Delaware solutions is a scam there adress is phony that's why they want credit or debit card payment onyDon't pay them nothing

This is in regards to complaint number [redacted] Our inquiry has led us to talk to the associate involved and to remind them as well as the rest of our associates that we do send out snail mail as well as emails if the consumer requests them This is an ongoing issue that we need to keep up on as we bring in new employeesI am not quite sure what to make of the calls that the consumer says were received from CaliforniaMy department will look into these to see if we can figure out what these were about The consumer will receive no further communications from our office as we have closed the account Please extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences that may have occurred due to our lack of communication in this incident

This is in regards to complaint number *** We have just concluded the inquiry to this complaint and found that we need to look at the two associates involved more carefully They will both be removed from the floor and will go through a retraining course in FDCPAIUDAAP protocols as
well as basic collection informationFor the time being, until a course can be rescheduled, they have been moved to an area where they can be more carefully scrutinizedAny further issues with these associates could result in further disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal

limits that our policies and procedures allow and because of this, written warnings were given along with a one(l)day suspension. These associates have been remanded to take a refresher course in both FDCPA and collector etiquette and following successful completion of these will be on a probationary period where they will me monitored and coached my Compliance as well as Floor Managers. Please extend my apologies for any inconveniences that may have occurred.
