Ryan was very personable and did a great job explaining our options for a serious boiler problem Overall, Rodenhiser is a bit pricey and, in this case, it took a bit longer than I would have liked for service We were without heat for days -- partly because we had to make a decision about which option to choose -- and partly because on day one of a gusher from a boiler pipe a technician couldn't come to the house for several hours Boiler had to be shut off

I was having a problem with my gas furnace that another HVAC contractor good not diagnose Will spent hours in diagnosing the problem until he found it He was very thorough, precise and scientific in his approachHe left the work area clean He explained my options and put me into contact with the right people in Rodenhiser to fix the problem He was just outstanding

I had seen Rodenhiser trucks all around town and decided to call them for some plumbing issues I had a slow running drain in my tub They suggested snaking the drain and quoted me I agreed and he went upstairs and worked on it for ten minutes or so Called me up to show me some hair that was clogging the drain and so forth and said this was probably the issue That evening my wife started to take a bath and noticed that the drain stopper was no longer working and the next morning I noticed that the drain was still extremely slow as well I called them and they did send the plumber back out the next day and he quoted me $to fix the drain stopper He said it could not have been them that broke it because they never ended up snaking the drain that they just unscrewed the stopper took out some hair and screwed it back on Obviously I was not pleased to get an expensive quote on something that was working the day before they started working on it and even more upset that they
