We have fulfilled our duties by mailing to the complainant the required documentsWe mailed to the address complainant provided in her letter to us, and the documents we mailed were NOT returned by the post office as undeliverableWe will mail the documents again, and as a courtesy, we will delete the accounts from the credit bureaus despite that the complainant still owes themThe deletion process can take up to days

This account has been in our office since On July the complainant called our officeHe agreed with the charges but claimed that he had provided our client with a secondary insurer that should have been billedWe have since spoken to our client and they have confirmed from their
records that no secondary insurer was provided, although complainants primary insurer did process the claimComplainant Has not provided us any evidence of his claim that he lived in Florida at time of serviceFurther, complainant never provided us with his attorney information, rather he told us that he had an attorney related to another medical claim of hisHe never once instructed us to contact any attorney, and complainant is correct that we have the call recordingsToday we mailed complainant a full validation of his debt

Interestingly, complainant has never contacted our office about his accounts, rather he has filed this complaint with the Revdex.comWe have sent letters to complainant and made many call attempts, to no availComplainant has open accounts in our officeWhile he is correct that his insurance did
process and make payment to all three accounts, he has co-pays and deductibles for each:For patient Dezi ***, DOS 3/22/at Marina Del Rey Hospital, he owes $(plus $interest)For patient Diago ***, DOS 9/7/at StJohn's Health Center, he owes $(plus $interest)For patient *** ***, DOS 7/3/at Marina Del Rey Hospital, he owes $(plus interest $29.50)Complainant states that his insurance will verify that they paid 100% of these accountsComplainant should forward that documentation to our office so that we can investigate further; we have confirmed with our clients this day that these balances remain unpaid and due from complainantWe are DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA 90623, (800)518-

We will be more than happy to provide a full validation of debt to the complainant at the address he specified in his complaintIt should be mailed out within the next week

The complainant is partially correct; there is no contract between complainant and our officeHowever there are contracts in place between the complainant and the hospital from which she sought medical servicesAnd that hospital has a contract with our office to collect bad debt collection
accounts on their behalfThe complainant has such accounts in our office (as of this date) and we have every right and intention to collect them from the complainantThe complainant also says the accounts aren't owed, therefore they must either be paid or included in a discharged bankruptcy; we would love to see proof of thatMeanwhile the complainant presently owes $16,

We have had this account in our office since June of In September, the complainant promised to pay it in full, but she broke her promise and didn't payThen in October she disputed the debt and demanded that we provide full validation, which we didShe finally paid the account in December of
2014, and we have been reporting it as paid in full ever since, as is our duty under the credit reporting rulesThe credit bureaus do not allow us to 'remove' accurately reported informationWe are accurately reporting this account as paid in full

Since the complainant chose not to provide any specifics whatsoever as to why he disagreed with our response to his complaint, we are unable to add any helpful information in response to his rebuttalWe stand firm on our earlier response; complainant owes the balances due and has not provided shred of evidence that he does not owe them

Revdex.com:

They still have done nothing but say I owe a debt I don't owe them anything on one red cent I will be filling a complaint against the surety bond and their INSC I also intend to file a law suit and forward this to the ATTYGENOFFICE they can not report a debt the can not prove and An invoice is not proof of debt the are crooks and lying thief's remove this from my credit or face the fines that come with being a crooked Collection company and breaking the laws
Regards,
*** ***

We do not understand what it is the complainant is arguing aboutHe has open accounts in our office; one for himself, one for minor child *** and one for minor child AshleySince complainant refused to correspond with our office in any way but rather just files complaints, there is little that we can do to accommodate himIf complainant wants copies of the itemized statements for services rendered, he need only inform us of that by writing to us at DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA 90623, or calling us toll free at (800)518-If complainant is serious about wanting to resolve this, then rather than file complaints, he should contact the source and let us know what it is he is disputing about his accounts

The complainant contacted our office on Sept 30, 2016, and requested details about her accountWe gave her a full explanation over the phone, and mailed her an itemization of her chargesAlthough she had given us an updated address, the document was returned by the post office as undeliverable
Over the course of the next four weeks, we left various messages for the complainant at the number she had confirmed to be hersOn November 2, 2016, complainant called us and asked why she hadn't received the charges; we explained about the mail returnShe re-corrected the address, and we mailed the charges againOn November 15, 2016, the complainant called our office and CONFIRMED THAT SHE RECEIVED THE ITEMIZATION OF CHARGESShe said that her insurance should have paid, and we explained that her insurance DID pay some of the charges, and that the remaining balance was her responsibilityShe wanted to call the hospital to discuss this, and we explained that that was fine, but that the bill in our office was for the emergency physician group that treated her, NOT the hospital chargesWe advised her that if she had an issue with what her insurance paid, she should contact her insurance carrier and discuss her coverage for such charges, and perhaps convince them to pay this balanceThe complainant called us again on December 13, 2016, and said that she called the hospital and was told she had no outstanding balance with themWe explained that we had already told her that her charges were for the ER physicians and not hospital facility chargesShe stated that she never has balances due once insurance is billed, and we reiterated that if she had an issue with the insurance, she should call her insurance carrierShe refused to accept our explanation. As you can see, what she claims in her complaint is a long way from what really happenedFurther, we reviewed the telephone calls and our representatives were anything but rude; they made every attempt to have complainant understand, she just refused to do soThe complainant owes the balance, and the account is accurately reported to the credit bureaus

