My wife researched A/C contractors online and decided to contact RodenhiserSales person (Rick) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful We met with him on Wednesday, July 27, and because of an appointment cancellation, had the installation scheduled on the following Mondaytechnicians arrived on time and began work immediatelyhours later, the units were up and running.Our sales consultant, Rick, and our installation technicians, Shawn Dand Tyler R., worked efficiently and professionally as a team without a breakThis was one of the most pleasant contractor experiences we have had and we would recommend them highlyWe plan to have Rodenhiser replace our 49-year-old furnace as soon as *** *** rebates have been processedWe would be very pleased to have the same technicians do the installationstars!!!

The electrician *** * from Rodenhiser just left my eldery parents home after almost hours of incredible service Two days before Christmas with a home full of guests *** treated them with great respect, honesty and went above and beyond at every step *** even left to go get a new thermostat (and specifically the old fashioned version) my mother preferred I must say I have not seen that level of customer service in years and my mother said her experience with *** was great right from the first call! I highly recommend *** and Rodenhiser for any serviceHe was an outstanding professional and I am relieved to know my parents have acces to this level of service for their home They will ask for *** by name for any future needs Thank you!

Five Stars Joe Sarrived promptly for a preventative maintenance call, was exceptionally professional and polite, described the process for me and got right to workAfter discovering a few issues that needed attention, Joe took the time to describe a variety of fix options - as well as researched any available warranty coverage possibilitiesJoe put his all into this service - including a physically challenging cleaning of our chiller in the sunny, degree weatherHe was efficient, informative and very professional throughout the service periodWhile the call resulted in additional expense - I understood why and felt that I had good guidance as I participated in the decision processThank you Joe - and Rodenhiser!
