I received a phone call from DeKalb County Solutions on 8/2/2016 and spoke to a Tracy [redacted], she stated that I had a bill in their office for $166 dollars. I stated that I would not be able to pay that amount. She then, laughed at me and said we could do a payment plan for 3 50 dollar payments. I again told her I just could not afford this, as a single mother I have very limited income, that I would offer a settlement of $50 dollars today to satisfy the account in full. She laughs again at me and states : You ran up 166 dollars worth of medical bills so it is your responsibility to pay the amount in full. I know that it is my responsibility but for her to say what she did to me was uncalled for and very out of line. I asked for her supervisor and she stated she is the only supervisor there.

Hi my name is Shannon M. I have an issue that goes beyond any resolution or customer satisfactions, this company dekalb county solutions, mainly Chris [redacted]. Not only was he rude and obscene, he insulted me verbally, and hung up on me several times. His lack of common courtesy and tact was present my entire interaction with him.
This business hires animals and ignorant people and its sponsored by the Revdex.com.That is truly outrageous and needs to reviewed. Thank you and take care.

debt...both in the last 90 days...I don't want to be held accountable for some other agency that has broken the law with Ms. [redacted] over the lifetime of the debt. We will not transfer or sell the account.

I accept this response as long as the account is closed, and I will not hear anymore about [redacted] You have no idea what I've been through with the harassing phone calls regarding this matter. Thank you very much for such a quick response. It is greatly appreciated.

Today June 9th, 2016, my husband received a call advising him of a debt that I (his wife) accrued from [redacted] bank. Without him being able to verify my SSN they proceeded to give him details of my account. I did not recall this debt, and contacted [redacted] Credit Cards directly. I was informed by [redacted] that this account was charged off in 2006. No payment has been made since. I contacted DCS directly and was yelled at and hung up on 3 times. I advised them that this debt belongs to myself, from 10 years ago, and being that I didn't even know my husband then, they should not be contacting him. I was told that just because he said he was my husband when they called him, gives them the right to contact him whenever they want. When I called back the third time, and asked for the company name, the representative refused to verify. Told me that I need to refer to the email that was sent to me and hung up again. I waited a few hours in which was waiting for said email, even checked SPAM, email never came. I called company back to request the email be sent again because they were refusing to speak over the phone. Received email that I had 1 day to make the settlement payment. After reviewing I did some research on my own and learned that the Statute of Limitations for credit cards is 4 years from the date of the last payment. Learning that they are calling me illegally, since last payment was 10 years ago, I plan on contacting an attorney on the matter. I would appreciate the harassing phone calls to cease immediately.

Do they think that this response can take away way they have been doing? NO !!! I would like a copy of what this company did to attach something to my credit or to my SSN# so that when I applied for some are brought some they would be notify be sent to me along with a copy being place in this file. I do not trust them. They are worst than hacker or thieves. They have my SSN# and other information that they use to track my life. I want it all remove from every place they have attach it and I want the right to bring legal action against them if I ever find out that they ever do this again or if this affect my life in anyway negative. Also I want this sent to the credit bureau. This company is the lowest form of business that operate. There are Senior, Elderly and sick people out there that a call from this company (This man and woman) could have negatively affected. Them saying they won't contact me again will not change what they have already done. I will have to worry about this now when every I have to handle any business. I will wonder if they are still doing it. I will contact [redacted]'s to see why they sent my information this company. I want to know what they did and I think others need to know what they do. I can not express the outrage I feel about this enough.
