I have closed out the account as a dispute

The consumer has been paying on this account for well over a year now...We received a payment that was returned NSF from the 31st of August...We then contacted Mr*** & he stated he will give us new checking information but did no have that information on him...He was to contact his spouse
& let her know that we would be calling to retrieve that informationWhen speaking with the spouse, she gave us new checking information goo for $September 8th & $good for the last day of September