The complainant recently contacted our office about this matterWe explained to him that we are reporting to the credit bureaus that the account in our office was concluded through bankruptcyWe are not reporting that he owes the balance, rather that the balance he owed was included in a
discharged bankruptcyIn this complaint from him, he says the account was 'paid' through bankruptcy, however that is not the caseOur reporting to the credit bureaus is accurate in that it shows the account was discharged inbankruptcy, as we are required to do

We remain confused by this complainantIs the complaint for the account with us, or the complaint with CMRE?As for the account with us, the charges are for the complainant's minor child *** *** The complainant provided healthcare insurance information which our client processed and which resolved $664.72, leaving complainant responsible for the balance now standing at $We have recorded conversations with the complainant during which the complainant not only acknowledged the accounts as being legitimately due and owing, but the complainant agreed to pay them in installments of $This is not a case of mistaken identityThe complainant is responsible for payment of their child's medical well beingIf complainant would like us to send copies of the charges again, we'd be happy to send them, the complainant need only askIf the complainant has any issues or concerns as to how the insurance company determined how much they paid and how much was due from the complainant for services rendered to the complainant's minor child, then the complainant should contact their insurance representative as our client has no control over the type of policy that the complainant has chosen

The complainant has accounts in our office assigned over the years covering many service datesShe never advised our clients of a worker comp case, nor our office, until nowIf these accounts are part of a work comp case, we will need to know the name of the employer, the comp carrier, the nature and date of injury, and the attorney of recordShe can provide that information to our office by calling (800)518-7650, or mailing to: DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA Once we receive this information we can begin a full investigation

We are not reporting the account as being an open collection account that the complainant owes to our companyWe had it reported that way, and law dictates that if a consumer bankruptcy discharges a debt, we must change the status of our reporting to reflect the accurate status, in this case, a bad debt collection account that is CLOSED due to be discharged in bankruptcyIf the complainant has evidence to show that we are NOT listing the item as being discharged in bankruptcy, we would need to see that to research and resolve, however according to our process, we show the account accurately reported as closed per bankruptcy

We have had this account in our office since We spoke to the complainant in September of and she claimed that she had already paid $of this account and that she'd provide us proof of that as well as pay us the balance; she did neitherOn December 11, 2013, she promised to pay the
balance but again failed to do soOn October 28, 2014, she asked us to mail her a statement, which we did and the letter was not returned to us as not deliverable by the USPSWe will now mail her a complete validation of the debtIncidentally, we are the second collection agency to try and collect this debt from her, so it may be the first collection agency that is out of business that she refers to in her complaint

The account for complainant was placed in our office on October 17, Our client notified us that they received full payment on April 22, 2014, at which time we began informing the credit bureaus that the account is paid in fullIf the complainant has information to show that the account is not
showing as paid in full in their credit report, they should forward that to our office so that we can research this matter further.

Complainant has one large balance unpaid account in our officeComplainant has never contacted us about the account, but rather is filing complaints against us with various organizationsWe will be sending a full validation of debt to the complainant, and we will not be deleting the debt from
complainant credit profile

As stated in our original answer, the billing in question is for the complainant's minor child *** ***The patient was brought to *** *** Medical Center on July 19, 2013, and treated by our client, *** *** ** Physicians GroupThe complainant did not present insurance billing information nor *** so the account was established as 'cash pay'Our client sent her statements but they were returned by the USPS as undeliverable; we encountered the same problem when the account was placed with us for collection We have reviewed the recorded conversations that we have had with the patient, and we never said anything to her about having spoken to her 'husband' nor any other man; we can only assume that she is confusing us with some other companyWe would be happy to mail her supporting documents for this visit to further substantiate that her child was treated as described, however in her desired outcome to her original complaint, she stated that she never wants to be contacted by us againShe is free to contact us anytime for these documents if she ever changes her mind; ***

We have already explained to the complainant in a separate complaint that she filed against our agency that we have no open accounts under her name or the last of the SSN she's providing (***)We would need to see what it is that she's looking at to figure out if we are reporting a different
person that is ending up in complainants file, or what is going on, because we ARE NOT credit reporting anything for the name and last SSN from the complainant.
