I have a regular service plan with the company and Alex came to my house earlier this year to check the heating systemWhen he was finished he had some news about my furnace (yrsold) that I didn't want to hear and I gave him a hard timeWhen he arrived recently to look at the air conditioning system, I remembered our first encounter and felt anxious about "the news" this timeHe was courteous and efficient; checking inside and outside of the houseLuckily, there was no bad news this time and we had a brief discussion about the age of the equipment and his suggestion that when the furnace needs replacement it is best to have the AC done at the same time

We had a new furnace + humidifier installed weeks ago by Rodenhiser No problems with the install, removal of our oil tank, etc Rodenhiser took care of everything- even the paperwork for the rebates The humidifier on our furnace developed a leak so they came back to fix it There was no obvious cause of the leak but Alex Ddid everything he could think of before leaving

Chris from Rodenhiser Plumbing did a great job installing a new bathroom faucet, shower & toilet He was very professional and very detailed in his explanations of the various options availableI would highly recommend him as he was very easy to work with and very professional

*** *** has been to our house twice to help diagnose the source of a leak in our shower He got right to the source of the problem, gave us an honest assessment of our options and advised us about the likely progression He worked with us to meet the specific requirements of our insurance company, and involved us in the investigation so we understood his reasoning Also our pets adore him! Would be happy to work with *** again and he left us with a great impression of the service Rodenhiser provides

Called, spoke to a very helpful and polite operator I gave my repair information, got an appointment for the next day Patrick Mshowed up, in the allotted time frame, and got to work with a positive friendly disposition and fixed the problem! He offered input on my water heater, furnace and AC Suggested a new water heater to replace my very old one and left the decision totally up to me! I did elect to replace it The new heater was installed quickly and efficientlyI chose Rodenhiser for the simple reason of seeing their trucks in my area and figured they must be good.......and I was correctEfficient staff, comparable prices, and excellent service! I will be recommending Rodenhiser to family, neighbors,and friends!

Chuck Wand Brandon Tdid an amazing job of repairing the leak that was raining down from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs kitchen!
