and the way the entire situation was handled Sad to say, I would have rathered this one just hit my credit report than to go through the drama with the company

The account has been closed out as a dispute & reported as a delete to the credit bureau....There will be no further contact from our office
