Someone else must be calling her....We just started working this account on 5-26-2017 with 1 phone call made...I looked deeper into this &* it was a Platinum [redacted] with the originator bank as [redacted] Bank Nevada...the card was opened 2-8-2007 & went into collections 7-31-2007...Just...

because it is not currently on a credit report doesn't mean the money is not still owed...It is the policy of the credit bureaus to keep bad debt on a credit report for 7 years but the money is still owed even after that if it is not paid within that time frame.

We don't have a girl named Sara...That is not our toll free number she listed...We don't even have an account with the consumers name...please make sure this isn't a complaint marked against us...It is not ours.

We just received the bankruptcy paperwork today via fax...It is closed out.
